I ordered some cans of textured rust encapsulator and I needed some help. Danielle J was quick and very helpful in making sure everything was right and meeting expectations. Service likes this makes me feel confident that I can keep coming back for more Eastwood products.

Ordered item. Waited along time for item to ship. Guess what? Item was cancelled. Don't waste your time trying to order here... Wish I had read the reviews on other sites before trying to order! After talking to my colleagues, they also had similar experiences last year unfortunately.

Unfortunately due to a manufacturer error with sourcing materials, we had to make the tough call to cancel a product. While not an easy choice, we felt it was in the best interests of our customers rather than continue to hold reservations for a product that would have an indefinite wait. Today I contacted Eastwood and was transferred to a very nice and helpful lady named Summer S. She was great to talk to, very informative, thought outside the box to help take care of my needs, and was very considerate and understanding with the reason for me needing a replacement machine ASAP since mine burnt up. She definitely helped smooth over the dropped ball on the Eastwood Customer service departments behalf, and made me feel much more comfortable doing business with Eastwood for in the future. I have ordered 2 welders, and hundreds of dollar with of consumables and parts from Eastwood at any given time. Eastwood you need to read this, she IS the reason you will be having a returning customer, thank Summer for earning my business for you, because up until this point you had lost me as a lifetime customer. Thank you again Summer, you did everything you could have and I APPRECIATE YOU!
I purchased a bench vice one year ago directly from the manufacturer, Yost. Apparently Yost sold or gave control of their vice benches to The Eastwood Company. I called Eastwood hoping to get some help with a warranty issue on my product that's less than one year old. The tech support person confessed that they haven't even "seen" the product and only offer assistance to purchases made from them, not Yost! My advice... stay clear of Eastwood!

I ordered the 180 mig for my father as a Christmas present. Christmas Day we set it up and it didn't work. Nothing worked. Messaged Eastwood that day, not expecting a reply, but wanted to get the problem on file as soon as possible. December 26th message them again. No reply. Called on December 27th to get told only thing they can do is have me drive 2 hours to them so they acn look at it, but it most likely will have to be sent out to be fixed. What a waste of money and time. About the only positive thing I could say is it was fast shipping. But it really doesn't mean much if the product is poor with very poor communication. It's very disappointing
Ordered a spool gun for a mig135,175. I had just purchased a used Eastwood mig 135. Well it doesn't work with my 135. Spool gun is round 4 pin connector and my welder is 2 spade connectors. First email got a reply that she would find out which spool gun I needed an we could return the one I purchased. I've sent over 5 emails and posted message on Facebook page. No replies back even said if I needed a adapter to allow it to work let me know.
I will be contacting my bank to cancel the payment for the spool gun. Maybe then you will talk to me.
Very angry customer would have left 0 star's if I could.

After investigating, the wrong spool gun was purchased for the version MIG135 the customer owns. A return for refund is required at this point and a call (for faster assistance as emails are delayed by up to 3 days per the auto-response message sent to all customers) to our Technical Support team can assist with selecting the correct spool gun before a purchase is made
I want to sincerely express my appreciation for the level of customer service that James provided. I recently inherited a vintage vise and needed to obtain a base that would fit. Websites do not list any base dimensions; however, James at Eastwood was able to identify a base that would fit by taking the time to go into the warehouse to measure several different bases to find a match. Customer service at this level is very hard to find snd i am truly appreciative of the service James provided and for Eastwood in allowing this level of support. Great company!, Thank you James!
An item, purchased through Amazon, was returned for a refund via UPS.
The item was received by Eastwood, (as tracked by UPS) and my money was refunded.
A year later they are about to send my "unpaid bill" to a collection agency?
I called the company and there was a mix up related to Amazon returns. The customer service rep took care of it immediately and they agreed it was an error on their part. Phew! Things like this happen from time to time but they were quick to set things right.

Keep track of EVERYTHING you do with the company. A year later they may come backing looking for money for an item you returned!!

I have made a few purchases and have been satisfied. I was not satisfied with the last product and posted a review. The review was rejected as not meeting their website guidelines. I read the guide and violated no guideline. I just gave a non-favorable review. This makes me question their entire review process. How can I trust it if negative reviews are filtered out.

This is unbelievable poor customer service. Poor website function, ZERO communication, zero accountability and no attempt to correct or fix THEIR issues. This company has no problem failing on order, billing, delivery and communication but they will hold customers 100% responsible for every failing they have. NEVER AGAIN will they get a penny. Prismatic Powders has never pulled this garbage.

I ordered my husband a new welder from Eastwood because I heard it was a good place to buy from them. I placed the order December 11,2021. I also purchased accessories for the welding as well. I still have NOT gotten one of the items and everytime I call them, they tell me, oh it is expected in February 2022 and then April 2022, and now I'm being told September 2022! I've already paid for the item and still no definite news about the part! Not very dependable, that's for sure! I don't know if I would really recommend them to anyone!

Make sure you check your receipts. Purchased 2 items that are on sale, and was charged full price. Almost $50 difference. Partly my fault should have been paying attention, but still leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Bought a full quarter panel from Eastwood for $697 dollars. It is advertised as an AMD panel, which is high quality, made in USA and, rightfully costs about $600 to $700. What I received was an "X-Panel", that AMD also sells at a much lower price ($399) that is made in China. This is false advertising, fraud, price gauging and just down right dishonest. I paid more for a high quality product, and got sent the lower quality product at the same price. NEVER again will I trust this company.

Eastwood provided top notch service to me on an item a few weeks ago. I had an issue in the online purchasing department but a quick phone call the next morning lands me with Brianna C. Who took care of my issue in minutes and also I feel went above the call of duty and replied shortly after or call in an email with some information and products they support. First time costumer, I order a product on February 25 "product was on stock" I sent an email wondering about my order they never got back to me until I had to call on March 5 they told me the product was on back order that's why it was taking longer I would not order a product that was not on stock since I needed asp. And I read the cancellation policy they have pretty much u won't get that money back and just wait till they decide to ship your order this was horrific never ordering from this business again

I have been trying to get replacement wire drive rollers for my MP250i welder for 5 months. You would think this would be easy to source but Eastwood can't have a parts catalogue on these welders, They asked for these photos of the parts needed back in May. You would think they would know what the part is. There is already a new version of this welder and they don't know how to get parts for this older version? Thank god I am not a business that relies on this welder daily.
I have emailed Kelly in Oct, the Eastwood Rep., who replied to this review. It is now January 2022 and am not getting any further with the parts support. This is pretty well a new welder and they can't provide parts. I have not heard anything more since the end of Nov 2021. I am going to have to get a local machinist to duplicate these rollers I guess. NOT happy.

Lots of ordering issues. I didn't receive the correct items and had to pay out of pocket to send them back. Coupons seem to be a scam. Coupons are accepted but make no change in the order total. Even the coupons they sent me. After my first experience with Eastwood, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
