Well done on time no problems with the delivery order. Very rent affordable

Good it's also in great shape too and I wasn't sure if it was gonna get here I'm time but it did.

My order was canceled twice by eCampus. Most of the books listed in eCampus are actually not available.

Not much to say other than I was able to find the book i was looking for and it arrived in a reasonable time

In honesty I was behind of trying to figure out where to purchase or rent books for my school. When I was comparing prices, this was way cheaper than purchasing through the college. Their bookstore would have costed me 200 dollars. I was disappointed with that. When I found this website I was relieved. I received the purchase sooner than it predicted it would appear.

The process was somewhat difficult, but I think it was mostly my own fault. I am satisfied with the product I received and the time it took to arrive. I am not pleased with the price, but I realize most college textbooks are hundreds of dollars.

Cancelled my order and deleted it out of my account without payment. I filled a complaint with the BBB for theft.

This came in a timely fashion. The book arrived in perfect shape.

The book was delivered on time and in good condition.

Billed me, never had the book, took over a month before they reversed the charge.

The item status showed shipped. I email requesting a tracking number and the following reply...
"Your order is experiencing a delay in shipment due to a change in availability by our distributors. At this time, we do not have an exact arrival date but are working to ensure your order ships as soon as copies become available.
As a courtesy, I have upgraded your shipping to Expedited Shipping. Once the item ships, you will receive a confirmation email."

Eventually they refunded my money and never delivered the book.

Ecampus delivered earlier than expected. Ordered Sunday night & received Wednesday afternoon for free!

This was the cheapest I could find this textbook and it came in a week with no shipping costs. I will be back!

Quick and easy. Book was shipped quickly and delivered promptly.

I ordered this book for a summer course. I paid extra to have it here next day but I didn't receive it until a week later. I had no tracking number or anything. When I got in contact with someone they said it was being shipped. It took four days after this person told me my item was being shipped for my book to arrive. Will never use eCampus again.

Decent experience. Wish the processing was faster for e books, but still faster than expected.

Link /mon ey Almost the full amount is refunded and I'm surprised at how calm and patient is the team. Make only a thoughtful choice. They helped me get everything back.

Order was delivered in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the product and will be willing to recommend to family and friends.

Rented the book for class and was highly dissapointed. Book is falling apart and there is so much highlighting its distracting.
