How is this making me money. Every time I bet it freezes up and when it comes back available I can't place a bid then I lose money when I place a bid on what I didn't want. I thought It was the bid I placed before hand and it wasn't. "this is a scam " i starting placing.50 bids and still freezes up. This is the worse site

I never had a cash out option on my $100 dollars bet but on my $10 dollars bet I had it that is not right at all I was trying to go back and change my bet and couldn't even cash out to do that. I will never used them again

Acct was closed because I attempted to open a draftking sports book acct not knowing that it was linked to my regular draftkings acct. They closed my acct and want me to use old acct that I don't have access to email address. It's been 3 days no solution. Generic bot messages. No phone call after I request phone call online. The worst customer service ever. Going to fan duel

Have been using for over a yr now daily. Am pretty disgusted at this point. Promotions not bad but platform is far and away worst of sportsbooks in my opinion. I use wifi so not a connectivity issue. Extremely slow and wrought with gliches. Not sure they really care. Makes placing live odds bets very difficult. Latest problem is with redeeming rewards. Wont let customers redeem these, one has to contact customer service. So has decent promos but many are gliche prone. I suggest another sportsbook. Im moving away from dk.

I've been playing for over 9 months on this site now, and I'm talking $200 - $300 dollars a day and some time more. Very rarely do they let you win and when they do and you make a withdraw, you won't win any money again until they take back 3-4 times as much as you withdraw. I can tell you this, it's not a site that the games are the same every time you play it, they will tighten up the machines on you if they feel you are winning too much from they. They are not too be trusted….I started screen recording every time I played because things got so bad so, if your looking to have fun and have a fair chance at winning any money? …. DO NOT PLAY ON THIS SITE!

In the world of Live betting seconds count when it comes to cutting losses or running while ahead vIA the cash out button under your open plays. I had a significant amount of money on this bet and I hit cash out button to cut my losses and it just buffered and said try again exactly 10 times until the team missed the first down and then the option disappeared! Mind you it was open and I hit this option in plenty of time. Very fishy. These sites are very geared towards keeping your money out of your hands. I am not a sorry loser as this particular incident ended up working to my favor and I profited hundreds of dollars but it's the principal it worked out by luck. The educated move was to cut losses and run which I tried to do and it froze my money and kept it and play where another 49 out of 50 times I would've lost my money I recommend you take your money to something reputable like Caesars or another sports book and stay away from DraftKings. PS, the option made me press one star I give it zero stars.
Furthermore, I referred my daughter and her husband and never got a bonus for either one. Draftkings told my son-in-law that he was already a member after deposit which I assure you he has never played or even had the app. And never credited anything from my daughter not only opening an account BUT also making a deposit. Take your sports betting elsewhere people.

Any text communication that you have with your VIP rep is monitored. I recently asked how to close my account in a text message. I was instructed to go to the app and follow the instructions. Remembering, I wanted to wait because I had comps from slot play. Within an hour of that text message, the account was put in restriction for review. It has been 4 days with no communication. I feel like my privacy was violated, as the VIP rep is there to make sure you keep playing, they are always kind and accommodating. In retrospect, I should have known and probably agreed to some obscure terms for text monitoring hidden among the 20 pages of terms that only a lawyer could understand. VIPS. BEWARE. THEY ARE LISTENING TO EVERYTHING YOU SAY OR WRITE WITH REGARD TO YOUR ACCOUNT. THEY WILL KEEP YOUR PROMOTIONAL MONEY IF YOU SAY THE WRONG THING.

I agree with all the comments. If you lose a lot. You are the king. But God forbid you get on a hot streak, and win. Then they will accuse you of suspicious behavior. And lick you out. You have to fight to get your winnings. There mission is to wipe you out. Anyway they can. Alot of there behavior is immoral, and probably illegal. So go to bovada sports book or betnow, you will be happier.

I made a bet on Justin Thomas reviwed my bet and when I checked later it was for the wrong player. I did it again same bet same player reviewed it again and it came back a different player. I immediately reported the problem and they said they cannot fix it. Neither bet was for much money but its the principle maybe Ill get lucky and win but thats not the point. Take your business to another sportsbook.

Awful customer support. App consistently screws up. You will lose it all, guaranteed! Give it to charity.

I took a flier on one of THEIR proposed golf parlays. It was this: 9 to 1 for Sam Burns to come in top 10 at Valspar (which he did, finishing alone in 5th), and Davis Riley to finish top 20 which he did, with a T19 with 7 other guys. I bet 10$ on it. Now, I understand my 90$ win will be diluted a bit because Riley didn't take 19th place on his ow, but they only paid me my 10$ bet back plus 15.17$...wtf? If I had bet Sam Burns to top ten ALONE it would've paid more than that. Their customer service won't budge, and I'm guessing it's because thousand of users made this bet, so to make it right by me would mean they'd have to go back and do right by A LOT of people. Can't do that, right?! F&%$ing joke!

This company is a scam, I was promised several times I would receive $200 Free bet promo for my referral which I never received, emailed customer service told they would apply it's been a week haven't received anything, I haven't had a issue with FanDuel Betmgm or any of the other companies.I would not do business with DraftKings. After I told customer service I never received credits they never responded to another email.

My it's been looked for more then a week and have 5k in it I try to withdraw it and they canceled my withdrawal and looked my account and they don't even answer the emails anymore I sent them everything they ask for the Bank staments and all

Very upset, and feeling violated by Draftkings, in particular their online casino. No, it's not because I lost some money, not that the app is really really slow...
It's because of their unethical business practices, and plain out theft from depositors who are just looking for entertainment.
They are fully exploiting the regulations linked to monitoring "responsible gambling" by herding "complainers" into a flagged email category, where anyone who complains that they cannot access the prompts to make a withdrawal to their checking account, and want to withdraw their funds immediately, or who are considered a "problem" or disgruntled customer...you will be in a flagged email for all of the advocates

to see, and every conversation prior, all the complaints the run around they inevitably give anyone who wants their money back.
Trust me. It's like a human interaction inventory storage space. So if you contact support after having a minced word conversation with them prior, you have already been noted on their system as difficult. XD

This my first review I have ever written. Setting up account easy. Getting $ out nearly impossible. Seems like Draft Kings needs my $150 more than I do.
Terribly disappointed and frustrated.
