The product is fine, though it's not always easy to tell what the product will look like due to the special finishes on some of the Swarovski products. I found it hard to move around on the website and find always find, easily, what I was looking for.
I am very pleased with the items I ordered.
My delivery time was to be on a Monday, but it didn't come till Tuesday. But, that is the USPS for you.

The order didn't ship right away, so arrived after I needed the items. It was a busy week, with cyber Monday and all. But, trying to contact customer service for an update was impossible.
Love my crystals (what's not to love about Swarovski!).
One item in my order ended up only being available in a smaller quantity. I received a personal phone call, to determine if I wanted the lower quantity, or wait for more to come in. I asked them to go ahead with the reduced quantity, as they were kind enough to adjust the per unit pricing, to reflect what I would have paid for a full package. The people at this company have always been great to work with!

The Dreamtime Creations mouse pad/mat really does work for easily getting all flat back stones to lay properly! It makes stoning dance costumes easier - just a couple of passes with your hand and they are ready to be easily picked up with a wax tip.
