YOU HAVE SOMEBODY CALLED SEAN WORKING OUT OF YOUR BRISTOL DEPOT.
THIS SO CALLED 'COLLECTION DRIVER' HAS REFUSED TO COLLECT MY MOTHERS FAULTY FREEZER ON THE LAST 4 ATTEMPTS. HE SENDS THE 'SORRY WE MISSED YOU TEXT TO HER EVERY TIME HE IS SUPPOSED TO COLLECT. HE HAS NOT ONCE BEEN ANYWHERE NEAR HER FLAT TO DO HIS JOB AT FRANCOMBE HOUSE BRISTOL BS16TQ
TODAY HE CANCELLED THE COLLECTION CLAIMING TO BE MY MOTHER & REARRANGED ANOTHER COLLECTION TIME FOR FRIDAY. MY MOTHER IS 80 YEARS OLD AND DISABLED. THIS DRIVER IS A DISGRACE. I AM NOW GOING TO PUT THESE DETAILS ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA SITE I CAN THINK OF & EXPOSE THIS OXYGEN THIEF FOR THE BONE IDOL TWIT HE IS.
I ordered a lot of pet food from Pets at Home. DPD UK delivered one box and claimed they had delivered two. This was not a mistake. They lied and claimed there had been a second delivery an hour after the first (only after I had complained to Pets at Home about missing half of my items). I asked for the delivery number, it was the same for both deliveries. Pets at Home immediately acknowledged this and opened an investigation into DPD UK. In short, DPD fabricated a delivery to cover the fact they took part of my order. Do not use DPD UK. They will keep your deliveries and fabricate fake delivery details. If I had not had had the wherewithal to ask for the unique delivery number for both deliveries, they would have gotten away with lying and claimed it had been delivered. That makes them thieves by my estimation.

DPD drivers' name:Shaun
He didn't even call me so that I could go downstairs.I saw him through the window and quickly went down only to see there was no sign of a van.He came here for a couple of seconds just to leave me a message''Sorry we missed you''
Shaun you disgusting liar!
DPD Who do you employ!?
No respect!No nothing!
Zero stars.
My Pets at Home parcel has been delivered to a wrong place and I did not receive it. Ok, mistakes happen. But I let DPD know via email, via a phone call to customer support. And no response. Customer support could not get through to the driver and instead of saying I'm sorry, or apologising for the kind of 'priority service' I received (that was next day delivery) asked me to contact the merchant. I did not get what I paid for. Somebody else did. But who cares? The driver does not want to pick up the phone? Sure. He should be right. Why bother.
"Great" service! Attention #regulators #consumerduty
Recently, a delivery man from DPD tried to enter my daughter's property whilst she was alone, claiming that he must take a picture of the parcel in the property, because that was DPD's protocol. She refused him access, so he left with her parcel. He delivered it three days later, damaged and left in full view of the street, by the gate. My emails to Elaine Kerr, the CEO, went unanswered. My daughter's complaint was dismissed and then ignored. Draw your own conclusions about DPD!

Another appaling episode with this bunch of charlatans. Another big order supposed to be collected for 50+ customers. No show at time given. Multiple phone calls to DPD staff who range from knowing nothing to promising things that never happen. Never any calls back when promised. Eventually after a promise that a driver was coming 'within the hour' 4 hours after the latest time they should have arrived, guess what? Again, no show. No communication from the driver despite us checking they had relevant number to contact us. No communication from customer services, nothing. We ended up having to load the car up and take them to the post office. The post office manager said sometimes DPD collect from here but who knows? Shocking, awful company making life unbearable for small businesses. We spent all afternoon trying to sort this, when we could have been doing our work. Whatever anyone tells you this company DOES| NOT value it's smaller customers.
Unfortunately due to the choice of a sender, I had to experience the service of this delivery company. Every time DPD has something to deliver to me, it's either they don't knock and actually wait for the reply or can't process any changes to the delivery. The speed of processing any request is so slow that you may end up receiving your parcel after 2+ weeks of waiting.
