I placed my online order and set it to be picked up at 10:20. They did an amazing job with the actual coffee, however the customer service was awful. I will not say this person's name because I do not want to publicly shame this person, but she needs to be fired or reevaluated. I asked for my order and she slams the coffee on the counter and walks away. She didn't even listen to the rest of what I had to say, given the fact that I was also waiting on munchkins. Even before that, I said "excuse me ma'am" and she looked at me and walked away. I would like to clarify that I am a TEENAGER that works 6-12 hour shifts in the restaurant industry. It doesn't hurt to be nice to someone, especially a customer who gave no disrespect in the first place. Sure have some attitude if i was rude, but I am just trying to get my coffee and go. Also, every time I come, it's either a "oh i didn't see your order i'll do it right now" or "can you wait we have a long drive thru line." That is not an excuse. Anyways have a good day.

I order a midnight coffee every day and this is the fourth time in a week they give me regular coffee with no cream or sugar when I ordered it with both. The workers are always goofing off and arguing and just give what they feel tonya instead of just saying we have to brew a pot for ya if you can wait ten min. This is the fourth coffee I've paid for and had to just throw out it's ridiculous that all eee to be re trained and stop being lazy and make the forte you offer at all times. Never even got a receipt

As usual this location doesn't serve food but won't post this where people don't get stuck in your narrow order lane. It wouldn't be a problem if I was on a time schedule and held in this line for 25 minutes to not be able to order. Just like there is signs stating that your dining room is open but of course the doors are locked. If I just wanted coffee and a headache there's a Starbucks 3 miles away. Maybe it's time to close the doors permanently. Otherwise your management personnel should be forced to work in these stores.

I get an email showing my DD rewards status -- that I have earned a free drink and am 100 points away from my next award. OK, so I log in via the link in my email, and it shows me that I have no free drink and am 200 points from a reward. *&^*$! So, for National Coffee Day, they send me an email saying I can get a free coffee with any purchase. I go in to order my craving and coffee, and the gal tells me I have to order through the app. The email does not say that. She explains that she doesn't know how to "do that" meaning honor the offer I showed her in my email. I had my enrolled Dunkin Card in front of me on the counter. The email says that if I pay with an enrolled card, that I could get the offer. OK, I DON'T DO APPS, so that shouldn't be the only way. According to the cashier, that was the case, but that's not what the email says. Her lack of training shouldn't become MY problem! My solution: I went to Barnes & Noble for their free coffee offer - walk in, say I'm here for the free coffee, and *their* cashier told me about a bakery deal, and I went for the upsell.

The rating is 2 stars because in the past, I have found some tasty menu offerings. Aside from that, they get zero stars.

Store # ******* in Coral Springs. Store Manager Camillia *******. Coffee was bitter and nasty, was not able to drink it. While throwing it away, I noticed on the bottom of the cup, it had coffee ground and something that looked like a piece of fruit. Shame on the store serving something that it can't be consumed.

I am convinced a monkey with an apron could do better than the people working at D D. This company obviously has zero standards. I passed by today to get a grilled cheese tomato pesto sandwich. The pic shows you what I got. Unbelievable. I am done with them.

I'm doing a review because the survey wants you to download something and I'm not downloading anything on my computer. The food is yummy. Ordered a everything bagel this morning and when I got home it was a plain bagel. No napkins no ketchup. Really.;
Employees were nice no problems there. They just need to get their act together and listen and provide a few napkins please.

I was at the DD on Jefferson & Dembigh in Newport News, VA. About 10:15 am on 9/21/22, I walked into the store. There were 4 employees there and chatting, There was no Hello, they simply looked at me and continued there conversation. I was alone out front, I stood there for about 3 min's, and then cleared my throat expecting someone to respond. Again they looked at me and continued there discussion. At this point I left. What was I supposed to do, start a bunch of stuff for a donut and coffee? Apparently at DD the employees decide if you should be served or not. Seems that there goes another slice of American freedom. HORRIBLE!

