Lost a lot of money cause as soon as it was game time half my bet were delete which was my best pics. I have definitely lost a lot of money cause of this. Have not been refund for the bets. Thieves is all I'm gonna say. Waiting for a few days and if i can get my money back I'm closing this account. All i have to say is unbelievable I made only 11 dollar out of 35+ I spent. Fan duel here I come. I have no proof cause it was all deleted. Good scam cheers to draft king. Never again

I PLAY 100s of hrs of blackjack a week just started using DraftKings couple weeks ago and every blackjack game I've played are scams. The algorithm ( computer dealer) will deal himself the winning hand 90 percent of the time. I'm experienced in playing online and in person at a casino and the way those cards come out isn't random at all. He deals himself 19 20 or 21 no matter what his first card is showing. Never seen blackjack 3 / 4 times in a row in my life. The more you bet the worst your hand becomes. I've been screen recording for weeks now because I know sooner or later they will be exposed and lawsuits will start flooding the company. Make a complaint to customer service they will simply tell you it's regulated and reviewed. But, by who a partner?

I will say the casino allows wins on smaller bets but as soon as you increase you will see the dealer start magically getting 21 on slop hands. I wanted to try it an see how if I kept increasing bets what would happen and sure enough the system started reading where I placed higher bets on 3 hands at a time. Save your money and do the sports betting the system cannot cheat your bets there. Stay away from the casino. Better chance going to real casino instead of allowing computer to drain your account.

Acct was closed because I attempted to open a draftking sports book acct not knowing that it was linked to my regular draftkings acct. They closed my acct and want me to use old acct that I don't have access to email address. It's been 3 days no solution. Generic bot messages. No phone call after I request phone call online. The worst customer service ever. Going to fan duel

Don't trust them, they will steal from you just like they did me. They have a promotion where they claim that if a team you bet on goes ahead by 10 points you get paid. I bet on the browns and they went ahead by 14 points, but the draftkings claimed i didn't opt in to their promotion. Why wouldn't someone opt in? I did opt in. So why cheat me? This reminds me of betting with a bookie, you win and they make up nonsense in order to not pay you. BEWARE!

When looking at the games everything is extremely slow and delayed to the point where you can't make any realistic bets.

Any time you place a bet, it will change the odds to make you less money.

If you try to cash out on a losing bet, they will suspend it as long as possible until you can't cash out.

They will sign you out automatically if you are winning too much.

Go with Mgm online or a less popular site. Stay Away from draftkings!

I tried to deposit with multiple cards and even with paypal nothing worked. When I contacted my card company they said it was the merchant rejecting it. I emailed draftkings because they don't even have a phone number. They told me it was my cards (LOL). I have proof my card companies approved the deposit. They then continue to try to get you to link your bank account to the app. This is honestly sketchy to me that they make this this only option where they have a direct link to your bank account. The lack of help to deposit was not okay and now (because my cards did approve the charge) they took it multiple times until I can call and reverse it so I now have a few hundred dollars just being held that I can't even bet with because this app is complete trash.

If I didn't know better I would think this company is a scam. How can you run a company with no customer service. Any kind of questions you have to go only through email and it takes hours I mean literally I'm still waiting and it's been 7 hours to try to get questions answered. They refuse to call you on the phone stay away from these bombs total BS

Getting the 10th pick 3 times I'm a row, DraftKings responded with; draft order is random, so I do one more best ball draft, making it 4 times in a row that I get the 10th pick, now DraftKings isn't responding, sounds like I got scammed already and the football season hasn't even started!

Finally catching up to Fanduel technology and when they do lights out. Good company strong customer service. Always there for you

The casino for draft king is an absolute fraud I've played black jack for almost 18 years I've. Ever seen so many 7 cards 21s and 20s all on my bigger bets everytime they give you free play they just take it right back I've never seen so many pulls in my life completely unfair and is robbing the community of a fair shot I highly recommend nobody play the casino on there unless they enjoy losing consistently

We are getting legalized sportsbook in Kansas on September 1st. I tried to sign up on Draft Kings REPEATEDLY without success. I triple checked the entered data, but they said my identity could not be verified. Switched to FanDuel and signed up with the same bonus in about a minute. DraftKings? Not so much. I don't need the headaches. FanDuel has the far superior site.

Do not use DraftKings! This has got to be one of the worst DFS sites around. Each year before the NFL season starts, they have season long contests where you enter a 12-player pool and do a snake draft. I was recently placed 11th out of 12 three times in a row. To put this in perspective, the odds of this happening are 1 in 1728. I contacted customer support, and all they could do was assure me that the contests are completely random.

I told the person that responded that it was not helpful, and his solution was to mark my complaint as solved. If you are looking to start playing DFS, join FanDuel. DraftKings is HORRIBLE!

I had a user name and password but could not find it. I tried to do a password reset and never got the email for it. I contacted them and now they want uploads of my license, not a scan. I never had to do that when I joined. This has to be one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Judging from their low rating, I am not alone. Stay away from this POS.

I JUST DEPOSITED WITH DRAFT KINGS ALMOST 8 HRS AGO... I WAS HYPED UP TO TAKE APART OF THE 10K CASINO MATCH PROMOTION THEY HAD. I LOST $4700 OUT OF POCKET IN ABOUT 1 HR AND WITHIN MINUTES OF THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS LOCKED. I WAS ASKED TO SUBMIT SOME DOCUMENTS TO CONFIRM MY IDENTITY WHICH I DID. I THEN WAS TOLD IN A EMAIL TO REPLY SAYING I UNDERSTOOD THERE POLICIES ON MULTI ACOUNTING ETC... I EXPLAINED I WAS NOT USING ANYONE ELSES ACCOUNT AND THAT I UNDERSTOOD THE POLICY. I WAS THEN TOLD IN A CHAT THAT MY ACCOUNT WOULD NOT BE REINSTATED UNTIL ALL PARTIES INVOLVED SUBMITTED SELFIES AND THERE DOCUMENTS. I AT THIS POINT HAVE NO IDEA WHO THESE PEOPLE THERE REFERING TO ARE SO MY ACCOUNT IS LOCKED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE... I DONT KNOW ABOUT ANY OF YOU BUT THIS IS A INSANELY HUGE SCAM DRAFT KINGS HAS GOING ON. I IMAGINE THEY COULD JUST SAY THIS TO ANYONE WITH NO RECOURSE. WELL ILL BE FILING A LAWSUIT STARTING TODAY IF I DONT GET MY MONEY BACK OR IF THEY DONT FIX MY ACCOUNT. THIS IS COMPLETE BS AND THEY KNOW IT.
