dr. Liza shoes

High quality shoes. Would be wonderful if they fit. I'm normally an 8.5. Ordered and tried on 8.5. Too small. Paid for return and sent back. They had no size 9 to exchange at the time. I was issued a store credit for the sale price I originally purchased at. This store credit cannot be used to purchase another pair at the sale price. Can only be applied to full price and must be used within 1 year! The size 9s finally became available. I purchased them at full price and applied the credit. The size 9s were too big. They recommended I purchase heel pads. I did. Still didn't fit. A few weeks had past while I was suddenly moving house (flood damage) and having surgery so I could only deal with trying the inserts 2 days before my 30 days was up.
I was told my only option was to rush ship the shoes back at my expense for arrival in 2 days and they could exchange for another style. I only needed the pumps and, at this point, I dont trust that their sizes will fit me.

I've now spent a total of 472.66 on shoes that I cannot wear and that will not be exchanged or refunded. They do not care.

DO NOT PURCHASE THESE SHOES ONLINE. Perhaps if there is a pop up in your area and you can try them on, that is the only way I would recommend buying. They don't want you to have a successful experience of their product. I tried everything they suggested. The shoes are in pristine condition. I cannot wear them though I wish I could.

I bought my normal size and they were significantly too big. They were so big that I thought they perhaps they were miss sized. I returned for a 1/2 size smaller however went up to a wide just in case, As expected, they were too small. Apparently, you can only exchange once. Now I am stuck with shoes that I cannot wear -- Amanda from the company tells me to have them stretched. These are expensive shoes -- what a waste of money.

The shoes were too small even though I measured my feet according to their instructions. It cost me $60 to send them back. I was forced to order shoe styles and colors I didn't want because they didn't have the ones I wanted in stock. I still haven't received the replacement shoes. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. They lie and will rip you off. Stay clear!

Thank God I am able to post somewhere about these shoes. It's a total scam. Please don't spend a penny here. Worst fit. Worst quality. Even $20 shoes from Walmart are way better than these ones. Mine over $400 are sitting in my closet. They are so uncomfortable I can't even explain.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. All don't fit very well, but I know my feet are difficult to fit so I bought insoles and heel grips. I've been wearing 1 of the 3 pairs and it's been 11 days since I received them and the color is peeling off of the left shoe already! The tanning process or the leather quality is poor. I'm so upset I spent so much money on these. I contacted customer service and the told me to use polish to fix the scuff. No refunds, no exchanges. No help. I would not purchase from this company again.

Beyond shady, it's a scam. They sell shoes for hundreds of dollars that are worthless garbage that won't fit, hurt, and are the cheapest quality imaginable. Also, they took 3 weeks to arrive. Then when you ask for a return/refund you have to pay a ridiculous amount to ship it and only get an exchange for more garbage that you really can't pick out anyway as they ask for 2 options and will send what they have in stock. I left both product and site reviews which were never posted because they were one star. They blamed a 3rd party. The owners should be in jail for scamming and deceiving

This company is an absolute scam. They send you a discount code to use against your purchase. Once you do this your money is locked in and they will not give you a refund. The sizing chart is completely off by a full size. When I raised this with Amanda in 'customer service' I was told that the sizing chart is 'just guidance'. The shoes arrived today and I could tell even before taking them out of the box they would be too big. When I initiated the return request I was told I would have to pay for shipping to return them. $250 shoes and this company makes you pay for your own shipping to return the item rather than making it right for the customer by offering to send a return label. This company is awful and I am really sorry that I gave them my business in the first place. Please save yourself the headache (and the money!) and give them a miss.

You pay big money for these shoes. Don't be fooled by their return policy. They will never take your shoes back. I only tried on the shoes, I did not even walk on them because they were too small. (size recommended by them) Some of the bottom of the shoe's dye came off on my floor hence the "scuffed" BS. So, I returned them and asked for a larger size. They would not return them because of the scuffing (so miniscule you could barely see it) and besides, your box was broken. THEY BROKE THE BOX! There is no way that it broke the way I shipped it to them.

Poor quality, uncomfortable, and lacking style. Poor customer service and items are nonrefundable - exchanges are offered but shipping to/from is at the expense of customer (in original packaging). There are so many better options out there.

Dr. Liza shoes are not made well. Less than 5 months of normal walking (no trails, just sidewalks) and the heel has eroded. Customer service says cannot exchange. Save your hard earned money and go elsewhere. Cannot recommend.

Posted this honest review on the page provided by Google maps. By merely posting this review, Dr. Liza's associate Amanda told me that she was in contact with Dr. Liza and said I was harrassing the business. Then they said they would ban me. This was very offensive. How can posting an honest review on the page that Google maps provided be considered harrassment?

This is very disrespectful customer service. Furthermore, Dr. Liza replied to my review and said that this is her professional page and not the shoe business, so out of courtesy I deleted the review. However, there is nowhere to leave reviews for just her shoe business. This makes it challenging for people to find honest reviews for a business and decide to spend their hard earned money. They are misled by the reviews provided for their professional page. This is a dishonest business with no integrity, save your money and go elsewhere.

Don't bother purchasing from this company. There are many other shoe companies that provide uniformity in sizing such as Cole Haan, Ecco, Anne Klein etc. Had purchased the exact model in pink a few months ago and the fit was perfect. When I was notified of the new collection that included this navy blue I quickly bought a pair. The sizing is the same,yet the fit is very small. There is not a set standard for sizing in their factory. If you read other reviews, this has been an issue. It's better not too risk your hard earned money with a company that makes questionable sizing. You may be receiving a size 9B in one order and the next order that same size is too small. Contacted customer service and they refused to allow me an exchange as I had worn them for a few hours. Her solution was to spend another $40 to buy a foot stretcher and shoe foot stretcher spray! I should've just given this money to an animal shelter as they are more deserving of my hard earned money than this crap company and it's staff. Simply put, stay away from this company!

I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. They perfectly reflect my experience. Initially, I believed this was a reputable company. The shoes sat in my cart for several days because spending over $300 on a pair of flats is a significant investment for me. However, the description sounded promising, emphasizing comfort, and I carefully reviewed the measurements and return policy before deciding not to purchase the discounted ones. After receiving a "discount" code as a first-time customer, I thought it was a good opportunity to proceed.

Unfortunately, using the code they provided to incentivize the purchase voided my ability to return them. Upon arrival, the shoes were not as advertised; they lacked the promised "feel of an athletic sneaker" and were too large. This was disappointing, as I was genuinely prepared to invest in a quality pair of comfortable flats. Immediately, I contacted Amanda, but the company showed no willingness to make an exception or retain a potential returning customer.

Given this experience, I doubt this company will endure. Personally, I won't be returning, and I intend to inform everyone I know about the deceptive practices of this company."
