After purchase of dress that was nowhere near the measurements listed for sizing - attempted to return to buy next size up - have sent numerous emails with no reply - BUYERS BEWARE not reputable company!

I inquired to clarify the return policy in the event I didn't like the fit or color on me. Their response was that I could return it according to the return policy. And then they added "If you don't like the style of the dress received, we are afraid that we have no control and responsibility of your personal taste to the style after you received the dress. Please choose the right style you want before ordering." Really? I would never order anything from this website based on that!

I bought a dress for my daughter's wedding. It arrived crammed in a small plastic bag, looked nothing like what was pictured, was about 3 sizes too small (the bottom half of the dress was sizes smaller than the top), and the dress smelled terrible. I have not been getting anything other than the runaround as far as trying to return it, so I am disputing the charge on my America Express card. This dress is so hideous that I have to believe that any positive reviews must be phony.

This is my very first order through the site, and I am totally and completely satisfied! I usually wear a large so i ordered an XL. The fit is great and so are the prices. I will definitely return again and again…

I bought 3 different colors and the quality is excellent. Striking design, good quality cotton. They are warm and comfortable and just all together I am very happy with the purchase. I wear it at home, but also as casual wear outside.

Bought it as a gift to a friend who always work from home. She loves it, not her usual colours but she looks great. On the plus side, the print is nice and the fabric is good for spring/summer. The fabric is light and crisp. I will order one too

What an amazing buy! This sweater dress is really soft and has a nice color. Though the size is slightly bigger, it doesn't matter and doesn't influence the fashion look. And I can wear it to the office, my colleagues all said this sweater looks wonderful on me.

Just received my package and they are greater than I think. Fit well, soft and comfortable, stretchy but retain shape, well priced and lovely colors. It is possibly the most comfortable and versatile piece in my wardrobe. I wear it several times a week because it can well match tank tops and under other shirts, tunics, sweaters, etc, or just on its own. So nice but only at a low price. I am sure I will shop again at dressfirst.

Dress size description on the website is incorrect. My dress was the size I wear, and I felt like I ordered 2 sizes smaller than I actually did, because I ordered the size I wear and their size is way to small! I've been trying to return my item and it's been over a month since I've contacted them. They are extremely slow to respond, or they choose not to respond. So therefore I have no idea where to send my item back to. And, no refund for my money from the purchase. I'm very disgusted because they had the nerve to suggest I try selling my dress to someone to get my money back! They told me shipping to China was to expensive, even though I offered to pay for the shipping myself. I HIGHLY recommend that you shop locally and tell all your friends NOT to consider buying from this website! ~Submitted Honestly

I ordered 4 dresses for my son's wedding as all stores are closed and the wedding was in a few months. I immediately received and email asking that I only order one dress in case they did not fit, as the dresses are made to order. I understood and advised which dress I wanted. I was still charged for all four dresses and still have not received a refund after over 6 weeks ($484.97). Now I received the dress ordered and although it is of good quality and very pretty it does not fit so I am trying to return it as you must do so within 15 days to get a refund. They say I am responsible to return which is reasonable but they will not provide a return address so I am stuck. I have been attempting for weeks now with no information provided. This is not reasonable and I would never purchase from them again. BEWARE

I ordered a dress to wear to my son's wedding. I ordered a regular size off their website. It was not made specifically for me. The website says it will accept returns if it isn't what you thought you were ordering based on the picture. When I received the dress it was not at all like the picture, didn't fit well, and wasn't what I wanted. I went to return it they wouldn't let me and insisted it was made specifically for me. They answered my email once and then wouldn't answer after that. There were no phone numbers to call. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHINg OFF THIS SITE!

I have ordered 3 girl dresses for my wedding almost a month ago. The payment has been approved the day after my purchase, the money left my bank account too... And since: nothing! Nothing has been shipped, I have emailed 5 times and no response. I have now requested my money back... And still nothing.

I am not sure what I will do next but I highly recommend to avoid this website at all cost.

I am VERY disappointed and upset.
