Restricted/locked out of account. Uploaded all requested documents and changwd password multiple times as per their request.
Continue to receive Form letter response emails that dont apply and from different steps in the process. Requested a definitive time frame call back... never came. Customer service is an oxymoron for these morons.

I have made several attempts to unlock my account. I had mistakenly clicked Paypal to transfer funds although I should have chosen Venmo. Since I do not have a PayPal account with the same email address as my Draftkings account.,they locked my account, giving me no access. Draftkings continually asks for a.pdf bank statement for a Paypal account under one email address and I continually tell them that there is no such account and has not been since 2009. My Paypal account is under a different email address but they refuse to unlock/unrestrict my account. So basically I have $40+ dollars in a Draftkings account which I can not access. They are holding me hostage asking for statements of an account I do not have. I sent them my passport and me holding my driver's license thinking that would have been enough. I just want my account to be unlocked so I can access my money. I have emailed them for over a week with no resolve.

Don't trust them, they will steal from you just like they did me. They have a promotion where they claim that if a team you bet on goes ahead by 10 points you get paid. I bet on the browns and they went ahead by 14 points, but the draftkings claimed i didn't opt in to their promotion. Why wouldn't someone opt in? I did opt in. So why cheat me? This reminds me of betting with a bookie, you win and they make up nonsense in order to not pay you. BEWARE!

DraftKings: Well I placed an entry in which could have possibly won and I placed it days before the game. Thursday night game. Game starts I open the app and my entry is gone and they deposited my money back into their account. Wtf is going on then I reach out to 24/7 support which does not exist at all. So I can make bets and then they can cancel them when game time starts? I didn't withdraw I didn't ask for my money back I bet it and days ago now the bet and any record of it is gone.

DraftKings is such a $#*!ty sports book dishonest cheaters and customer service is garbage here proof I won and they won't pay bet 365 pay same exact ticket just wager amount but DraftKings grade as a lost

So many problems with Draftkings. SOOO MANYY.
They restricts my account then removes the restriction after headache after headache. Claims its because multiple accounts only for me to explain to them that I helped a friend make one. Then they have the nerve to remove restrictions and merge account but months later end up just restricting it all over again. They also don't let you remove your money or transfer like any normal person. You have to be versed in their language of bull$#*!.

I request to withdraw my money and be done with their terrible service. Do you think they care? Do they have proper phone support or even proper email support were the response would actually address the issue once and for all instead of making me want to pull out my hair. They suck beyond the dark wormhole of the universe. They suck so much they should be erased from history.

This company is in it for robbing you and not the service they advertise which is a an online bookie.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a betting site. They gave me $200 in free bets. Then froze my account and took them wawy. They also took away a $50 boost that I won. Just removed it from my account. You will never find anyone in customer service to help as there is no phone number. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Use Caesars, BetMGM or FanDuel. They care about their customers!

The live dealer literally took my double down at Blackjack table 4, i won, and then it said "it couldn't take my double down bet" BUT IT DID and didn't pay me. I've been trying to email and call them for a week, i just get sent to this message system. Every other $#*!ing casino has a live chat/or a PHONE LINE. Not draftkings tho. They don't care. Only worse casino is Barstool but y'all give them a RUN for their money. Stick to Fanduel/MGM.

They refuse to allow me to withdrawl my funds. I have escalated the matter and they respond with a canned response. I tried other methods and all have been blocked on withdrawls. Then the app keeps failing by glitching off each and everytime. Do not use them if you want to keep your money safe. Avoid them at all costs.

Bet 100s of dollars and here and there you feel like it MIGHT happen... and never does. Save your money! Go elsewhere. Stealing money is their priority clearly. No big bonuses, no consistancy. Not worth your time.

It's a Fake! Fake! Platform they took my $3500 and never payout $9K+.

I have won bet on DraftKings today the bet was "Who will win FIFA Cup 2022" I have placed the bet for Argentina after Argentina won. They refused to payout and marked me lost on their app. I have proof of official receipt of the bet. After I contacted them they never answered the phone ' I have sent them emails and they start making different excuses and referring me to rule book and copy paste emails (Same excuse for all the clients not to payout)

I am going to Sue them …

I won a 15 parlay and a 12 parlay college basketball. I've had small batch that everyone around $300 never had issues with drawing my winnings. And they've never had issues taking my money when I lost. Last night I want to $1200, they will not let me withdraw my cash that I won said I had to upload a ID with my picture, a bank statement and a utility bill. Are you kidding!? It's been almost 24 hours and they still have not contacted me and let me know when I can withdraw my money. Not cool!

I decided to leave draftkings. I had a bank account linked to them yet they would not put remains funds back to the same account it came from. I emailed letting them know. I requested that my funds be returned to the same acct they came from then after my account be closed. Instead all that was done was my account was immediately closed. Despite further requests for months, that they open it back up, as they didn't do what I requested. After months passing by they have not opened account or returned remaining funds.

Had to fight to cash out my debit card was on file I cashed and the returned my cash back to my DK account and forced me to cash out by check. Customer service is a bot and when you get someone to email you back they don't give two $#*!s about you beciase they already have your money.

I play cash eruption as I watched my spins I can see. That the spins aren't falling organically they are being manipulated I love playing the game but once I saw that I deleted the appt and is done with draft king and any other betting app it's suppose to be fun and if u win some money that's great too but to know it's rigged it's not fair to the consumers that's placing their money on the site let's be fair people stop doing what you're doing let the slots fall organically give those of us a chance and keep it fun we should not have to come on here and have to write a bad review and we know we take risk when we gamble but rigging the machines isn't cool at all and it's done so poorly that we the consumers can see that it's being manipulated

Has a huge issue with a Bj hand. An auto rebet of 350 was placed ans I was only one at the table. 12 min for dealer to shuffle ans I requested 13 times for assistance to pull back rhis bet and not play the hand. I was the only player on the table. Ironically, the table connection was disconnected /then reconnected. Happened 4 times in 5 min losing over 1k. Sent 5 emails., with no response. They took my money and considered this my fault.
You can put an immediate ACH stop with your bank that will not allow your money to be taken from your aco$#*!. I advise do not play download or even deal with the headaches. You will regret It

I understand win and lost but this Sportsbook is a scam u make a bet a they block the bets they don't like forcing you to make another bet changing the odds wen u cash out they profile u then scam you out your money! Not worth it.

Absolutely the worst app and customer service I ever dealt with. Their verification system would not approve me so they made me upload several documents including my drivers license. I emailed back and forth with customers server. It was a always a different "person" and they kept telling me to upload stuff that I had already taken care of. My address on my ID is different bc I moved, 1 email said it's fine bc I provided proof of address. The next email said my address is different and I need to provided proof of address which I already did. Eventually they told me to upload a picture of me holding my ID which was the last straw. I cannot believe that this company runs things this way. So now they have all my info and I have zero access so that's nice. Absolutely unreal. I took some SS's of the convo that I had with them that I reported to the BBB with.

I'm going through a divorce and staying with a friend. I made a withdrawal and wanted the check mailed to my friends address. Even after proving my identity, they wanted proof I lived there. I couldn't prove I live there. I sent hundreds of emails and requests for a phone. Never got a phone call and they flat out are ignoring me. Locked out money in limbo and customer service won't help me. Screen name trippinastro.
