I Absolutely LOVE Fire Mountain Gems for their selection and pricing. They also have and great backorder and return policy. The shopping is easy and hassle free. The website is easy to maneuver and they have a huge selection. Additionally as you purchase more, during that shopping trip, you receive discounts.

This website is a must for anyone who uses Swarovski or fancy stones for beading or other projects. The customer service omg! These people are just so wonderful and amazing. I placed an order and within the hour they called me to let me know that what I wanted wasn't available but they wanted to get me a replacement to fill me order and make me happy. They were also shipping out my order that very same day. I also had my order within the next few days. Amazing customer service. Just amazing. Beautiful stones! Gorgeous colors and weight on even the non Swarovski and terrific pricing. I was so impressed that I immediately became a repeat customer. I highly recommend.

Most of the beads I purchased, for the most part, were very pretty. They were a broader selection than I could get at my local craft store or even another site I shop on. HOWEVER, I only purchased less than 10 items and my price was well over $100. I was ok with this UNTIL I received my beads and the amount I received was literally nonexistent. I have no clue what I will be able to make with this tiny amount. It certainly wasn't worth the price I paid. So lesson learned, but I will not shop here again and do not recommend for anyone else either.
