I ordered a wardrobe it's has not arrive I sent many email and phone them up no answer. I'm disgusted with the service they provide any one out there thinking to buy stop and read there reviews is a bloody scam. I will make sure I get my money back even if I have to travel to twickenham myself
Failed to deliver on two occasions, the carrier said the mattress had not been despatched to them. I cancelled and requested refund. Their customer service is so poor that emails receive auto responses that "your request has been dealt with". Over three weeks now and still no refund.
Worst ever experience with any company we've dealt with. Terrible customer service. Hours on hold. Being hung up on repeatedly. Wrong deliveries. Late deliveries. Basically, it's hard to explain in words, just how bad this company is. Stay away.
Worst company I've ever dealt with... customer service is a joke! They don't know what they're doing and if you ring your like number 35 so your kept waiting. They actually lie to you and say their "Support Team " are on your case... and then hear nothing from them... big mistake buying from them! DON'T DO IT!
What a terrible company bad customer service if they have got one at all keep phoning no joy keep you on hold on a 0344 number god knows what my phone bill will be. They took my money out of my bank account straight away not received any emails from them after sending them one every day
Utter shambles. I bought bunk beds with mattresses and paid extra for last Saturday delivery. Fair enough got text saying it was cancelled. Re-arranged for Monday. Stayed all day in and no delivery, supposedly beds went to wrong depot. After being on line for ages, it was re-arranged for today but instead delivery man came yesterday Thursday when I was not in. I have spent all morning trying to cancel the order and be refunded. Worst of all, after being left on hold for 50 minutes, someone picked up the line and left it open for a few minutes not responding but having a laugh with colleagues before putting back on the call queue and did it again. Unfortunately there are no other number to call. I have email a complaint but I would not be surprised if these get deleted for fun.
Ive had the most atrocious online shopping experience ever with this so called company. They havent delivered my item and havent given me money back. They have cancelled the order but yet no sign of my money. This is the most recent problem Ive had with them the list of unbelievably bad customer service goes on and on. Ive bought 2 products off this website and had issues both times with either damaged goods, bad customer service, delivery no where near on time or in this case no delivery at all. And now they keep hold of my money as well. You pay £10 for delivery and either get it a week late or never.

Ordered the Toulouse dressing table and bedside table. Unbelievable when opened box the dressing table was in bits. I believe (as does everyone else who saw it) that it had been smashed up with a hammer put back in box and sent out. Mirror smashed to pieces, legs of stool smashed up. Why was this not checked before it was delivered? Too much damage to have been dropped or done in transit. Bedside table (in separate box also damaged) Had to take another day off work to await delivery for them to collect and replace. No acknowledgement whatsoever from dunelms! Not acceptable!
Ordered a sofa 2 months ago. Last week they delivered the wrong sofa. I asked them to take it back and called and arranged another delivery in two days. No one showed up, no one let me no! I was talked after two calls and that they are out of stock. I asked for a refund. One week on all I got after calling and sending emails was an answer today, by email saying I am not getting a refund cause they delivered the sofa! Want to get into this kind of trouble? Go ahead and order!
Do not buy from this company save yourself the stress. They do not get back to you, it's impossible to contact them if your product is faulty! I have had no refund neither has the faulty bed been collected. I am still waiting nearly 3 weeks later and sleeping on a mattress on the floor & pregnant! This is the worst company I have ever known. Take note: Do not buy from this company you will regret it! Check fave book and other reviews I haven't seen a good one yet!
Do not use this company placed order was told couple days for delivery then got a phone call saying would take eight weeks to get items i said ok they took the payment straight away then i waited and waited eight weeks come around had to contact them waited and waited for reply when they did email me they said it would be another eight weeks i asked a refund this company is useless staff are no good and they do not bother you to let you know whats going on will never use them again they are crap a waste of time
Why oh why didn't I read the Reviews first! Delivery date ignored, appalling customer service and crap quality furniture. I could say more but it is just repeating over and over what has been said on this site already. The only one thing I would say is the people I have spoken to have been friendly, completely ineffectual however.
