My initial order got canceled for no reason, and I had to reorder. Let's just hope I get my money back.
Easy to navigate and see different options, details, and prices.
When I made my order I made sure to add my apartment number. It is also in my billing address. But when the shipping label was made it was not added. Meaning it had to go to the post office to pick up the package which it was inconvenient to me because of my school schedule.
If needed to be contacting the buyer/renter should be an option in verifying addresses.
The book was fine, but shipping was slow.
Not e-campus's fault though. Not sure why it took almost 2 weeks to arrive.
I received all my materials this time as opposed to my last order, which was delayed completely and I ended up barely passing the unit I had needed the book for. I was worried as I have always opted for eCampus for my books and didn't want another bad experience.

I get to highlight and annotate, not only that but as soon as i ordered it i had access to it right away unlike chegg.
Ordered my book on 1/16/25 didn't receive it until 02/01/25. If you need the book quickly don't expect to receive it quickly.

Paid extra to get book in 3-4 days and it took over a week. And tracking could not find book unitl it showed on door step.
I was a little discouraged with the return process. I tried to cancel my order less than 24 hours from submitting it and was told I was unable to. I received the book after paying $82 and I'm being refunded for $45 for a book that was never even used. Will not rent from this company again.
Pleasant experience, book is heavy, will need to ship back as it's a rental, worried about shipping costs
I received an update saying that my delivery would be delayed, but i received the book that following day!
This is the second semester renting from eCampus. The process was simple, the book arrived quickly, and it was in excellent condition. The rental price was much more affordable than buying a new copy. I'll definitely use e campus again for future textbook rental. Highly recommend!
