This, is by far, the worst company I have ever done business with. The clothing was ill-fitting and one garment even gave off a chemical odor. Half my order was out of stock. It took days for them to credit me for those missing items and when they finally did reimbursed me it was nearly $23.00 less than the true costs. I asked repeatedly to have a return slip sent but they never send me one. So now I have clothes that don't fit and are poor quality. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and was informed this company has a "F rating" in responding to complaints.
When I first saw the site I was impressed. Reviews were good and clothes seemed nice. Then I ordered. Six weeks later I emailed to see when my order would arrive. I was told that the dress was out of stock and could I substitute another item. They would send the jacket out. No jacket, had to give precise info on replacement. Eight weeks out and still nothing. I think the good reviews were submitted by employees.
I should have checked the reviews for this company. I just got scammed. Bought two tops. They are the worst quality in make and materials. They are copies of others clothes done badly. They are not letting me return them. Citing too expensive to return and could get lost or dirty and offered me $5 compensation. Oh great they charged me $92 for the rubbish. They overcharged as well from the advertised amount. Stay away.
They scammed me out of a 100.00 dollars. Received the clothing items. By far the worse things I have ever seen. Material in the pictures are not even close to what I received. Material looked like cheap sheets. After many emails they suggested that I give them to a friend or charity as a gift. UNBELIEVABLE! They would not send me an address so I could return the items. I had to call my credit card company.
They have a lot of cute clothes however most of them are on sale and sale items cannot be returned. What's the point?
I ordered 5 face masks from Dream Fitting on 4/16/20 and never received an email confirmation of my order, never received any communication from them. I tried to call them and no number is on file. Nobody responds to any emails sent. I just received a package on 5/18 from UGD ******* Yorba Ave Chino Hills CA *******. This package contained 1 face mask. I had to dispute the charge from my bank. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. TOTAL SCAM.
This company is a TOTAL VIRUS SCAM! I ordered 3 face masks that they advertised under two fraudulent company names (dreamfitting and sunny rose). Once they get your order, they sent you a bogus receipt (usually found in your spam filter) that they are preparing your order to ship. I have NOT received anything further, despite several emails to get a refund. After further research, this company has fraudulent company stores in Chino, California and China. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDULENT COMPANIES!

I ordered a few items from this site and only received part of the order. They insist the order was delivered, and I repeatedly let them know that, yes, some items were delivered, but not the entire order. All they do is send back the tracking that says the order was delivered. It's like "Groundhog Day" - same response everyone time.
After over a month of this nonsense, we're still in limbo.
(Not to mention, the quality of the items received truly s**ks - they seem like products of a grade school practice sewing class.)
I'm still waiting for a response to my last email 3 days ago.
Anyway, I don't have high hopes for any resolution, especially after reading prior reviews.
Lesson learned.
BEWARE. This company has the cheapest made clothing. Not only are they cheaply made they don't fit. They will not give you a return address they won't return your money. They told me to donate the clothes because they couldn't guarantee they would get the clothing back if I sent them. They are liars. They don't honor their own return policy. Made in China. What do you expect. Buy USA.
It took over 2-3 weeks and come in separate packages and its made very very cheap and made very small, I wear large and I ordered extra large and wow it was really made small, didn't fit at all. Ordered 5 items and it was all to small and material very cheap made
I ordered 2 items from this website. It took over a month for them to arrive. I was not happy with the quality ofone item and the other item did not fit properly. I asked about how to go about returning the items as the website says easy returns. I was told that they would have to be returned to China and would likely get lost in transit and I would lose my money. I was offered a refund of $12, I had spent over $50, and I was told to keep the items. I told them $12 was not acceptable and I am still waiting for a resolution and it's been weeks. I would not do business with this company!

Has taken weeks to get here. Terrible material. Dollar General has better quality clothes! No returns. Ordered "sweatshirt" it is a SATIN SUPER THIN long sleeve piece of crap. Satin... really, ordered a sweatshirt. Photos are not accurate at all on website. Was offered $5 refund and was told to give it to a friend or donate. I would die before I would give it to a friend. I can tell from the email I received, they do not speak english because I had to dissect the email because I wouldn't understand wording. Scam scam scam... stay away
I ordered a cotton/linen top. About a month later I received a cheap polyester thing. When I contacted the company they told me it wasn't worth the money to return the item, I should just deal with it or donate it. I definitely learned a lesson the hard way.
When I received my order most of the items were not what I ordered. No invoice in the package. No repsonse to my complaints

I ordered two face masks on April 22 while in California due to Covid-19 regulations.
Their website made it appear they would ship fairly soon. I wish I had read reviews and their shipping policy and would have never ordered from them. Their shipping policy is 3-7 business days order prep time and then another 15-25 to ship.
On May 11 as I was preparing to return to my home in Ohio, I sent an email wondering the status of my order, asking to ship to me in Ohio. I also said if I hadn't received the products by May 26, I would contact Visa to remove the charge and file a complaint with BBB.
I did get a reply on May 12 saying they were sorry for the delay and would do their best to ship them soon. That is the last I heard from.
The main problem I have is they charged my card on April 22 and would never had heard anything from them if I hadn't replied to them on May 11. Technically, they have until June 5 to ship but after reading the other reviews, I'm not confident they will, maybe never. Like others, I would rate them zero stars if possible.
Lesson learned; research companies you're not familiar with before doing business with them.
The quality is horrible! What you see in advertising is not what you get! You couldn't wear it in public because you can see right thru it! The return would cost you more than the product- DON'T BE FOOLED! Rip off!
Just wanted to return some items that are nothing like the size chart and have gotten about 7 letters to date,..DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CHEAP COMPANY AND THEIR CHEAP CLOTHES!!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!
Ordered 4 face masks on 4/16 they told me 9 to 15 days to ship, now it's 5/15 and sent dozens of emails with no response and no facemasks RIPPED OFF. Don't order from this Co.
Poor quality and cannot get any information on how to return. Luckily my credit card declined payment so I am not out any $$$ DO NOT buy from Dreamfitting.com!
