I found it difficult to find what I was looking for and then confusing when I did. I finally uses the search feature but it brought up lots of items NOT in the size I specified in the search making me think I had more options than i did. I found navigating the website to be awkward BUT the shipping time was amazingly fast and the products exceptionally great.
I have bought items from you guys before and each time I was very happy with everything, ease of ordering, quick shipping etc. I am sure I will order many more times in the future and would recommend this company as a great source for many jewelry making supplies.

The free tool was confusing and did not show up in the cart properly. The email you sent said to add it to the cart and it would show for $0. That is not what happened. The help desk helped me figure it out.