Will be contacting Watchdog, they just must investigate this company.
This company is a complete and utter joke.
The products they advertise simply to do not exist.
There are no direct contact details for couriers and you will be informed at the last minute that your product is not able to be delivered on the scheduled day by text. Subsequently no one will contact you to organise an alternate day - this is down to you to wait on the phone for an hour or more to speak to a representative who knows nothing about the delivery details. Ultimately I had to cancel the order when it did not arrive after several days of waiting in the house for a delivery of a product that I do not believe they even stock.
This is an absolutely atrocious and infuriating business model, I am not sure how they are even making money.

I would only ever leave bad review if I felt so strongly and didn't want others suffer. Good thing is the quality of the bed is nice (material only). That's it. I am furious at the appalling services. Only 4 castors arrived with the bed then after complaining 4 more did arrive- but they are wheels! One of the draws was broken on arrival. I can not attach the headboard to the bed- there is nothing there! Communication with customer services was fairly good for the first month... it's now been nearly 3 and I've heard nothing. They offered to send another bed, I booked a day's leave from work then heard nothing? No one will respond to emails or tell me who to call. I will not let this lie. The bed was not cheap and this company are a joke
Horrendous ongoing experience. I bought a log store from this company and it was delivery on 1st June. During delivery your driver damaged my driveway (i accept accidentally)and the store itself is mouldy with fungus growing on it. I have emailed you on 7-8 occasions since including sending you attachments of the damage to driveway and store. You promise to reply but usually do not. The last time you bothered to reply you stated that you would resolve my issues. This was 19 June. Yet again, I've heard nothing since.
I have no good points to say about this company, it was the worst ever experience I have ever had in trying to purchase a product from them.
The site offers Next Day Delivery this is a lie they can not do this.
The items get delivered via the suppliers so the site does not tell you if they are in stock or not.
The site says that it has 90% happy customers which is false as you cannot write a review on there site.
I ended up waiting three weeks, rang them about 6 times (hours of my own time) and each time they said that it should be dispatched in 24 to 48 hours, which is a lie. In the end I cancelled the order to find that the refund was incorrect and I ended up ringing them again to sort out.
I am having a dreadful experience with Mattress World (part of World Stores). I am seriously thinking of contacting the BBC TV programme 'Watchdog' and 'Rogue Traders'. I have never dealt with such a bad company. They did not deliver the mattress 'next day' as stated and confirmed on the telephone. The delivery people then left the mattress outside in a garden by the road. The product was not as described and clearly very poor in quality. And now I am trying to return it for a refund. I've sent 4 emails through their online Contact Form none of which have been replied. The 'Customer Services' telephone is not answered and the 'Sales' people refuse to deal with it. When I asked to speak to a manager, they just immediately put me back on hold. Clearly they have a system to avoid customers reaching them.
I ordered a door from Worldstores which they claimed to have in stock. The chosen delivery date arrived but all I received was an anonymous text message from the courier stating that there was 'a problem with our carrier network. Your local delivery depot will be in touch to book a new delivery date with you'. The carrier never got in touch and I have subsequently learned that Worldstores use their own delivery company. After many hours wasted on the phone to endless hapless customer service representatives, all claiming that the 'delivery team' would be in touch, I never heard from them. After a week of this, I requested a full refund, which they said they would grant. Three weeks later, I am yet to receive this and going through a paypal claim. This appears to be the way in which Worldstores operate. They are a useless, incompetent company with absolutely no respect for their customers. I urge anyone thinking of buying from them to explore any other option.
The drawers i purchased are themselves very nice, appearing of good quality, however, they were delivered without assembly instructions. I emailed the company asking for them to be posted or emailed but got no reply. Due to the fact there were many parts involved and me not having a clue where to start, I was forced to employ someone to put the drawers together for me.
You are also required to be home when the item is delivered as it won't be left without a signature. However, I was already at work when I received a text informing me it would be delivered that day, leaving me opportunity to make arrangements.
Due to the poor customer service I won't be using this company again and don't recommend them.
