Orders are stuck in pending and I have yet to receive confirmation email. I have ordered 3 pairs of shoes.

I ordered a pair of shoes through the dragon kicks.us site and used my credit card. Two days later they sent me an email saying that my card was declined due to various reasons like wrong billing address or insufficient funds, and that I should use Western Union.Im sorry but if you can't get something like charge a credit card I am not going to send you money through Western Union for you to get and never contact me with shoes or anything. I contacted my back to verify both the address and the funds situation and they confirmed that I gave this website the correct billing address and that I had the funds available for the purchase. They also told me that the website never even attempted to charge my card. I emailed dragon kicks.us numerous times and never got a response. This site may have worked for others but for me its turned out to be a total scam.
The quality of the products on this website is amazing. They are almost flawless and the customer service is very congenial. Order from this website if you guys are looking for good quality shoes that are sold at a lower price because there is no middleman.
I did my Order on April 29 2015 they took my money and tell me that the shoe was out of stock, two day later I sent them another them email of the another shoes but no body reply me back. I been sending them upon email but no body to tell what going on with my order and my money

Its currently 10:00pm, its 10:00am over i china, well that's what the CSR told me. I believe you have to get on at the right time to receive the full benefit of CS. This site is a total scam. They took my money from my bank card and when I finally did contact someone through instant messenger they told me that my tracking numbers didn't match and I used a fake site but yet and still I'm messaging through the same site I ordered my shoes from. If you have cash laying around or just want to throw it away give this site a try!
