They said my points didn't get the airline points I requested for my husbands airline account number. So I wanted to know if I would get my points back that I used. I never received and answer. Is this what you are talking about. I have several accounts that give me things with my points. I don't know what order ID *******062 is referring to for me to make further comments
This company is a scam. They promise that if you fill out surveys, you will get rewards. But the "money" that is promised is only worth 1/3rd of cash value. On several occasions, I have spent well over an hour on surveys, only to get a message that the survey is full, and I got nothing. Nada. Zero. Zip. But I did hundreds of surveys (maybe thousands), and redeemed several thousands points. But, suddenly, my account is frozen.
Now, I have over $2000 in rewards, and they have suspended my account. Apparently, I was on double-secret probation, and I transgressed the unwritten law. When I started doing these surveys, I saw a review where someone said something like, "I filled out surveys to the best of my ability, and they suspended my account with no explanation, and I lost over $200 of rewards." I thought, "Yeah, that's not going to happen to me; I carefully answer each question."
You have been warned.
Absolutely ridiculous. Let's say they offer $15.00 for a 30 minute survey. You start the survey, answer most of the questions, then it alert you with a message saying the survey is full or that your device isn't compatible and only give you 25 cents. Not only that, but the rewards are ridiculous as well. Say you have $30 in rewards so you go to redeem it for a $30 gift card. Nope. $30 in rewards might get you a $10 gift card, but they charge you the full $30. The whole thing is a rip off. They're scamming people out of their time and information. Bunch of lying no good crooks!
I have been a member of erewards a very long time! I have received great payouts in the beginning, but now they are constantly deactivating your account, holding your hard earned gift cards for exchange of a photo ID and a picture of yourself! Run! Scam. This new company is trying to steal our identity. When we signed up they did not ask for our personal information, so why now? I do not feel comfortable with sending a picture and photo ID! They also use to pay.25 if you do not qualify,, you finish a survey honestly and completely for them to not pay you at all! Scam
I have been doing surveys on e rewards for a couple of years. I also have been signed up for up to 10 surveys per week. I used to get 5-8 per week, now I'm lucky to get 1 every couple of months!
Update. Not sure what they did but I am now getting multiple surveys per week...
Publishing our details to Scam! One of Mr Aljun, He emailed me no reason revoked my account, my $200 ereward point he eat.
He doesn't want to give me point, He don't connect manager, he will not give reply back. Simply saying revoked your Account, and I got couple of calls from scam, saying got your number secure folder, call back if you want to stop Ereward. After they got publicity they are treating customers will be peel of onion skin.
I know people are happy getting free gift card, but think another side your details going third party
You will not qualify for 99% of the surveys, but when you do and complete a survey, 90% of the time and when you do complete a survey it will say "Thank you for your interest in this study. Unfortunately, your responses do not meet the criteria required to fully qualify and complete this study. Your e-Rewards account has been credited the partial credit amount." This is BS. Don't waste your time!
I have always had great experiences with e-Rewards. Lots of different surveys available, always work properly and good choices of rewards offered in exchange for completing a survey. A variety of different kinds of surveys offered also. A chance to express your opinion is offered in the surveys.
Although I have still been able to redeem rewards for airline miles, my wife has not been able to redeem any of her rewards fr airline miles because they've been out of stock for about a year. This was the main reason why she & I joined & it's discouraging this has been out of stock fro such a long time.
I earn airlines miles and hotel points for filing out surveys. Surveys are easy, very rarely time consumer and provide an easy way to help me earn a few hundred miles/points to help me get a reward ticket.
On June 30,2023 I received an email with a link for my $10 Kroger eGift Card that I had redeemed earned survey points with E-Rewards for. In July I tried to use it at two different stores and both times it was denied. I went online to check the balance and found that there was never an amount added. The balance was zero with no transactions for the last 90 days. On July 31st I emailed them asking for it to be corrected. Since then I have emailed many times and have been given the run-around always saying that it's been escalated. What should have taken a few minutes to fix has now been 2 weeks with no action. They used to be reliable, but not anymore.
Their links do not work all the time so that you cannot always access surveys. Worse, you get all the way through a survey and expect teh $7.50 but the URL hangs up and you have to ask them to credit you. And they do not. I am investigating a complaint to the FCC or at minimum my congressman.
WOAH, I was a new member and spent several hours taking surveys. I was thoughtful and took my time reading and answering the questions completely. After obtaining $25 in e-rewards I attempted to redeem them. The first email stated I had to wait 72 hours for them to authenticate my account. I contacted them a week later to use my e-rewards, and received an email 3 weeks later with a generic response stating my account was suspended, with no additional information. While I am only out several hours and $25 in e-rewards, I feel horrible for those whom left negative reviews and are out hundreds of e-rewards dollars.
It was about banking and financial investing companies. Most of the companies l never heard of. I am not an avid investor so l am not Davy yo the industry. It was difficult for me to answer the questions.
I do surveys all the time with e-Rewards. Sometimes the surveys are too long and very repetitive but I like to do them anyway. I get rewards that are valuable.
A lot of times I can't get to all the surveys because there are so many.
I have been with them for years, but looking back on it, I have wasted a lot of time. Enjoy taking surveys that will kick you out time after time after submitting information. Go for it!
A lot of time for very little reward.
You spend your time filling in a review for them, only for them to claim you never did. No proof of completion is available at end of survey for you to keep as a record. Don't waste your time for nothing
I faithfully did the surveys at this survey site. I had earned enough points to get a $25.00 and a $10.00 gift card good at A. C. Moore. When I attempted to redeem the cards, I was told that my land-line phone number was a VOIP number and therefore this invalidated my redemption. I sent inquiries to their customer service which refused to accept my explanation and then suspended my account. A claim of investigation has not be carried out apparently and my gift cards are never to be sent to me. My other hunch is that these people just don't want to be bothered or have scammed me.
I like the rewards I can earn; magazines, GameStop rewards points, sportings goods gift cards. Sometimes I get tired of all the insurance surveys, financial surveys. But in the end, it's worth it, just a little boring.
I have been a member for a few years. The company has gone downhill. Taking a survey is very timely. Most surveys result in 25 cents in "e-reward points". It takes a lot of time and effort to reach enough to actually be able to redeem the points for rewards. There is a slim selection of companies/stores to redeem your points.
On the whole, it's just not worth the time and effort.
Just recently, they are requiring you upload your government identification to be "verified". So much for being anonymous.
I am very wary of sites that want my iD. There are too many phishing scams and hacking out there.
I would never upload my ID.
e-Rewards has a rating of 1.9 stars from 252 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with e-Rewards most frequently mention gift card, customer service and enough points. e-Rewards ranks 213th among Survey sites.
