Where's my doughnut

I asked for 2 doughnuts 2 drinks and those doughnuts were a glazed and a Boston cream and the muffin was a chocolate chip the person I ordered from repeated everything back but when I got home I got a blueberry muffin and no Boston cream luckily I didn't get charged for it but Dunkin' get it right next time.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I go to Dunkin' Donuts all the time abs get a frozen coffee but I go and it's watered down and warm and she tells me that's how it is Like no it's not so don't lie to me

The service was good

I do not have any complaints besides the fact that my cup of coffee was sticky when handed to me. They just keep it a little too dirty in there for my liking.

I was visiting the dunkin doughnuts on outer lisbon st in Lewiston, the furthest dunkins on lisbon street across from the hotels and a lovely lady thinner side with glasses, think her name was Nicole or Nicki, well she was the friendliest person I've had wait on me, and she went the extra mile to make my food exactly the way I wanted it! It's great people like this who made my experience at this dunkins exceptional and I will definitely be reuturning again. She also busted my order out fast, and it was hot, fully cooked and yummy. Thank you to this kind, attentive employee she deserves some kudo's. O snagged a pic of these two wonderful girls who were the best ever in all my years in going to Dunkin' Donuts all over the state of maine!

I go to Dunkin donuts every morning for breakfast before I go to work. Most of the time my order is correct. Every once in while I'll have to fix my order however the employees or nice especially Mary. She is a hard worker and she always says good morning and have a good day. Im happy with this dunkin donuts. Thank you for your service.

Sad very sad

I was at your Fort Dodge Location recently and was very very dismayed on how one of your workers was treating the rest of them. She was calling them names and being very disrespectful. I felt bad for them they all looked unhappy and like they no longer wanted to be there. I don't know who she was or even her name she was a bigger dark skinned girl very short hair. I didn't even want to be there anymore because of this. Usually they are all happy and cheerful people. Especially when your one employee is there Nick? And Stacey? They are always on the go and very cheerful and helpful I hope they are still there! I just wanted to make you aware of this and let you know that several customers were very upset on how she was behaving.

Why would Donkin Donuts be open on Christmas, They Should at least be close on a important Holiday like Christmas, if they are open they should pay extra pay and volunteers to work it they don't take care of there employees

Well known for its coffees, Dunkin has been a favorite destination. My standard was a large Iced Hazelnut Coffee, unsweetened, light milk and 3 Splendas. I keep it low fat, low sugar. As I travel, I stop at the local outlet. But no matter where I go, the consistency is not there. A light looks like Guinness Stout and products like Ducolax and Miralax come to mind. Within 20-30 minutes, it's not uncommon to experience fight or flight in search of the closest commode. This begs a question: is it Iced Coffee or Colonoscopy Prep Time?

Let's face it, coffee is supposed to be a treat. Java junkies usually build up a firewall against feeling like a leaky faucet. But this is freaky and completely different. This is Shawshank redux. Should I bring Huggies?

I called Dunkin and they told me each location is a franchise and they have no control. That's nonsense since the franchisees have to buy their coffees and products and there are standards to ensure the brand is consistent. Perhaps because the company was bought out by private equity group, Inspire Brands, everything is now lax. And there have been numerous complaints as I've read.

I'd put a bug in the ear of Inspire Brands and reach out to them at *******100 since they're the parent company.

At the store on galena in aurora they gave me watered down coffee beans when I explicitly asked for an iced coffee with vanilla and oat milk. It tasted like $#*!. Do better

Every time I have gone to this store the people are rude. They NEVER say "Good Morning" or How are you today?" I give them my card and they just hand it back when they are done. No "Good Bye, thanks for coming today" or even a "Have a good day". Today I noticed their parking lot looked like a trash lot. There was trash all over the place. It looks like no one has taken care of the landscaping in months. I have given this store several chance to make things right. I will no more. I will not be returning to this store at all. If I decided to go to DD again, I will drive out of my way to do so.

Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew

It is the norm for something not to be right with the food that was ordered. Today I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew and they forgot the cinnamon and I don't taste any pumpkin; the maple sugar bacon wrapped that was ordered has one very thin slice of bacon and the egg and some of the cheese is burnt.

Coffee Refresher?

Waited in line for over 20 minutes for a Strawberry Dragonfruit refresher. By time I got to the intercom they waited 3 minutes before even addressing me. From the order being placed to receiving it took 10 minutes keeping me in line for 30 minutes. To top it all off they gave me a refresher with COFFEE in it. It's supposed to be pink and I told them at the window that this doesn't look like what I normally get and they ensured me it was correct. While I'm trying to drink it, I think I'm going to have to toss it as the coffee flavor is starting to get stronger. It tastes like they didn't clean the machine or used the coffee maker to make this. Very disappointed.

Worst experience!

I'm a regular and because this is closer to me I frequent this location. My drink is never made right and my order was wrong this morning. I ordered a large hot mocha with an extra shot of espresso with oat milk. I got a large coffee with mocha and an extra shot. It was a free drink reward redemption. I asked that I get a latte as requested. I requested Sergio make it because every time I get a remake he's the only one to make it correctly. The manager not only remade the latte herself but tried to charge me the difference for a free drink reward citing Sergio was busy even though I said I can wait since I had to pull around to the front and wait anyway. I know this because they gave me my original order as soon as I pulled around and I called and the manager told me she made it. The label was still on it and it wasn't freshly hot. Remakes don't get a label. Then the manager put the phone down with me still on it and offered no resolution. For first thing in the morning this location is inconsistent and rude. What a wake me up! I wish another Dunkin' was close by!
