They run scam promotions. Customer service is a robot. If you win money they will limit your account with no explanation. They don't care about their customers. Need I say more?

Given 8 $25 bets when I deposited $5. I placed all bets within the one week allotted time frame. (All on NFL). I even bet some of my winnings again on some NBA games. I currently have $162 in winnings I want to withdraw. It always gets accepted, and then immediately cancelled by DraftKings. I tried everything from even withdrawing $1. They will not pay out. No surprise that I can still deposit more money into my account, but yet can't withdraw from the same account using the same card. I even signed up for PayPal so I could use that method. NOTHING. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. THEY OFFER PROMOS THAT THEY WILL NOT ABIDE BY THEMSELVES AND HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ZERO STARS!

I tried to open DraftKings sportbook account, NJ resident, and it was NOT smooth process. I was actually locked out of my new account - without being told why. I had to email customer support to ask why my new account is locked. Then it took a week for SUpport to permanently close my account. And to think I was actually a former DKNG stock shareholder. FOrget about it.

You can dump a lot of money in the site and never get free play only told check your promos and all based on you depositing more money, their not player friendly,stay away!

I've played blackjack at DraftKings since 2022, and whenever I got ahead, I would lose every hand of blackjack thereafter. I have lost too much money to continue playing at DraftKings. Many times, the cards came very quick or too slow. Definitely a red flag that someone is controlling the cards I got artificially. DraftKings will claim that they conduct "FAIR PLAY" in all of the betting games they CONTROL...yes - CONTROL IS THE WORD. Save your money and play the safe game apps that pay you for playing free games out there. It's not much money, but at least it's not RIGGED. And you won't be CHEATED. No losses from safer gaming is the key. I'm done with DraftKings. Period. They are a LOSING BATTLE NO ONE CAN CONQUER. They're not worth anyone's time, energy, effort, and most especially - THEIR MONEY. Sad but true - DraftKings is stealing whatever money they can from players...and they are cheating through their game software. It's RIGGED TO CHEAT THE PLAYER.

I used to be a very small fantasy games bettor on Draft Kings and Fan Duel. I realized after only 2 weeks that these games are fixed. I always picked the best players but l never won or even came close to winning. I watched the live games on television. Although my players were always scoring points, MY FANTASY POINTS changed only slightly. L always lost to the same players every time. Lf l entered a game with only 50 players, by game time there was suddenly 300 players entered and I ALWAYS finished in 300th place. Phony or just a coincidence? The fact that the NFL (National Football League) allows these fantasy games to advertise during football games makes me think twice about the honesty of football and all other sports that advertise fantasy games.

I have been a loyal draftkings bettor for almost 4 years. Most years I have lost money, but in the last year and a half I have been on a great winning streak. They have now restricted most of my bets. Some bets I am allowed to risk huge amounts to win a little but they restrict my bet size on many straight bets and I'm severely restricted on parlays. I'm not talking huge amounts either, sometimes I'm limited to a $45 bet when I was trying to do $300. One of my good friends bets 25k on UFC bets and I'm here nickel and diming. If you look on google and youtube, you'll see that DK only wants recreational bettors, versus serious bettors. I know I'm chump change compared to most!

So I have been with draft kings for 6 months lost a significant amount and I attempted to make a large bet which was rejected due to the limited payout so I attempted to withdraw the money in my account and they locked it so I could not withdraw so as far as I'm concerned this is theft.

I started winning bets and was accused of being a computer making my bets. Locked me out of my account and has my money locked in the account. Now they want me to verify my bank account. No problem my name is on the cards. No, they want my bank statements. I have requested for a call back since you can't call them no call back this has been going on a while. They have copies of my id next to my head to verify im me they have copies of my cards I use on their sight they have copies of my utility bills i am not giving them anymore especially if they can't use what they have to verify me then they are not smart enough to protect my bank information let loan what they already have. All that's besides every time I start getting ahead in the Betts something goes wrong with the system or need to re-login conveniently something always has an issue I am starting to think that DraftKings is more of a scam than anything, Fanduel for fair games so far is what i have came to the conclusion of. This site is such a joke and they're so shady customer service is the worst their promotions are not in your promotion box until they feels a good time to put it there which is normally when you finish playing not like every other site every other site at midnight they put up all the promotions for that day DraftKings throws them in your box no kidding usually right when you're done playing to try to get you to deposit more money and then they went and took away your withdrawal methods I can no longer withdraw with my bank debit card that I used to make my deposits I have to sign up for that crooked company PayPal if I want to withdraw my winnings and then they have the nerve to put online that they're the number one ranked casino what a joke

I placed the same bet on fan duel and draft kings. 3 different parlays on the same game and more than three on draft kings cause I use to play aggressive on there. Well I watch my bet hit twice on fan duel and for a reduced pay out for a voided player… watch it complete and pay me out in fan duel, go to DraftKings to find I hadn't been paid out yet. Which typically they are slower… but now I can't find the two bet slips…. I contact draft kings and they basically call me a liar and show me one of my single bets for that game that was some how still ok my account and show me how it lost the parlay like I'm stupid lol

Fan duel is by far the superior sports book! Anyone proping up that company is and paid actor

Signed up got my bonuses and won some money the day after I signed they said my account was linked to another account. They won't pay me my money and this whole online gambling is a Rip off. DO NOT USE DRAFTKINGS THEY ARE RIP OFF SCAMMERS! Most of the emails I got were from foreigners should tell you something about DraftKings.

I lost so much money playing this crap casino I refuse to ever play it again … I literally didn't win NOT ONCE. Even as I bet on every single spot it roulettes spins will Jump EVERYTIME … horrible and disgusted

Total scam site-BEWARE. If you play the casino games they are totally rigged, no,"fair gaming" at all. I played the roulette and deposited a few hundred to test the validity of the site. I played a dollar at a time on the roulette and if I lost, I would slightly increase my bet each time. I played BLACK each round and the game fell on red 12 out of 13 times, including 10 straight times in a row. The probability of that happening is slim to none. They will STEAL YOUR MONEY- DONT USE THIS SITE!
