They helped us out when we made a mistake of buying from made.com and deliver much higher quality product and very efficiently. I could not say anything better about them.

I would definitely use them again

Bought a dining room table and 8 chairs from dwell. One of the dining room chairs is used as a spare and consequently hardly used. However I discovered that one of the legs had come loose. I was unable to screw the leg back on so I contacted dwell who asked me to submit photographs. On receipt of the photographs, dwell refused to accept responsibility. They blamed me for the damage and moisture? Moisture in a centrally heated house, absolute nonsense. I thought after spending nearly 4K with them in that purchase, they may have considered a goodwill gesture and at the least offered a repair. Poor product and even worse customer service, avoid!

A real favourite of mine

A real favourite of mine. I have dealt with Dwell for years and not once been disappointed. Great style and design at a superb price. I have used Dwell furniture in many show apartments. Always deliver on time.

Shocking company!
March 18, 2022

Bought an office chair and once assembled it was far too low. They told me that they can't refund it as I have put it together (this consisted of a metal bar being inserted between the two pieces?) How else was I supposed to find out? They also failed to put the seat height in their description.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I would give zero stars if I could.
Ordered a dining table and chairs 8 weeks ago and paid in full as requested by Dwell. We were told that the chairs would be 5 weeks and the table 9.

Just in time for Christmas and time to decorate ready for our new furniture.

I sent a message at the end of 7 weeks to ask when we would be getting the delivery.

We were told ANOTHER 9 weeks. I did question why we hadn't been contacted and told this. There was no reason.

Shocking service. We have requested a full refund (we should have received interest on our hard earned cash). We would never order from this awful company again.

Bad quality sofa
June 15, 2020

DO NOT BUY! I bought a sofa from them and in less than two years the foam was completely deformed. They said it was from normal use. So clearly they don't are for quality in their products.

Fantastic staff

I visited Dwell in Bristol. The three staff were absolutely fantastic. I'd had a terrible experience with Oak Furnitureland. They were all helpful and professional.

Horrible Customer Service + Wincantin
August 3, 2022

My order was not delivered in the time frame given which was 12:30 to 2:30.
I waited and waited till 6:30 PM.
I called Dwell several times as well as Wincantin. I was given no concrete answer.

Even after sharing my phone number several times, I was told by Wincantin that they never received my phone number.
I was also told that delivery partner couldn't find my address - it is on the main road so I don't see that as being true!
NOTE - My previous delivery in which they sent me a broken table a week prior was delivered to my address without any hiccups.

I got no call/message/email to inform me of the delay. My entire day wasted thanks to the incompetence of both companies.
I had to cancel my very very important doctors appointment for this. ( Currently 7 months pregnant)

After sharing my number with Dwell & Wincantin several times, throughout the day, I still got no phone call from the driver or the customer care.

And to note, if I have ordered from Dwell and paid my hard earned money to Dwell, why do I have to deal with a third party i. E. Wincantin?

Neither Dwell nor Wincantin takes responsibility for anything- including the broken table I received or the fact that my phone number was not given to the driver. This is heights of harassment to the customer.
Would never recommend to anyone else!
