You make a parlay and start winning the system will lock up one or more live games and not let you cash out early. They don't seem to have a problem paying out if you win every pick you made, but they do not like the cash out option. Which is why I ask why even offer something you rig to only benefit DK?

I was a Draft King user for many years. I did enjoy the site. Customer service was always questionable. This was my last straw.
I received a notice when I logged in to verify my identity, which I did. OK there being safe especially since they been hacked in the past. My account was still locked, I e mailed customer service who responded with what looked like a pre written self gaming guideline according to there questionable gambling protocols.
Where did this come from? I responded that I only do daily fantasy football and I have over $1700 in my account which I ve been using to enter my contests the last 2 years,this was from winnings from contests that I had entered. I continued to egt the exact same guidelines from different customer service reps for the next 3 day
Keep in mind I had entered a few contests on that Sunday and I was unable to even look at them. I sent over ten e mails trying to get an explanation or have someone to call me but just got the same response. It was like no one was even reading the emails.
After not getting any headway I was able to withdraw my funds, quite easily too. I was never able to unlock my account and requested my account be closed. Got a reply that they were sorry to see me go LOL You would think if someone was pulling there money out and closing there account there would be a concern/question?
The bottom line DK makes a hell of a lot of money. Do the math on how much they make per contest. They really don't care that they lose me.
Here is a lesson for all who read this. Do not judge a company by how things go when everything goes according to plan. Judge company on what they do when things don't go according to plan. (Attn on line travel sites)

I had my debit card used on Draft Kings. Unauthorized. My card was canceled but yet they let 3 transactions occur. Such a useless site.

So I placed a wager of $100 on an anytime TD scorer prop on Jase Mclellan of Alabama against Georgia on 12/2/23. I placed the bet before the game and he ended up not playing in the game because of injury. So as per rules I assumed the bet would be voided and my wager returned to me. However that wasn't the case! They categorized it as a loss so when I contacted them, they completely lied to me and said he did play which wasn't the case! I sent pictures to them through email that he didn't play and they just kept saying he played. To a guy that wagers almost everyday if I lose I lose but if it's not fair and my hard earned money is taken for no reason that's where I have a serious problem. $100 isn't a lot of money but it's the principle! I think they make enough money without robbing me! And here are the pictures to prove it

Do not go here if you want to win on slots, they do not pay. Also, you go to the promotions page and there's no promotions, but as soon as you're done depositing they all of a sudden got a promotion for free money.

I downloaded the Craps Game by Draft Kings. I used my debit card to play. I won and opted for a check that was scheduled to arrive in 2 weeks. I got an email from Draft Kings saying that my account had been frozen and that they would not send me my money until I sent a picture of my Identification and all of the debit cards I played with on the account. Now, if they suspect fraud then why did they allow me to play? Now, it's time to pay and I'm goin through the wringer. I read the agreement prior to playing and it didn't mention this part. This is sight is Bogus! I do not recommend Draft Kings to anyone!

How is this making me money. Every time I bet it freezes up and when it comes back available I can't place a bid then I lose money when I place a bid on what I didn't want. I thought It was the bid I placed before hand and it wasn't. "this is a scam " i starting placing.50 bids and still freezes up. This is the worse site

I closed a bet an confirmed the close. The System left the bet open, which ultimately ended in a lost, but should have doubled my money, had my close been accepted.

When I first started using draftkings they were descent and somewhat fair with betting, I mean lets be real you're not gonna win all the time. But for some reason this year is when the BS started such as winning tickets disappearing out of nowhere and when I contact customer service they say we didnt have those tickets in our system but I showed them tickets receipt number and like I said TICKETS meaning more than 1 how can 3 winning tickets just vanish. Especially when 2 of those tickets were over $300 pay offs. Then all of sudden I need to be sent a passcode to get in my account w/o requesting one...I've spent a unmentionable amount money with them and lost more than I have won but I have only had 2 bonus bets given to me. Then recently I was in the midst of placing a parlay for a game that was two days away and out of nowhere they locked down all the receiving, rushing, and passing odds but left the ones that really wouldnt amount to anything...which is some real shady fraudulant bs I am beyond disgusted with them...THEY ARE FRAUDS...PERIOD! Honestly I feel there should be a classaction suit brought against them and FEDERALLY INVESTED! My rating for them is NOTHING...that's exactly what their worth 0.

I got locked out my account because I created one long ago and didn't remember. Anyway I'm betting after creating another account and all until all of a sudden I log in and it says Account Restricted and to contact them.When I say I went back and forth with emails cuz it's no number to call and nobody understood what needed to be done after breaking it all down in syllables.it's crazy.One guy supposedly had it handled so I went to reset my password and the same stuff popped up.After that I was just like f--k it..

I placed the same bet on fan duel and draft kings. 3 different parlays on the same game and more than three on draft kings cause I use to play aggressive on there. Well I watch my bet hit twice on fan duel and for a reduced pay out for a voided player… watch it complete and pay me out in fan duel, go to DraftKings to find I hadn't been paid out yet. Which typically they are slower… but now I can't find the two bet slips…. I contact draft kings and they basically call me a liar and show me one of my single bets for that game that was some how still ok my account and show me how it lost the parlay like I'm stupid lol

Fan duel is by far the superior sports book! Anyone proping up that company is and paid actor

For over one year, my account is frozen and number OSU times have reached out and gotten lies. They have $217 of mine and they say they'll send it back but have not. Their customer service is a farce. They are liners and thieves. Stay away from this dirty company,

Basically the only thing I was able to do was deposit money. Otherwise, couldn't place bets on Android, needed a different version but their links to download were ineffective, tried to withdraw deposit and bank wasn't listed, now I need to wait for a paper check. What a waste of time!

If threw thousands at this site with a couple bonuses. 200 last night with no bonus. Slots has become a high rollers game. Do your homework this is a public company hurting and barely in the black. They have made questionable conflicting takeovers of random media and marketing firms that are only completed to go about things in a shady shell company way that is only to improve or assist in their sneaky way of improving their position in this ever so growing 2-5 billion dollar industry. Information is key to ALL sectors gambling and daily fantasy of all kinds. Whom ever has the correct factual info the quickest has all the power and that leads to large sums of cash!
Customer service is just non existent. It is just horrible. I finally got so fed up with all the bugs and hacks that I lost it on them. I mean it took years and still no real response or higher up would look into my concerns. I went and put large amounts of money into keeping my account private by installing software that would tell me exactly what was going on with my system such as unwanted spyware or malware. Sure enough I was secure and blocking everything. All the sudden draftkings has a problem starts saying proxy this proxy server that. I started winning more frequent and became just about even as a long time player well know. LONG STORY THEY ARE THE DICTATOR AND THEY HOLD ALL THE CARDS! ITS FULL OF CROOKS AND CON ARTISTS IT IS THE WORST. I moved over to another smaller and have actually see a major difference in fair play. I would advise you to walk away and not trust draftkings!
