I really like Swarovski's crystals and was pleasantly surprised at the quantity and variety sold. When I had a question, it was answered quite fast; plus a phone call when an item was no longer available. As for receiving my product, they were also fast.
The large crystals are a real show stopper.

It was extremely difficult to place the order and even more difficult to check out. I kept getting a description page for item instead of being able to place item in cart and had to try over 6 times to get Dreamtime to accept my password. It wasn't a very pleasant experience but I really needed the beads and could not find them any where else. I really like the selection of crystals, the quick delivery, but the above areas I have mentioned need addressing.
Wonderful site to shop. It can be overwhelming because there is a lot to know about stones that is not easy to figure out from a website. Stones are expensive in general- these were a bit higher even than I expected but they are nice.
I'm very pleased with the product. Where I live the 2 craft stores do not carry anything close to these crystals. They have gotten many compliments on the shirt that I blinged out.
I absolutely love my starter kit! The only thing I am a tiny frustrated with is the chrysolite opal 2058, SS7-9 that I ordered. In person they look green instead of the milky white photos on your website. I wanted the milky white opal. Also, the cry. Metallic sunshine looks different. Im wanting the shiny "gold" crystals. They aren't see through...they look like shiny pieces of gold chrome.