I went to DD on Lee rd in Orlando, Fl. This morning and ordered 2sm caramel craze & 1md signature pumpkin spice latte! When I received my order they gave me the 2 caramel craze & a original pumpkin spice latte! I asked where is my whipped cream and caramel with sprinkles? The guy at the window told me it don't come with it! Then I said yes it does he said only on the signature! I said that's what I ordered! The manager lady! Came and said no the signature don't come with it but we can put the whip cream in a cup & you can dump it on your drink! Because we can't take the drink back! I said well I don't want the drink without it & Im not going to dump my caramel in my drink! If you can't make it the way I want it I would like to receive my money back! Then she snatched the drink from my daughter hand whom was the driver! And told us to pull up! So! I went inside to insure they made me a new drink because she was upset with me! The service this morning was horrible! I'm a regular customer of DD & this was my first & last time coming to this Dunkin' on Lee rd! Picture of how signature pumpkin spice suppose to come added! But I was told it don't come like that‍

In the past 2 months I've gone to 5 dunkin (donuts, which you shouldn't have dropped anyways) and leave had stale donuts, burned coffee, and rude employees. BTW. Why are yall not wearing gloves and raw dogging my coffee cup? Gross.

This most recent issue was two parts:

I went yesterday morning to my local. Ordered a cold brew with flavor shots and a jelly donut. I go to the window. I had cash They said they can't take cash... and demanded I give back the coffee and donut that day... wow rude and that's a YOU issue not me.

May have let me have it since you're just gonna throw it away anyways.

Then I figured I should try again today... same coffee since I didn't get it before, cinnamon roll. (BTW. Stop calling them cinnamon rolls. They are nothing but cheap dough with cinnamon glaze). I got to the window. Paid in cash... suddenly its cash friendly? Then get my drink... it's black coffer and cream... no flavors. Then when I asked to remake it. He said he can but argued that ot was correct already and won't be diff... it should be... considering you forgot my flavors... but ok. So I just said F it... give me a refund... They didn't and that's that.

I will never go to a dunkin again in my life. Poor quality all around. Since the buy out a few years ago, yall are fallllllling downhill

When you order decals coffee and they run out of it they will give you regular coffee and say you got decaf. The food always made wrong.

So many locations that don't have products, the drive through staff couldn't be bothered to give a $#*! or even act like they are at work and not just talking to a random stranger. $#*! this company

The employees are extremely nice and amazing. The store is very clean and organized. And the food exc… is delicious.

I think I just witnessed some of the worst customer service ever. Awful drink, took them 20 minutes to make a simple coffee, manager wasn't even doing anything. No one was actually, except for 2 workers out of like 6 or 8 workers. Super disappointed and would never go there again. And this was all at Dunkin

Went to the new Dunkin Donuts in Conover to get some donuts to take home to my family. The people were very polite but the donuts were dry and stale and stuffed with regular cream instead of the bavarian cream my family loves. I was very upset seeing as I ordered them at 0752 in the morning on August 20th

Had nothing in stock no workers to help and waited there for 15 minutes then they didn't want to return the money cause they didn't know how

Whut is Happening DD!?
I've been patronizing DD for about 10 years, so I SHOULD KNOW at least how the my favorites taste, at their BEST! I not only go to the ones in the glen burnie area (Crain hwy south) but others too. Crain Hwy south is near my home. I chose to get a different donout, it was as nasty as the i ones I use to love blueberry and sour cream they ar so donuts are sooooo disappointing. Yes I have complained to them before. Severa times. Laurel. 198 north near fort Meade road Laurel, MD and 197south towards Bowie. Let's make this clear, this is not about the service
It seems to be a systemic double down grade of the quality of donuts (sweaty, clumpy, dry, thin to no glaze on donuts.). I'm tired of driving away from drive thru to find out I have a disgusting of donut that I had to dispose of. They are cheating me out of my Carmel swirl All the time. I KNOW HOW IT SHOULD BE! So there has been too many times that I had to swerve back and I turn back to the above DD to get the proper shots. And who knows that they don't put there finge in it or s__t in it. It is UNACCEPTABLE DD!

I had to sit three cars from the window for 15 minuets! So I went inside and demanded my donuts and coffee. They then proceeded to explain that the couldn't pull up my order because there computers weren't working. I gave them my order of a dozen donuts and a large coffee with five creams and five sugars. Due to 'technical' difficulties ( the stupidity of the staff) I got my donuts and not my coffee. Because they can't whip up a large coffee? Honestly this has really made me disappointed in DD as I usually enjoy going there. Come on Duncan, you can do better. U made me twenty minutes late.

We would like the option to have no sprinkles on strawberry frosted donuts. And to have the option to have sprinkles to the chocolate frosted as-well. -mady

Placed my order through the dunkin app and they were out of mocha wouldn't give me a refund they said they would not get there money back. How do they get the money for the order I placed. Last time I go there. The wait time is ridiculous the staff is definitely under trained.
