I had a terrific experience with Dreamtime Creations! Super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. They found a perfect replacement for an out of stock item and delivered everything on time for an urgent project. Outstanding service, I'm a happy happy customer.

I don't know how gems are usually shipped/packaged, but the larger orders of gems that I received were not in bags but folded loose in sheets of paper. This made them very hard to transfer to another container and I ended up dropping some into the carpet, which was unfortunate. I wish they had all been packaged in bags.

Great shipping. Product itself didn't quite meet expectations as there is so much glue on the backs of some of the crystals that the true color is obscured. Overall though, I am pleased and this is a nice, less-expensive option to the official color chart from Swarovski.

Customer relations is great. My order was shipped on Monday, and I received it on Wednesday of the same week I am beyond pleased with this company and will continue to order from them. I love when I call, if I have any questions about a product and somebody is there to answer the phone, always with a smile in their voice. Thank you

Great experience and I really appreciate all of the information available about your products. The only reason I went with four stars instead of five is that I wish there were more pictures of the individual stones so you were able to get a better idea of what you were ordering. My order shipped within the time it said it would and was packaged nicely. All in all I would definitely order from here again!

It was an amazing shopping experience. I really love Swarovski Pearls. I bought the Iridescent Dove Grey pearls and they go so well with majestic blue but with many other colors. Dreamtime has always had a great customer service and easy check out online and priced well. Thanks Dreamtime Creations for my many satisfied orders

One item in my order ended up only being available in a smaller quantity. I received a personal phone call, to determine if I wanted the lower quantity, or wait for more to come in. I asked them to go ahead with the reduced quantity, as they were kind enough to adjust the per unit pricing, to reflect what I would have paid for a full package. The people at this company have always been great to work with!

Awesome online store to work with. My order actually arrived a day early. They were out of stock on one item and contacted me to see if I wanted to wait for it or have a substitute sent, I chose the substitute and it was perfect. Will definitely buy from the store again.

The product ordered was a product that we used in the past. I tried ordering from another website and had nothing but difficulties because of my Canadian address. The Dreamtime site was easy to navigate and the checkout process was simple. Delivery was approx 10 days which was quite satisfactory in my mind. Will use this site again if there is a need for the product they carry.

With an organized website and great pictures, it's always easy to find what I'm looking for. I know I can always count on great service as well. Being able to take advantage of a sale when I purchase is icing on the cake!

Only problem was trying to get back to the page where I could change the size of a crystal I put in my cart.
The crystals are beautiful. The colors are delightfully different and not like the same thing you see over and over again. My order arrived very quickly as well. I will definitely make this my number one place for my crystal needs.

Save for one time that I received something in error, I have never had any difficulty placing an order or receiving it. There is always a pleasant associate at the other end of the line when I call in an order and they have been able to answer any question I've ever had for them.

I'm used for delivery times to be long from the US, but this time it seamed quite long and I only had 1 update per week on my delivery status from USPS. Thanks

The site is pretty easy to navigate, it helps if you know what you're looking for. Color seems to be pretty true to the picture, but it's not exactly the same. My order was received really quickly, which I was very appreciative of since I ordered crystals for my daughter's dance costumes. I have already placed a second order and I know I will be back again!

The last order I placed with you was not received. I called and let one of your representatives know this. However, I was not charged for it, either. This is why I am still giving you a five-star rating. There may have been a glitch in the computer system while placing that order. Anyway, I did receive the second set of stones.
