This store has always been a problem with long lines, waiting inside forever. Employees not knowing what they are doing. There was 6 employees and they all were working at a snails pace. There was a long line at the drive through so I decided to go inside well that was worse I waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees there were about 7 other people doing the same thing. Some people came in after me and got there orders before I did no sense of urgency!
There is nothing like a doughnut and fresh coffee! If you join their Perks Club you'll get free drink offers in the mail. I favor DD over other coffee places since their prices are more reasonable while the quality is still high. And delicious!
This Dunkin Donuts in Aurora OH is absolutely amazing. There are several other locations in my area, yet this is the one that seems to get my order right every single time and never run out of any item that I ask for. The staff is always courteous, natural, and gets the job done. They are not fake yet genuine when doing their work.
I stopped going, and I finally figured out why. It's not because of the workers, as they've almost always been friendly and helpful. It's because of the Donuts! I can remember getting Chocolate Covered Donuts with a nice hard Chocolate frosting. NOW, even in the winter cold it is basically a syrupy mess. It's really just sticky and gross. Chocolate frosted, Boston Creme, I don't even know if they still do eclairs. I can make the coffee at home, but not the Donuts. But these are no longer the donuts me and the family use to enjoy!
With donuts as your business and even in your brand, you should be able to put out a pretty decent glazed donut since that's about as basic as it gets. I have eaten Dunkin' Donuts glazed donuts twice in the last month in two different locations, the Dells in Wisconsin, as well as the Oasis in Chicago. Both times the glazed donuts were wet and soggy. Anyone knows the glazed doughnut should have a dry hard shell; it's part of the joy of it. I am so done wasting my money on a donut place that doesn't make good donuts. Why is Dunkin' getting so much play? Just say no and go local for your donuts.
I recently purchased some food using my app. When I arrived no more than 5 minutes later everything was ready and a girl was so nice she offered me to even have a cup with ice so that I could put my soda in. I have never been asked that before Great job Aubrey!
We ordered online using the app. When we arrived our order had not been started. It was a busy location. But our sandwiches were barely cooked and out frosted donuts were. The donut holes are under the mess off donuts and frosting. They will br thrown out. The only thing I could say is the kid was polite.
I stopped by dunkin on route 17 around 645 this morning. The line was decently long and it was moving a little slow (no slower than being fully staffed) when I ordered the girl was super polite. When I pulled up to the window what sounded like the same girl was the one to take my payment and give me the drink it seems she had made. I was shocked, I am not sure if she is alone in that dunkin running the whole store but she is KILLING IT. Good for her. My iced caramel latte is made perfect also!
It is the norm for something not to be right with the food that was ordered. Today I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew and they forgot the cinnamon and I don't taste any pumpkin; the maple sugar bacon wrapped that was ordered has one very thin slice of bacon and the egg and some of the cheese is burnt.
Dunkin in Mount Holly NC. Inside your store and workers inside are wonderful but that young girl that was working this morning on 11/16/2023@ 8:35. Worse customer service ever. It killed her to be at the window. Attitude, no straw for drinks. Wouldn't speak up in interkom and attitude at the window.
Dunkin Donuts built their empire in New England based on inexpensive but still high quality donuts and coffee, delivered promptly.
They do that well.
However, when they experiment with too many new products, healthful options, etc. it takes away from a proven main attack.
My friend had a stroke recently, so we go to the Woburn recovery centre for treatment two or three days a week. Before or after her medication, we normally stop at the Four Corners Dunkin Donuts at 188 Cambridge Street for breakfast. In the morning, the shift leader, Michele, is an extremely compassionate individual. She knows all of her clients, treats them (and the other employees) as family and takes care of everybody there personally. I really can't tell you more about her. She is so loving and sweet and for what she does she deserves special praise. When you leave this shop, you leave with a smile, thanks to her, on your face.
This place is horrible. It deserves less than a 1 point rating. I have called 4 times to Dunkin and there has been absolutely no resolution. If you have a serious problem, expect to be ignored completely. Don't expect to get what you order here. Read the reviews - one person got seriously ill, another one states that the coffee cup was filled with grounds at the bottom. My visit was atrocious. I have a sensitivity to dairy products so I make absolutely sure that I order accordingly. My order had missing ingredients and dairy products. I guess Tracey is the owner, but she does not have the decency to respond to you despite Dunkin corporate stating that they have repetitively requested escalated followup. I was sick for two days after spending $7 on a treat for myself. Please do not let this happen to you. Do yourself a favor. If you want Dunkin coffee go to neighboring locations.
We walked in the store and it kinda smelt weird, like eggs. We ordered and the costumer service was ok because they are definitely more focused on their drive thru. After we ordered it took them around 20 minutes to get our food but, we were missing one bagel sandwich when we finally got our order and, all of the sandwiches were burnt. For example the cream cheese bagel was black and cream cheese melting off of the sides. Last we got our drinks which were 2 mango pineapple refreshers and a frozen chocolate. The mango pineapple refreshers tasted like milk and pineapple. The frozen chocolate was missing an ingredient, making it taste like and ice slushy with chocolate sause on the sides. After all of that we brought the food back to return it and it still has taken another 20 minutes for them to even talk to us, we got our food back burnt again!? DO NOT RECOMEND‼
Steer clear of the Dunkin in Rock Hill NY they charge 75% to 100% more than the others. Order a pumpkin muffin on the app, they will charge $6.02 the one in Monticello NY $2.49! An XL coffee is 4.03, it's $3.19 in Monticello. Plus they skimp on using the flavor. Terrible place, do not recommend it.
I'm doing a review because the survey wants you to download something and I'm not downloading anything on my computer. The food is yummy. Ordered a everything bagel this morning and when I got home it was a plain bagel. No napkins no ketchup. Really.;
Employees were nice no problems there. They just need to get their act together and listen and provide a few napkins please.
Okay love Dunkin donuts and coming to Dunkin donuts for years. But ever since you went to the paper cups I don't understand how a company like yours multi-billion dollars can't get a paper cup that fits right without a leaking every $#*!ing time
Tables are rarely clean, doughnut prices keep going up and employees need to quit talking and get the orders done, I was inside and they kept on doing the drive thru, they need to move the drive thru sign so people quit going the wrong way and making it hard for people to get out of their spots. They need to find a better cup for the small coffees instead of doubling them up because I'm sure we are getting charged for that one way or another. We go everyday there in Harrisburg.
I went inside, and the counters were not kept very clean, they did not make us feel very welcome.
They were not very organized at all. When ordering donuts, most of them had no idea what donuts you were talking about. After ordering regular coffee, we noticed lots of coffee grounds in the bottom of our cup. I know the business is new here, we only hope they can figure out how to make a regular cup of coffee without the coffee grounds we wish them good luck and all the best.
If DD is using parchment paper or whatever in their oven then it must be burning and leaving burnt plastic taste on the surface of the bagel or bread...Come on DD, you've been getting complaints of this for a few years...Fix it..
