Burnt toast
September 4, 2023

I ordered the avocado toast and it was burnt on top. They tried to cover it up with the avocado spread and lots of seeds but it was still burnt! Customer service? Dunkin at 1901 Pennsylvania Ave in Wilmington DE

First time trying egg and veg bites. Its sadthe menu changes alot. I vote to ditch this item. It was costly for two bites, and took me an entire coffee to wash the taste out of my mouth. Disgusting food product..

I am a regular customer at Dunkin but I feel nowadays their service across the board everywhere has gone down and can be spotty. The wait times can get ridiculously long, even at the drive thru's. They seem constantly short staffed everywhere I visit. I think they need to do something about their decline in service.

Stopped by the brand new location in Abingdon, Virginia. I had a single plain donut and could have kicked myself for wasting 2 bucks on something that wasn't worth a quarter. Never again. Now I know why they're called "Dunkin". That's what I did with 2 bucks...flushed it! I could have bought a whole box of fresh baked at the grocery store. It taste like a$$! Poor quality.

One of the representatives(Daemon) at Dunkin donuts located in green valley ranch was worse. He didn't know how to ring rewards and instead showed his temper to us when he couldn't help us. Made our morning awful.

I've been trying to use the app for 3 1/2 years since I met my gal and get her $20 worth of Dunkin/month. I end up going into the store to have a clerk do the order for me! The store personnel also tell me they don't like the app either. In 3 1/2 years I only have 277 points b/c I don't get points in the store. They should be ashamed of their poor rating b4 mine! BEWARE!

I order a midnight coffee every day and this is the fourth time in a week they give me regular coffee with no cream or sugar when I ordered it with both. The workers are always goofing off and arguing and just give what they feel tonya instead of just saying we have to brew a pot for ya if you can wait ten min. This is the fourth coffee I've paid for and had to just throw out it's ridiculous that all eee to be re trained and stop being lazy and make the forte you offer at all times. Never even got a receipt

As usual this location doesn't serve food but won't post this where people don't get stuck in your narrow order lane. It wouldn't be a problem if I was on a time schedule and held in this line for 25 minutes to not be able to order. Just like there is signs stating that your dining room is open but of course the doors are locked. If I just wanted coffee and a headache there's a Starbucks 3 miles away. Maybe it's time to close the doors permanently. Otherwise your management personnel should be forced to work in these stores.

I drink ice coffee all 4 seasons, everyday, every morning. Iced Medium, 1 cream with Carmel swirl. Service is quick, price is right, taste can't be beat. And they have Dunkin' Donuts Perks... you get a free coffee after so many. Can't be beat. Starbucks-icky.

Refreshing

Coffee is always wonderful. America does run on Dunkin! They have multiple options now on TAP. Over the last year they stepped up to serve the community. The app is great, quick and easy to follow with. I try to go early in the morning so i get fresh product.

My review is about, of all things, the new hot cups, which are paper, at least here in MA. They become so hot to the touch when filled that you can barely hold them without getting burned. There is no sleeve like at Starbucks. I would recommend saving some of the styrofoam ones before they become obsolete, as you can leave one in your cupholder to insulate the super hot cup and handle it. My friend has used the same one many times and he says the new cup fits inside of it.

Such a shame…

I love DD i think there is so much potential BUT everywhere i go i have issue. In EVERY damn store are people who has no idea what they're doing, young kids who are acting like it's their first day in work.SUPER unprofessional! Everywhere i go they always messed up my order, burn my sandwiches or forget something what I paid for. I thought its just one store but no, it's ALL Dunkin's store. Continue like this and you can close the franchise. I'm really upset and make sure everyone knows…

Dunkin Donuts coffee is so watered down, they made it remind me of a marketing ploy on their customers. Coffee flavored tea. I can see the bottom of the cup. That's not coffee, its boiled coffee flake or something. Watered down coffee for the prices they charge is highway robbery. I see some stores, people have to ask for a napkin. There going down hill fast. Either they wake up, and start serving standard coffee again, or eventually people will go to Starbucks.

I ordered online to pick up at store when I got there the employee told me that there was no donuts they only hade two varieties of donuts so I asked so they can refund my money and she told me there's nothing she can do so I left the store without my money or donuts I called corporate and still haven't heard nothing from them that it is the franchise owner that they have to wait to resolve this issue this was 2/9/2024 and today's date is 2/14/2024 and still haven't received an answer Dunkin' Donuts on Miami located on 137 ave sw 152 street

I am very disappointed in this new point system. This morning I went into "offers" and chose the "two times the points" for an espresso drink. You do not get two times the points... for an espresso drink I got 172 points, for the exact same drink yesterday I got 175 points go figure! 3 points is NOT two times the points! No matter how you do the math.

We have been waiting for it to open. Only to finally go & get bad customer service 2x in a row! First time they took our $$ first before we picked our donuts but took 15 min to pick our donuts & get our coffee because she continued to help people behind us in line first. Second time was today & the selection of donuts was not that great so i only got one & the employee kept bugging me to get more even after i said i dont like the choices! Not going back anytime soon

Went to the Dunkin' in new castle, they filled my tea but left a big space in the cup. "We can't fill it all the way up cause that's where the ice would've taken the room." Every other dunkin donuts has filled it up to the top, also customer service was horrible.

Outrageous!
August 12, 2022

I had to sit three cars from the window for 15 minuets! So I went inside and demanded my donuts and coffee. They then proceeded to explain that the couldn't pull up my order because there computers weren't working. I gave them my order of a dozen donuts and a large coffee with five creams and five sugars. Due to 'technical' difficulties ( the stupidity of the staff) I got my donuts and not my coffee. Because they can't whip up a large coffee? Honestly this has really made me disappointed in DD as I usually enjoy going there. Come on Duncan, you can do better. U made me twenty minutes late.

I go to Dunkin donuts every morning for breakfast before I go to work. Most of the time my order is correct. Every once in while I'll have to fix my order however the employees or nice especially Mary. She is a hard worker and she always says good morning and have a good day. Im happy with this dunkin donuts. Thank you for your service.
