I'm concerned about how few 4mm round crystals without coatings are available. These are used sewn in the center of 3 dimensional Brazilian embroidery flowers. Also, butterfly's to add to designs are harder to get. That I suspect is due to manufacturers and not you. Gl ad to find you.

Everything was what I expected, GREAT :)

Paying with PayPal seemed to mess up my order. It got stuck and wouldn't refresh, so I had to go back and fill the cart again because it had emptied and then I had to quit the browser and start again. I've used your site many times but I recently upgraded Safari so that may have caused the problems. It was annoying but anomalous. It may be a bug in Safari or it may be in your website.

Shipping is excellent. The product has litttle damaged.

I am very satisfied with the service and the delivery time. It only took seven days for the items to be shipped to Switzerland.
