They have you opt in to bets. As soon as the bet is placed they change the payout amount. This is the second time I've opted into a team scoring doubles my bet. As soon as I place the bet, the payout turns to.17 from $37.14.

So now they have me risking $37 to win 17 cents and they offer no way to cancel after screwing you.

Simply put, never join draftkings. Woke up one day to an email stating that my account has been permanently banned and was unable to withdraw the money that I had in my account. I have emailed the support and they stated that they are not able to disclose why my account got banned or why I can't withdraw my money. If you want to risk your money due to an in adequate company. Feel free to join draftkings.

I won a bet that would have paid me. Almost $200 that Philadelphia's Bohm would get a hit with 4 other players they all got hits. They said he didn't and I have screenshots proving he did they are cheaters that don't like to pay when you win fair and square use bet mgm or fandul they pay what you win and not cheat great customers

Its nearly impossible to get ur money back and the website crashes evey 3 minutes. You need to gamble $100 just to get $30 back. The customer service is bad. They tie 70 games to a big jackpot that no one wins after 5 weeks. They are not transparent mgm is much better.

I downloaded the Craps Game by Draft Kings. I used my debit card to play. I won and opted for a check that was scheduled to arrive in 2 weeks. I got an email from Draft Kings saying that my account had been frozen and that they would not send me my money until I sent a picture of my Identification and all of the debit cards I played with on the account. Now, if they suspect fraud then why did they allow me to play? Now, it's time to pay and I'm goin through the wringer. I read the agreement prior to playing and it didn't mention this part. This is sight is Bogus! I do not recommend Draft Kings to anyone!

I read these reviews and I am shocked! I have been an attorney for 50 years and have never, ever seen anything like this. From these reviews it is clear that the operators of DraftKings are engaged in serious crimes. I read in one account that they are operating in Bulgaria which makes it far more difficult to recover from them. I got locked out my account because I created one long ago and didn't remember. Anyway I'm betting after creating another account and all until all of a sudden I log in and it says Account Restricted and to contact them.When I say I went back and forth with emails cuz it's no number to call and nobody understood what needed to be done after breaking it all down in syllables.it's crazy.One guy supposedly had it handled so I went to reset my password and the same stuff popped up.After that I was just like f--k it..

So I complained about a game that dragt kings has called the Rocket. So this game is "connection problems " right. It just so happens that it does it when you bet big or about to win big. Either way they shut my account down 4 months for the end of the year when my tier status was going up after I hit 90,000. I am ******* short and my account is suspended for 3 months. Tell me how this right. Not to mention all the bets that I didn't get to play or didn't get reimbursed for them.I have spent thousand with this site. So be were they scam artist

It seems like they are not available in all locations in the US. It's fine. But you should verify location first and then get information from customers.

After we provide social security number and drivers licenses, we test the location and it is not legal to play. Finally, we cannot play but they collect all our personal information.

Do not recommend this company.

Do not trust this site. They stole hundreds of dollars out of my account and then locked it. The only way they would unlock it was if I sent them sensitive personal documents to prove my identity which wasn't necessary to sign up. Obviously I didn't and took my betting affairs over to Fanduel. Stay far far away!

They are great at taking your money on bad sports bets and their casino games. But once u have a good sports bet they canceled out half of your picks or take 30 minutes for someone to review your bet. Absolute turd of a betting site. Support local and kick these guys to the curb

Lost a lot of money cause as soon as it was game time half my bet were delete which was my best pics. I have definitely lost a lot of money cause of this. Have not been refund for the bets. Thieves is all I'm gonna say. Waiting for a few days and if i can get my money back I'm closing this account. All i have to say is unbelievable I made only 11 dollar out of 35+ I spent. Fan duel here I come. I have no proof cause it was all deleted. Good scam cheers to draft king. Never again

I've found their customer service to be helpful and knowledgeable and their promotions pretty fair. They definitely do a better job than any of the other online sportsbooks that I've used (and I've tried out quite a few). DraftKings is the only one I'm sticking with long term.

The game Dollar King Thundercash froze while I was playing & would not process my winnings or the ability to proceed with earning additional money. Customer service said they reviewed the transactions but wouldn't comment on the screenshot shared proving my winnings. 4 Thundercash icons wins $10 plus 8 additional spins to claim more money. Customer service brushed off my request. I suggest NOT playing any casino games on DraftKings.

We are getting legalized sportsbook in Kansas on September 1st. I tried to sign up on Draft Kings REPEATEDLY without success. I triple checked the entered data, but they said my identity could not be verified. Switched to FanDuel and signed up with the same bonus in about a minute. DraftKings? Not so much. I don't need the headaches. FanDuel has the far superior site.

This site is not up to par for all the other site. Even still I've been eait a week for a withdrawal of 30$...for real. I'm done with it. Not worth any money you put into especially if you can't get a 30$ withdrawal out. Not worth your time.

I do not care what anyone says, they cheat some how! I was playing Majestic Cats and the more I was winning, the more the game froze and would not come back on, I had to keep logging back in. When I logged back in, I wound up losing all those winnings. I find that to be very suspicious! They loss another customer!

Single player/one handed virtual poker is a creator's dream. Nobody else to see what happened giving an insane advantage to the creator. Any time I had a 2-6 and had to hit I would continually get beat or hit a solid 18-20 and regularly get beat. When I had a solid hand (mostly 20's and 19's) I would continually get beat by a 3-6 showing that would draw multiple cards to beat me by 1 over and over and over and over. I know they have the recordings if they would like to publish it and if not I highly discourage anyone from indulging in this game. Literally played the game once and then logged back in within a minute and they had changed the site and the betting functions/display.
