I was a new customer. Signed up last month to have food delivered during this Coronavirus Pandemic. I liked the food. Everything I tried was pretty good for ready made. However, after trying to reorder, I am not satisfied. If you want returning customers, you shouldn't ask them to keep track of passwords. This is a hassle, a waste of time trying to get through emails, and reset everything. And there's no way to bypass it. Hopefully, you'll change the way your system is set up. Until then, I'll have to go some place else. Passwords are inconveniences to me and just makes me extremely angry!
