I bought a dress UK size 14 for a wedding and was so excited anxiously waiting for the delivery. Here comes the dress delivered within the time frame agreed but the excitement was wiped off my face as the dress didn't fit and I wasn't able to zip the dress! Tried ringing both UK & US numbers on the website thinking that will be quicker to discuss the problem, both went to voice mail. E-mailed to request for return and refund but it wasn't as straight forward as you will expect it to be. We had email exchange backward and forward for 2 weeks and was made to understand that I have to return the dress to CHINA and I have to be responsible for the cost of the postage plus can only decide if I deserve a full refund when they receive the dress and it is their fault! Alternatively I can amend the dress locally and I will be compensated with 15% refund! At this point, I reported this to PayPal (since I paid via PayPal) and was able to refund my full money. If your dress size is right, you are fine but if it is not, be ready for a battle. Thanks to PayPal I got my full money back.
