This website is a must for anyone who uses Swarovski or fancy stones for beading or other projects. The customer service omg! These people are just so wonderful and amazing. I placed an order and within the hour they called me to let me know that what I wanted wasn't available but they wanted to get me a replacement to fill me order and make me happy. They were also shipping out my order that very same day. I also had my order within the next few days. Amazing customer service. Just amazing. Beautiful stones! Gorgeous colors and weight on even the non Swarovski and terrific pricing. I was so impressed that I immediately became a repeat customer. I highly recommend.

Very pleased with the stones
I ordered 2038 Xilion Rose Crystal, 1440pcs and they are supposed to be hotfix. I tried it on my stencil and they did not adhere at all to my headband. The others I ordered were perfect. But not these one. Very disappointed as I needed them to finish my headbands. Not sure if they can returned or not
