So here is an update on the dress. They asked me to take it to my local seamstress / tailor and send them the receipt so I did. It is gonna cost me 95 dollars to fix my dress. And I have sent them email after email and they haven't responded. They offered me 30 USD Dollars to make my review on sitejabber to disappear. I said nope. They are out to take your money. And send you poorly made dresses. Save yourself time. Money. Headaches. And the stress.

I have never ordered a custom made dress online!
It came and it fit perfectly! I will never buy my ball gowns anywhere else!
The workmanship was fantastic. The service was great, No complaints here at all.

My dress is amazing good price + good quality, highly recommended it.the only note that i had is, better to get one size smaller than your actual size i get size 16 but looks little bit fuzzy. Hope i get size 14 instead. But it looks gorgeous on me as all my family and friends said.

This dress is very beautiful and it is exactly the same as the picture. I dont need to fix anything, have size 36 (scandinavian size) and ordered size 4- little bit to long but thats ok. I also got the dress before the delivery date. I am very satisfied!

The fabric of my dress is awesome and i am very satisfied. I think the floor-length is great and i am considering to buy another dress from you with the tea-length. I think that would also be a good choice.

Well made. Sizing (custom made) very good. Well packaged.

I custom ordered a dress from DressWE on 8/25/15. I am well endowed on top so I sent my bra size along additional information that I thought would be helpful in making the dress fit correctly. When I received the dress I thought it was very pretty and well made. The only problem is it does not fit in the bust. It has sewn in cups that are way too small and don't come anywhere close to fitting me. I contacted DressWE so I could return the dress and have gotten nothing but a run around since. We have been going back and forth for months now. Their solution is for me to keep the dress, get it altered at a tailor near me and get a partial refund. I do not want the dress. I don't want the expense to get it altered. I just want to send it back and get a full refund. It is not my fault, they did not make the dress the correct size. In an email to me they stated that the tailor made the dress to fit a smaller bra size than what I sent them, so they even admitted they made it too small. I should receive a full refund along with their apology.
