What a work of art the commercials with Kevin Hart are. As a stockholder, I am completely offended by this ad. What a Jackass portrait to try and promote Draftkings. I and other would like to see this ad removed!

Basically the only thing I was able to do was deposit money. Otherwise, couldn't place bets on Android, needed a different version but their links to download were ineffective, tried to withdraw deposit and bank wasn't listed, now I need to wait for a paper check. What a waste of time!

The play through requirements are impossible. It is in the fine print. They can keep your Deposit money if you don't meet the play through requirements in the time they set. You may as well give them your money. Play other sites that are much better like Bet MGM.

Someone stole my social security number and created a DraftKings account with it. No one will get back to me and my email was blocked. I have no Idea what to do, someone created a fraudulent account with a stolen social security number and they have no issues with it.

I've used most of the different Sportsbooks and DraftKings is the worst. The website is constantly having "communication errors" and the location software is s***. Even worse is their odds boosts, promos and same game parlay odds are a joke and ridiculously adjusted. Do yourself a favor and stay away from DK for sports betting

While your site sucks and your customer service does also you have the nerve to screw the shareholders. Fix the problems focus on getting and keeping customers, and produce for shareholders. Before you rape the company with your utter greediness!

Bet on the NY Yankees -1.5. They won the game 12 to 2, but Draft Kings refused to pay, stating they had a "9 inning rule (8.5 if the home team does not have to bat in the 9th)". Turns out the 9th inning was rained out, so DK wiped the bet, treating it as a push/tie. I bet if I had picked their opponent (KC Royals) they would have counted the loss! They are disreputable and I canceled my account!

I withdrew 30k$ on Friday, it was accidentally sent to my old bank account that is now closed. I confirmed with Huntington bank yesterday that they recieved and sent back the 30k to draft kings. This money is not back in my account. Customer service has been horrible at helping me. The first time I talked to them they told me it would take 3 business days to return. The next time I talked to them, they said 8 days. The last time I talked to them they said 10 days. They haven't offered a casino bonus or anything for the inconvenience. I'm not sending more money until this is resolved. I play almost every day, I have wagered over a half million this year alone. It doesn't make sense to send more money until this is resolved. Am I not a valued customer? Be careful with this app, they sure don't make me wait to deposit money, but my withdrawals are a completely different story! Please be careful with draft kings!

After placing a bet I found out they wanted to send my winnings to Pay Pal so I requested a check & was charged $15 for them to do that. I waited 17 days for the check. Ceasers put my winnings in my bank account within 2 days. DraftKings is the worst sports book.

First time in my life i took some money,it was singles bet always and i took ******* k than after that they reduce mu bet to 200 $. I ask them why is that,they told me they can choose to do what ever. This company is a bunch of thiefs and is holding money I won and giving every excuse not to pay me. Id verification 100 times and proof of everything they asked for and still won't unlock my account to withdrawal my money. Company is a joke and for a 65 year old veteran try to tell me how to spend my money is a joke. Crooks and criminals

I had a user name and password but could not find it. I tried to do a password reset and never got the email for it. I contacted them and now they want uploads of my license, not a scan. I never had to do that when I joined. This has to be one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Judging from their low rating, I am not alone. Stay away from this POS.

While trying to bet $110 on a game somehow I bet $1109 on accident. I noticed it right away and tried to figure out what to do since the game was kicking off very soon. The only option I had was to cash out bet, which was for $120 or so less. After that I contacted customer support thinking they would refund me the $120 that was lost since the game still had t kicked off yet. The agent told me that since I cashed out there was nothing that he could do. I asked what did you want me to do wait until after kickoff and get nothing? Well he was rude and I closed my account which he advised me to do. BetMGM will let you cancel a bet the next day with no penalty unless of course there is a line move.

I hit the bonus twice on gorilla wilds, both times it wouldn't let me unlock an island to play, I was doing $6 spins and got 3 bonus icons the 1st time and 4 the 2nd. I'm considered a "vip" and they gave me $6 back instead of winning at least $500 on the first bonus and over $1200 on the 2nd. There is no 800 #?#+ speak to anyone.
