I have been a member for years, I have redeemed for magazines, itunes gift cards, Gamestop gift cards, mostly magazines. Summer 2016 the problem is receiving redemption rewards - I think they are in real trouble. I redeemed for an itunes gift card/code, should receive email in 24 hours. It has been over 16 days with a BBB complaint. In 3 days they send a spam/boiler plate response that indicates they have not read your original issue. I provided an alternate email, still have not received code. Magazines - they will have you wait the 8-12 weeks then say "sold out". So yes, the rewards are ok if you just want a little something for your time, but they are not dependable.
I have over 2000, 00 worth of rewards which i have used for freq flyer and hotel rewards. I have my own company which i think qualifies me for more surveys. It is far from a scam but i will admit i have completed surveys recently only to be told they had enough participants. I don; t think it is erewards per se but their customers; they bleed u for info then dont want to pay u.
Seems erewards thinks they can just take away your earnings from all your hours earning them, whenever they wish on false BS! I had over $500 and they said I cancelled!! Yah right!!
Everyone here that has been screwed by this company file a complaint with the Dallas Attorney general > https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/cpd/file-a-consumer-complaint
Time to stop all the fraud or swindling going on! I have already filed with the BBB and the AG Ken Paxton. If they don't do anything about this fraud then AG Jeff Sessions is next!! What are they doing with all of our earnings that they have taken away? Bet they are not claiming it on their taxes as income by swindle! They are saying they are paying out those amounts! This company needs to be investigated for their actions. I don't care if they don't ever want me to do another survey, but I want back what I earned on hours of surveys!!
You take some of your time and fill out surveys, and get point that go towards real cash $$... I have taken over 3,000 surveys in the last 5+ years and I have gotten gift card vouchers for Best Buy, GameStop, Omaha Steaks, Red Lobster, Starbuck, I-Tunes, Hertz & Hilton Honors Points... to name a few.
I have spent from these card voucher over $2,000.00 over the years

I signed up thinking "wow they give a very good amount of money for doing a survey." I had $91.25 so figured it was time to get a reward. Well as much as I tried their system wouldn't show me any rewards. Emailed them many times over a 2 month span and they kept telling me to try the same thing over and over, which I did and none of it worked. Finally they did something on their end and I was able to see the rewards. Boy was I surprise to see that I had to spend $75-$80 to get a reward worth $21-$25 dollars. This is very dishonest so I am cancelling my account. Also, and I have no proof of this, but since I signed up with them I get a ton of spam email from various sources. Erwards is the only place I have given my email to in the last few months, so that is why I suspect them of selling it. So user beware of this company.
I took many surveys to earn a restaurant gift. When I went to redeem, the restaurant, A National Franchise - $#*!eys, accused me of being a scammer. They never heard of
EREWARDS and refused redemption. When I reported this to EREWARDS, THEY DID NOTHING.Probably a BOT...All that time spent on surveys.I am done with them
They do not credit account with points, that you spend up to 30 minutes sometimes to complete. When you contact them, they do not have the decency to respond. I would not recommend them they are operated by shysters.
You will complete 90% of a survey and just to be told "sorry, but your responses dont qualify for this...", after you've already spent 10-15 minutes answering questions! THEN, even if you do qualify for some, and build up a enough points to check out a reward, it will give you an error EVERY SINGLE TIME you try and check out. Not worth the time and frustration. There are much better and more reputable sights out there to join (such as IPSOS)
I agree, write a complaint through BBB (https://www.bbb.org/dallas/business-reviews/advertising-agencies-and-counselors/research-now-group-in-plano-tx-*******/reviews-and-complaints) because I, too, have had my account deactivated for no apparent reason. They state discrepancies but I would like a detailed account as to what those are! I've lost $200+ in rewards and had been a loyal member for over 10 years! What discrepancies could there be? The only thing is to take surveys and redeem for rewards.
Surveys are interesting - not long & boring - they arrive with regularity and thankfully don't flood my email
Have never had a problem redeeming a reward
Very interesting surveys, most quick and easy. Sometimes as many as ten in one day. A small credit even if you do not qualify for the survey. Good rewards to pick from.
I enjoy taking the surveys, have earned enough rewards to get a few restaurant gift cards so that's cool. It's a quick easy way to earn some money for date nights.
I have enjoyed doing the surveys over the years even though some of them take a while to fill out.The rewards are pretty good, but a bigger variety would help
Received Red Lobster email making it sound like I was invited to take RL surveys for RL gift cards. I sign up and its suddenly E-Rewards! It was NEVER along the way stated I was registering with them! It even showed my first survey would qualify me for a $10 RL gift card. I take the survey anyway and after 15 minutes of numerous pages of questions am asked if I want to answers more questions, taking 7 minutes. I click YES, then am suddenly taken to a page stating I dont qualify for the survey! What the heck was I just taking then! This is crazy bogus, deceptive and phishing for info under the guise of survey rewards! Even more shameful is the initial email clearly from RL! I will be contacting RL corporate. I unsubscribed from E-Rewards only to immedately receive another solicitation email. AVOID this disgusting company!
SCAM. Stop doing their surveys. When requesting your reward gift card, they charge $33.00 to credit card. Feel like an idiot. CC knew to decline the charges immediately.
Quick and no problems... Do feel that on some survey's, there should be more points, especially the ones that says it is a 15 minute time estimate and it takes 25 minutes. Thank you
I like surveys that give points. Not so happy with ones i spend 20 min on just to have said survey full or i dont qualify spending that much time you should get something.
I used to think this app was ok. Now I don't. It takes too long to "find a survey"
Then they take longer than was stated. Or you get thrown out after having spent 10 minutes or more!
Many of the surveys recently have either expired within 24 hours or abruptly booted me out of the survey after one or two demographic questions. A very different experience compared with before.
Most surveys are easy to complete and do not take too much time. However, some are tedious and have repetitive questions without an appropriate answer choice.
e-Rewards has a rating of 1.9 stars from 252 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with e-Rewards most frequently mention gift card, customer service and enough points. e-Rewards ranks 213th among Survey sites.
