Easy order - Good instructions! I think I got everything; it's hard to tell. Haven't had a chance to use it, so it's hard to tell if I'm happy with it yet. The Customer Satisfaction Survey cam before the email confirming shipment. Will update review when I've had a chance to use it!

Over all I had good experience. Unfortunatly, I could not find pear shape lage stones ( not the long tear drop)

The colors on the website are very difficult to see. The color charts are way too small to see the colors and you can't read the writing on the chart anyway. I would have gotten the wrong color, but luckily I second guessed myself, and contacted customer service before it shipped. The hot fix isn't fantastic, a bunch have already fallen off and/or went flying across the room. So, I'm glad I ordered more than I needed. I have had to use some hot glue on some of them. All in all, they will work for my project. I would have spent a ton more money getting them from Michael's.
