Dresslily.com has become my favorite online website for clothing, cosmetics, jewelry, and a variety of other merchandise - they offer great style, quality, and reasonable prices - and I highly recommend shopping with them They also insure all packages for a nominal fee, and promptly refund non-receipt of packages.
So I ordered from them and we received 5 out of 7 items. In did not fit. So I filled out a ticket on the website, which the only way to contact them. They are only giving me back $6 of the $14 i spent and I noticed the cost of the other 2 items we had yet to receive were given as 'store credit' so i have money in my wallet. They are a rip-off in materials they us to make the items as well. Lesson learned, never again.
To all readers, I want to share my experience with Dresslily with you all.As a 2xl woman i feel very beautiful wearing Dresslily's clothes. They are so beautiful and cheap.The fact they are free shipping makes it more interesting. So you can trust them. Regards
That was my biggest mistake. I did not check the rating of this company, if I had done that I would never deal with this fraudulent company. Please before You deal with any company or shop any product check the rating first, and if it is 1 or 2 stars, stay away from this company or product.
This site is completely bull! The clothes are poor quality they look nothing like the pictures. The sizes are so small and we ordered larger than normal! Now I cannot even get in touch with the company to file a request for a refund! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... ITS A SCAM...

DO NOT! DO NOT! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I placed my order on March 2nd and they told me I would receive my order in 3-5 business days due to the fact that I paid for expedited shipping. I was expecting my order by the 15th of March due to the fact that I had plans for what I ordered. I also paid 17 dollars and change for expedited shipping and STILL it DID NOT get to me in 3-5 business days. In fact, I received the package around the 24th of March which is ALMOST A WHOLE MONTH. The customer service is horrible as i stated in my previous review. The reason why i am writing another review is because when I got the dresses that I ordered, one of the dresses had a defect to it (of course). You get what you pay for! They look great ONLINE but they are not that great once u get the items. The way dresslily handles the situation is beyond annoying. I told them I wanted my money back that I paid for expedited shipping which was again 17 dollars and at first they offered me a 6% discount on my next order(as if I would be dumb enough to order from them again. Hmmph!) When I refused their stupid 6%, they offered me a refund of 5 dollars... yes 5 dollars, WOW. ANYWAY, SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND THE TIME AND SHOP ELSEWHERE. I will not be ordering from dresslily.com again.
