Don't fall for the introduction offers.
Although I did receive most of what was offered, they are on a long hustle.
There has been multiple times where I met the criteria in the bonus I selected and if you don't have verified screenshot of ENTIRE offer they don't pay, and when contact customer service they just bounce you back an email asking for something else even if you did have screenshot!
If you're unfortunate enough to ever have to contact them they put you on a hamster wheel that can only end it not being worth the incredible nonsense they pull
Worst of all the put strategic pop up banners in live cash money games that if you go to press the appropriate button on screen the pop up is conveniently for them right at that place where you are touching and bam out you go hoping to re-enter and pick up where you left only to find that game was never played in there eyes even if you can show you anteed up for it!
They are worse than any crook in the street they hide behind the internet to literally steal your money if they can't win it first.

This site will freeze you're account if you start winning, they don't pay you the correct winnings, they will not withdraw your money back to you after your account is locked. Worst customer service ever. Go to Fanduel! No problem so far! Everyone who has had a bad experience with DRAFTKINGS should file a legal complaint!

This casino is a joke… save your money and play a different one! They locked mg account for a year because my wife self excluded her account. I never did mine but they did for me! Joke!

I think draftkings is rigged in the sport betting arena. High payouts but unrealistic chances to win. Unfair peace

I signed up and received 25 dollars free play, which is cool. However I played a casino game called Cash Explosion and had to restart the game at least 10 times! Frustrating! I will definitely stick with MGM! Total Garbage!

This book knows how to take your money, but when it comes to withdrawing your winnings it takes a whole week to get the money. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I needed help with withdrawing my money and nobody could help me. I got frustrated told them I will cancel my account. THEY LOCKED ME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, tell I requested it. Why would I request for my account to be canceled when I have money in it and live bets active. They think people are stupid. They locked me out of my account. DO NOT USE DRAFTKINGS, PLEASE BELIEVE ME. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY MAKE IT DIFFICULT TO WITHDRAW YOUR WINNINGS. There are a lot better books out there that make it easy to withdraw your money, and much better customer service. THIS BOOK IS HORRIBLE IN EVERY WAY. DONT USE IT.

I put $500 in my account to bet on the real madrid game, my funds were restricted to casino gambling only. I went back and forth emailing for about a week over why it wouldn't let me sports bet. Then suddenly I was locked out of my account, I contacted them and went back and forth emailing getting the same answer.
My account is associated with another account and therefore my account was restricted for my security. They told me my account was secure, yet there was no way to resolve this problem. Flash forward to today... I am so upset they are telling me they are closing my account... and sending me $0.08 that was in my account.
What a joke. So sad I didn't get to put my money on Madrid and make 2700... and they took my $500.
Don't use them and tell everyone.

With most sports betting companies when an event is cancelled you are refunded your bet. NOT with DraftKings, they will steal your cash. So if you want to bet with draftKings check the weather forecast and hope your event is not rained out, hoping others don't fall victim to this scam.

It seems like they are not available in all locations in the US. It's fine. But you should verify location first and then get information from customers.

After we provide social security number and drivers licenses, we test the location and it is not legal to play. Finally, we cannot play but they collect all our personal information.

I'm only sharing about the blackjack casino. It is such a scam when you bet small amounts all the hand you get or great as soon as you change up and you start to bet larger amounts. The dealer all of a sudden gets blackjack after blackjack 20s all hands doesn't break it's ridiculous. It's my own fault that I got sucked in because I saw this pattern but the one thing I know is I would never ever recommend draftking. I wonder why their stock price is falling so low because they're horrible.

Bet on the NY Yankees -1.5. They won the game 12 to 2, but Draft Kings refused to pay, stating they had a "9 inning rule (8.5 if the home team does not have to bat in the 9th)". Turns out the 9th inning was rained out, so DK wiped the bet, treating it as a push/tie. I bet if I had picked their opponent (KC Royals) they would have counted the loss! They are disreputable and I canceled my account!

I have been having issues the past few times I played. Screen locks up, get kicked off and have to log back in. This is a regular basis while playing. Can't download a game you want to play.

I have contacted customer service numerous times over the issues they tell me my Apple I phone isn't up to date which it is and they say the same about the app it isn't the newest version which it is. Very few payouts on sufficient money deposited.
