How apex steal my money

I have spent over $500 on this because its good but I have broke 3 controllers because of this game because I lag way to much im in South Africa so im used to lag but this I move 1000ping Jump 1500 ping I cant even play a battle royal its to laggy and my internet has full bars

Their customer service keep accusing me…

Their customer service keep accusing me of cheating. I was hacked and they don't care. They simply ban you and refuse to look into the case properly.

EA literally stole my account, due to my ISP closing down many years ago I had forgotten my email address for that ISP, I had multiple accounts on that setup, EA could not find my account due to this, I was told if I managed to remember my account to come back to them and they would sort it. Well I remembered recently and went back to sort it to be told that unless they could send an email to the now dead ISP that my account was linked to that I couldn't get the account back. Then I was told that "due to inactivity" EA had closed my account and regardless if I had access to that eMail address or not there is now no way I could get it back. There are games on there I have paid for and literally never played. EA may as well have reached into my wallet and stolen cash from me because that is effectively what they have done.

A lot of bugs in the game and customer service is very bad. Not helping, not refunding even if there promise etc.

EA are a spineless, useless company, that doesn't give a $#*!e about their customers. The only thing they care about is money. Their customer service or help is none existent. If your account gets hacked, EA will fix it by banning your account from playing any of their games, this is not the way such a massive company should treat customers. After days of pleading, emailing, tweeting, insta-g'ing, phoning and opening cases, I'm still no closer to resolving any issue.

Their support team chooses to ignore the vast majority of issues unless they're easy to fix. This is the laziest, and most disgraceful customer service I've ever seen in ANY company.

Oh and their account dispute team/ TOS refuse to have a contact number or refuse to give it out because they know they'll get an unlimited amount of abuse for their inability, or laziness to do their f***ing job! They have already told me that the account was compromised by an outside source yet still refuse to unban it. They are the worst company on the planet.

I wish respawn never merged with EA because at least then I could enjoy apex legends without the worry of losing my account, plus I wouldn't have to witness the EA logo upon loading the game.

EA Games. EA Support. What comes to mind when you see or hear these names? Worthless. Useless. Does not care about their customers. Basically, any negative word comes to mind, right? EA is like any other typical large corporation. They promise you the world, the best experience, they're the best, etc. Once you buy into their product they have your money, now you are useless to them. They outsource their support groups that have no idea what is going on. They are provided scripts in order to respond to your support needs. 9.5 out of 10 times their response has nothing to do with your initial question. Mostly because these outsourced analysts EA hires barely know the English language. I submitted 3 support cases needing help with my account on a game purchased online. All 3 responses had nothing to do with what I needed done. Overall, my case was not resolved as expected. Now I am left in the dark with my issue and cannot enjoy the gaming experience that EA games wants us (the customer) to have. EA's corp office social analyst (who is most likely American) will see these reviews but won't be much they can do other than 1 thing. The 1 thing that most companies like EA should do when it comes to help and support and that is the word CARE. EA does not care. They outsource to save money. When you outsource, you get what you pay for and that is zero progress. EA. Wake up and read the reviews out there. Your customers HATE you! Its not time to think. Its time to replace some of your high ups in the company. Until then you are nothing else but complete garbage! I will look up every review site there is for EA and paste this review. Why? Because what I am saying is the truth. You do not even deserve 1 star.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE APP!
December 6, 2022

App is constantly crashing and telling me to restore or clear the EA app cache. I mean when you download the app it give you 2 other EA icons saying EA error reporter, EA app recovery, reinstall or some crap. You should know that if it has to download this with the EA app, something is wrong with their app and you're constantly going to have to restore it. I also purchased a game off their app for the Black Friday sale a couple weeks ago and where the H*LL is it? We will never know because good luck trying to get a hold of EA contact support. It's either giving the circle of death loading screen for over 20 minutes just for the support to crash too when it does load. Your app is not user friendly as well and way too confusing navigating around for answers and searching for games. I WANT MY ADD ON GAME OR MY MONEY BACK EA! I play The Sims and recently started again. I was so upset to see that EA took the origins platform away. I wish The Sims was still accessible with Origins!. EA! Your app is TRASH! FIX IT! ZERO STARS!

Worse than Aids!

Since Aids, although still a horrible desease, is treatable now, EA Games isn't. You just have to live with the hughest levels of incompetence oaired with no will of taking responsibility for any of it. F UCK EA AND F UCK EVRYONE IN CHARGE!

I bought Jedi Survivor, first EA game I have purchased since Jedi Fallen Order.

Purchased the game on Epic so I wouldn't have to deal with Origin, only to find out Origin is gone and has been replaced with something that is, somehow, worse.

My average speed here is Australia is a whopping 90 mbs (almost as good as a third world country.)

Steam downloads at 7 mbs today
Epic downloads at 8 mbs today
EA's piece of $#*! garbage app downloads at anywhere between 2 kbs and 40 kbs (when it works, which it often doesn't.)

8 hours to download 300 megabytes of this patch? I think I would rather spend that time playing the damn game I paid for and I would be able to if I had bought it from ANY OTHER COMPANY ON EARTH YOU UNREPENTANT MONEY GRABBING MORONS.

Why am I forced to use your app EA? The only thing it accomplishes is to inconvenience me and remind me why you are broadly considered the worst company in gaming. 0% positive reviews in 12 months? Makes sense.

Here is an idea - stop doing things that make people hate you more for no benefit to you.

I bought Madden 22 a few months ago. Over a span of 2 + months I purchased over $5000 worth of Playstation points to use in Madden Ultimate team. On November 28th I turned on my game to find my account had been banned. When I contacted EA help to get my account reviewed and my ban ruling overturned I was told I had been involved in coin distribution. Knowing this wasn't true I submitted proof that I built my team using Playstation points and hadn't been involved in any form of cheating. This company has made it impossible to be competitive in their games without spending money and when you do they just take it away, worse they put the blame on you for their thievery. They either have no way of telling which players break their rules or are knowingly stealing from their players. Either way they are a morally bankrupt company. Please don't give this evil company your money. I wish I would have read the reviews about EA, they are nothing more than criminals. I will never purchase another product that has an affiliation with this company. If a small company committed the crimes that EA commits on a daily basis they would face serious prison time. In closing EA will steal from you and they will get away with it. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE EA PRODUCTS!

I have had a paid club pogo subscription for many years now, however, i am SERIOUSLY contemplating about NOT renewing my subscription because i ONLY like to play one game out of all the games they have and EA who owns club pogo CONTINUALLY allow people to cheat and that is taking the fun out of the game for me. They ask people to report cheaters, however, THEY DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT IT and i no longer care to spend money with them for a paid subscription when the game that play is INFESTED with people using cheating apps. I've known that they cheat in DICE CITY ROLLER on club pogo but it was CONFIRMED when somebody who i highly suspected of cheating got 90 pts. On the first roll of the first round which is MATEMATICALLY impossible because the most ANYBODY who's NOT cheating/ using a cheating app can get is 74 pts AT MOST. I reported this player and NO ACTION was taken at all by EA and this person and all the other cheaters in this game are still cheating. I don't forsee renewing my paid subscription because of this reason. What's since of asking people to report cheaters and they do NOTHING! I don't spend/patronize business' who don't give a darn about their customers and EA is NO EXCEPTION PLAIN & SIMPLE AS THAT!
