I love your rhinestones. You should offer for smaller amounts instead of gross or 1/2 gross. I like getting the dozen so I can get more colors.
I just received my order and an item was wrong. I ordered Green Sphinx BC (bottom coated) and received top coated.

The "swarovski" crystals look nothing like Swarovski, they look like plastic and don't sparkle. I have a pack of Swarovski create you style hotfix crystals from Michael's in different size and they shine like diamonds.

I used to be very happy with previous orders from you, but the last order was very disappointing. Six out of the seven crystals I ordered were in an unacceptable condition. They had chips and the special coating was damaged. Why would you send something in such bad condition to your customer?
After I send an email with a complain, all I received back was an email with details of your return policies.
