DSW

I ordered 2 pairs of walking tennis shoes online to pick up in store. Adidas pair has nice color and fit nicely, but Kelly & Katie slip on snicker run small and too fitted for me. I was so fortunate to have Maryann assisted with the whole process. She helped return the original pair and reorder a replacement pair 1 size bigger in gray, my favorite color.
There was no extra charge and free shipping to my home. It was mid morning on a Saturday and it was busy with at least a dozen of customers in-line but yet Maryann was very calm, patient and focus to complete my transaction. Her professionalism, patience, and understanding are impressive. And her outstanding customer service is unbeatable. You're the Best Maryann! And thank you for your kindness.

I have shopped at DSW for years and have always had wonderful sales associates. There is one in particular at the DSW Store at The Renassiance Center in Altamonte Springs, FL. Her name is Cindi (sorry, don't know her last name). She always has a smile and a pleasant hello or how can I help you or let's see if we can't figure this out. She is an outstanding asset to this store. We actually have 4 stores in this area but I always go to Cindi's store, in hopes she might be working. Please don't get me wrong, the other associates are very helpful also, but, there ain't nothin or no one workin' at DSW as pleasant and knowledgeable as Cindi. She would make an excellent trainer (if she isn't already). I know nothing about her outside of DSW. All I know is SHE'S SUPER!

Today i went to DSW and Megan helped me with my purchase and information that I needed as a member and a customer. Megan definitely went out of her way to make me happy. Thank You Megan Garcia for giving me excellent customer service.

I needed shoes for a wedding, and tried so many on, because I have a hammertoe.
My daughter was in the DSW store, and e-mailed me with the picture of a shoe, and
Asked me if I liked it----I loved it! So we sent for a 6-1/2 and 7. It is a Nanette Lepore,
Danielle NL *******-Black. I tried both pairs on and the 6-1/2 was very comfortable.
I shoved that hammertoe right in the shoe, and started walking in them. I am 86 yrs. Old and I danced all nite at the reception. Thank you DSW. Carmela H.-9/03/18

Have an upcoming trip to Italy with my boyfriend and love the selection they have at DSW. Never shopped here before but glad I found it. Purchased some cute shoes for my trip.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes from DSW and unfortunately they got stolen from my front porch, and I got in touch with customer service and they were so helpful! They gave me the choice of a refund or re sending the shoes, and because 1 pair became out of stock, they ended up sending 1 pair and refunding the other. They were so helpful, efficient, quick to respond, and accommodating. I really appreciated it!

Color, Style, Original, Comfortable, I feel special when I walk in the store, and online I get locked in. Hallelujah

I'm a totally DSW fan. I love there boots, sneakers and there shoe clearance is tremendous. I love DSW! It's my go to source for shoes.

I've been shopping at DSW for years and have had nothing but great experiences. I buy online and at the stores. Customer service is wonderful and the staff has always been great. I really can't understand why this store has had any bad reviews. I actually just ordered three pairs of shoes online and I'm waiting for them to be delivered at the store. I went to the DSW on Polaris and I met the manager, Kyle! He went above and beyond to make my experience one to remember. I was interested in several shoes and he was able to locate two in his store and for the 3rd shoe he searched in other locations until he found it in Dublin Ohio. The next time I was there with all of the shoe lovers he meets and helps everyday, when I came in he remembered me! Again he helped and along with other team members, Monica and Erin. I will not got to a different DSW unless directed due to the show can be located there with their help! Kudos to Kyle and his other staff, Erin and Monica. Great Job and Customer Service!

Mind you I traveled approximately 5-6 miles to the store. Customer Service Person Katelyne assisted me with my purchase. She was absolutely AWESOME. Thank you Nicole and Anna. You exchanged my 1 month old defective Converse high tops that Northway on the Block store North of Pittsburgh would do NOTHING for me. The Block's manager had zero customer service skills. There is discretion when dealing with defective product but she did not exercise any! So, I called Nicole and Anna's store and they went above and beyond to exchange defective shoes for new ones. Full credit for the defective ones and then a discount on the replacement shoes. That's what I call customer service.

DSW's customer service phone service offers zero assistance for sales from stores. That's where the Block's manager sent me to. Thanks for nothing DSW at the Block (North Hills of Pittsburgh). I don't recommend going there, ever. Drive the extra few miles to go where they treat you like an actual customer.

Some of these reviews are pretty silly! Like, no you can't return items after the return window expires, and don't expect a refund for worn shoes! Wow, really? I order from DSW all the time, but I do like to wait until they have promotions for a certain percentage off (which is often). I also love that you can earn rewards to put towards future purchases. I've never had any issues with shipping or returns. But I always do my returns in store, so I can get my refund ASAP, plus I want to make sure I do it within the return window.
As far as the quality goes, it really depends on the brand. They offer brands that I don't love in terms of style and quality, but I just stay away from those. I have my "go-to" brands that tend to always deliver quality and my usual size always fits. So far, I've never had a bad experience! And I do not work there, nor am I affiliated with them. I just shop there often.
