I bought a dress UK size 14 for a wedding and was so excited anxiously waiting for the delivery. Here comes the dress delivered within the time frame agreed but the excitement was wiped off my face as the dress didn't fit and I wasn't able to zip the dress! Tried ringing both UK & US numbers on the website thinking that will be quicker to discuss the problem, both went to voice mail. E-mailed to request for return and refund but it wasn't as straight forward as you will expect it to be. We had email exchange backward and forward for 2 weeks and was made to understand that I have to return the dress to CHINA and I have to be responsible for the cost of the postage plus can only decide if I deserve a full refund when they receive the dress and it is their fault! Alternatively I can amend the dress locally and I will be compensated with 15% refund! At this point, I reported this to PayPal (since I paid via PayPal) and was able to refund my full money. If your dress size is right, you are fine but if it is not, be ready for a battle. Thanks to PayPal I got my full money back.

I specifically made an account here so i can write this review. I ordered my dress on March 5th with the deadline of May 4th. I got an email shortly after i ordered saying i needed to convert my measurements to the UK size scale. I just saw this email earlier this week ( obviously my mistake). But I soon emailed them back giving them the measurements. What makes me so upset about this website is the fact that for the this whole week i have tried countless of times to get a hold of them. I call both the US and UK number everyday with the same voicemail. I have emailed them over and over with again no reply. I have messaged them on their facebook page over and over again. They accepted my payment yet they hardly tried to get a hold of me when they needed me to give them the correct measurements. They are always offline on their online chat. But to my surprise they were finally online tonight.

I have been waiting 4 hours on the online chat for them -_-

I have no idea if my dress is being made or if it will get to me in time. I have never encountered such a poorly handled business. Never again will I ever shop here. You shouldn't either.

This is the first time I have purchased a dress online. I used to buy dresses in dress boutiques for fear of the fitting issues. It turns to be a rewarding try. I bought a prom dress for my daughter 2 weeks ago. Without paying for expedited shipping. I am very happy with the shipping time just a week. My daughter need it badly so I ordered a ready made dress on this site. The dress is gorgeous and is very nicely made. Very pleasing shopping experience!

"i am disgusted with the customer service of this awful company. I ordered a dress for my birthday masquerade ball, i wasnt given much notice of the event so i have 3weeks to find a dress, fit in it and like it, so i found one on this site. NO WHERE on the site did it say that there was a back delay due to 'spring festival' EVEN after adding to cart and finalizing purchase there was still just the option of 'standard delivery' which in the smaller print was suggested 14days. After TAKING my money from my bank account, they then email me to say " due to spring delivery you will receive your order around the 15th march is that okay? If not why not keep it for your next event and we will give you 10% off "...
What do you mean IS THAT OKAY? Course it isnt as when i ordered it i typed in the date of my function, its 4 weeks before that date!

I have now sent 5 EMAILS requesting a FULL AND IMMEDIATE refund of my £186.15 and been ignored on EVERY occasion, ive rang the UK office multiple times and it is an answerphone only service, my 8 voice mails have been IGNORED.

I am a single mother with little money as it is, this dress was my birthday present and i now fear that its lost in translation. Avoid this site at all costs, unless of course you like to throw money away.

I have had the worst experience with this company ever. Please take my advice and NEVER ORDER THINGS HERE. I wouldn't. I regret it so much. I put the date I need it by as late April and it still isn't here, and it is almost May. I tried calling them once but they gave me really short responses. I try online chatting with them and they don't respond for more than 30 minutes. They lied to me 3 times, telling me that they were shipping my dress the next day and they never did. I finally asked them one time whether they can give me their word on it and they said they're not sure because "there's nobody in the logistics department today" while they told me 2 minutes ago that they were shipping it the day of. The girls who work there are very untrustworthy and give very vague and inaccurate responses to your questions. The dress was also poorly made, the hook in the back of the dress was hooked onto thread which can easily break. The quality is just terrible. The sewing looks very rushed and the slit on my dress was in a very awkward place. I also had to spend 40 more dollars to alter my dress. Even though they said you can "customize" your dress, they didn't use my measurements at all. The waist part of the dress was about 4 sizes off. I could fit an entire fist between my body and the dress. Please don't give into the cheap price, you will have a better experience with other sites or from actual stores.

This site sells dresses to the poor victims, usually 16 year olds looking for prom dresses. To start with, the site does have a wonderful range of dresses, but due to their lack of customer satisfaction they are the worst real site I've ever come across. Yes you will get your dress.

HOWEVER, you will most likely receive your dress after the event date and what use is that? In addition, the dress that you will receive will be of a shoddy material and poorly made, not to mention the wrong size. I would advise all dress shoppers to stay clear of this site.
