Don't fall for the introduction offers.
Although I did receive most of what was offered, they are on a long hustle.
There has been multiple times where I met the criteria in the bonus I selected and if you don't have verified screenshot of ENTIRE offer they don't pay, and when contact customer service they just bounce you back an email asking for something else even if you did have screenshot!
If you're unfortunate enough to ever have to contact them they put you on a hamster wheel that can only end it not being worth the incredible nonsense they pull
Worst of all the put strategic pop up banners in live cash money games that if you go to press the appropriate button on screen the pop up is conveniently for them right at that place where you are touching and bam out you go hoping to re-enter and pick up where you left only to find that game was never played in there eyes even if you can show you anteed up for it!
They are worse than any crook in the street they hide behind the internet to literally steal your money if they can't win it first.
I guarantee is they will got your stack one way or another you stand a better chance of safely gambling in the worst neighborhood with the worst people imaginable!

Getting the 10th pick 3 times I'm a row, DraftKings responded with; draft order is random, so I do one more best ball draft, making it 4 times in a row that I get the 10th pick, now DraftKings isn't responding, sounds like I got scammed already and the football season hasn't even started!

These guys are rip offs. I have been betting since day one. Well last week I found out my debit card was compromised by a person in NE, interesting yes.
So I called my bank, and they closed that card and issued a new card.
When I received the new card, I went into deposits and added a card. Well it kept dealing saying my bank didn't allow it because it was a business account.
I contacted draft king customer service 15 times and have the emails to prove it.
They kept saying my bank would allow it, now mind you this was during betting times on good teams that I have won with often. So, after 15 back and forth I called my bank and they said no restriction on my card. So I recontacted them again, received the first email saying to use there library, then finally someone that knew what they were talking about. He said you have to go into your account at DraftKings.com/account and delete the old card and add the new one. Great it worked, then 2 days later they locked my account because of all the declined debits because there people didn't know how to guid me. So they want a picture of me holding my drivers license clearly showing it's me, I did it, then bank statements with both debit cards on the statement, but can't upload to there account. No help after that. Told them send me a check and close the account, haven't even heard back from them. I'm also going to attorney general and an attorney. By the way they throttle there program at times for there benefit. They are bad stay away, they rip people off, and by the way I have deposited thousands of dollars from there checks into my bank account.

I would be very wary of gambling with them. I won $140 and they wouldn't let me withdraw the money. Also there's no way to contact them. Very disappointing

Draftkings feeds you false information. I've lost so many under bets thinking there's under 4 minutes and 16 points needed then when I make the bet there's 6 minutes left and they need 10 points

Your blackjack is a $#*!ing joke, you rob so many customers saying "you have the best odds at winning at blackjack" but dang dealer has a 16 and holy hell you guys draw a 5…. What a joke

Draftkings is the UNDISPUTED #1 Sportsbook in Massachusetts and I would assume that stands for everywhere too. They have the MOST BONUSES and FREE BETS in the industry and NOBODY COMES CLOSE to beating them.

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with other Sports-books.

I've had several impossible times trying to get withdrawals from my draft kings account. They are repeatedly 'canceled.' Then they claim they can't do anything about it!

But, if you'll notice, they can ALWAYS TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT!

I'm beginning to believe that Draft Kings is part gambling website and partially a scam site.

Folks I'm here to warn you that I started using DraftKings and deposited money into the app but once I referred the app to people in my own household they blocked all our accounts claiming that we were sharing accounts and it was cheating when this was absolutely not the case. They refuse to release my original deposit unless we ALL send a copy of our photo ID's even though I explained to them multiple times that we are all in the same household and that the mistake is on their part. There is a reason why they do not list a customer service telephone number on their website, its because their plan is to SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR OWN MONEY ESPECIALLY IF YOU PLAN TO REFER. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED STAY AWAY FROM DRAFTKINGS. Fanduel is 10x better and so are many other apps. Draftkings is BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING. Stay away from this scam!

Just a disgrace to sportsbooks. Dont like them at all. Vigs are way higher then most sportsbooks. They have a social tab which has alot of incompete people (maybe Draftking themselves) posting outrageous bets that you can tail but seem to always lose. They also post alot of premade parlays that always lose by 1 leg. The live betting is garbage due to the scoreboard and game tracker never being in sync so they can confuse you to make live bets and lose instantly in most causes because information is not upto date.

Since the day I signed on with DraftKing I haven't received my bonus rewards, it has been a on going regal pain dealing with DraftKing customer support. They are rude, never get to the point of the issue and just brush you off with a stupid response that has nothing to do with the issue. The have these contest the advertise for customers opt in. The more you spend the higher up the ranks you receive. They send emails saying you have made it up the rinks and say you won this amount of free chips but they never really receive what they say you won. It's false advertising. I have tried explaining multiple times to DraftKings customer service, I have sent pics of the emails saying I won, All that customer service did because I tried to get what I earned and rewarded from there emails stating I have. There answer is I all ready played. Just because I tried to explain numerous times and spent observed amount of time trying to only get back my rewards. DraftKing started to send me distasteful emails and even had the nerve to cancel my account till I had to explain I wasnt addicted to gambling. Just because I want my rewards. DraftKing is the only casino who doesn't give bonus after ech deposit. They only hold these games they offer weekly. Worst part you have ti deposit about $2500 just to get $100 in rewards. Don't be a fool as I was and opt in on DraftKing promotions. They are rigged. And false advertising..

I thought I could trust DraftKings online gambling and live casino but I can't and you shouldn't either. I have lost thousands with no returns what so ever. It's set up for you to lose and lose only. They scam and use bots with out a doubt. I have used many methods used in gambling and I always end up losing everything i have in my balance to 10-13 hand losing streaks (yes in a row) and this is on multiple occasions. That doesn't happen in real casino play and when you have lost all your money or course the next hand is your winning hand. I'm disappointed with all online gambling they will suck you dry and not blink a eye or have a bad feeling. I understand you aren't going to win every time but to lose every single time isn't right either. I have NEVER made a withdrawal that I remember from draftking. They blocked my account saying that some other person tried to log in in mass. I always log in the same computer from NH. They I'm sure have the IP address. They have sent generic emails how they are their to help me? My first complaint was yesterday 12/9/2022 I'm still waiting. I gave my phone number to phone me nothing. Im a disabled veteran and I'm not just forgetting this. I will get attorney if needed and make sure every person I know gets this info. I'm with the DOD. Please email draftkings let them know that you are f----------- a veteran The latest: They resolved the issue. It took about literally 30 emails, I don't stop. I also did threaten legal action. I had a real nice person not with draftkings get this happening for me. I really wont say his name or title because I dont want this person flooded with emails. MY SUGGESTION: DO NOT QUIT i dont care how many emails how many hours just get it in your favor. I KNEW I did nothing wrong. If you quit its done. You have to keep trying it took me 5 days.