DPD - fix the way you provide the service!
I wouldn't recommend DPD even an enemy!
This is the 2nd time your driver Ranjodh lied about trying to deliver and nobody being at home. Both times me and wife were at home! Just because he failed his time slot doesn't give him the right too lie and fail me and keep me waiting for nothing. Where is the point in saving my preferences when driver don't follow them.
Last time instead of delivering to nearest drop of point which is less than 200 yards away he delivers it 800 yards away. I have COPD breathing problems and its difficult to go that far. Especially if its a large or heavy item.
In this week alone, I had 2 deliveries slots missed. We stay at home to receive the parcel, get a message saying Sorry we missed the delivery. Our driver won't be delivering the parcel today. It will delivered next day now. You not only waste your time, out precious time too.
Absolute waste of space say delivery on a certain day and time. Never ring the door bell never knock the door take picturecof the house says redilivery next day same happens. Then end up colkecting from shop over a mile away.
The drivers are not allowed to contact customers about the deliveries because of privacy of them! Then who protects the customers from getting the parcel properly? This company & drivers are the worst members of this society. Customer service team doesn't have any idea how to help people, repeating the same words again and again. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Here to write YET another bad review for DPD, just a month after I had left another review and was assured of proper service going forward. The driver chooses to pretend we are not at home, and either deliberately delivers the parcel to the wrong house or delivers it to a collection point (miles away from our location!). When I try to complain about it in the chat function in the app, either I get robots, or the customer service people are rude and end the chat or hang up. We used to prefer DPD above all other delivery services in the past — in the last few months, this has definitely changed. Absolutely appalling service, and giving Hermes serious competition in whose service can be worse.
The parcel disappeared in their system three weeks ago and they have repeatedly refused to authorise a refund even for the delivery charge let alone compensation for the lost item on the. Basis that they claim that the parcel is not "lost", it simply "cannot be found" Ludicrous, disingenuous and risible service.
5 days for a delivery, drivers didn't even exit the van.
Customer service chat service are either Incompetent or Liars, stated they would put through a manual delivery if no update after 1400 hours…… then acted like an A.I. With a repetitive message " Your parcel delivery is due today. I would suggest you to please wait till the end of the day for your parcel to be delivered. ", until I ended the chat!
CEO's comment was " we do not have an Ombudsman "! No mention of the absolute incompetence and lying messages from their customer service staff!
All electric vans for delivery…… except it was a diesel van.
I am emailing my MP and councillors with my concerns, adding the question of why some companies have no Ombudsman.
I'm also contacting Citizens advice and filling out the financial services complaint form to make all this to the next level.
A company that's has a policy of no refunds should not exist in our market place!
Worst drivers ever. Personally would NEVER use but unfortunately merchants do. There were 3 of us at home today, in 3 separate rooms near the front door. This was an important package. Suddenly I get a text saying the driver missed us. TOTAL garbage as there was NO knock ever. Driver Mark in Ely is a lazy worthless excuse of a human... cannot stand liars! Of course DPD will not attempt to redeliver today. Also, the "customer support" staff are not helpful and could careless about the customer!
Service used to be excellent, but since the pandemic their service has spiralled downhill. As a customer who receives stock daily via dpd we rely on business hour deliveries. For the last 18 months often deliveries late in the evenings, drivers taking photos from their cab and driving off, taking photos of black squares and then staying no one available to accept parcels. The one hour window rarely works and generally late and often three or four deliveries on the same day from the same depot and all from the same supplier. A driver delivered one box early in the morning - the other one was on his vehicle but he could not deliver that one until 4pm later that day as that's what his "device" said. Inflexible!
I used to have an account with DPD but will never use again, useless and uncaring.
I've waited in all afternoon, only to find at 6pm my collection has been cancelled. I'm SO so cross. There has been no communication from DPD, not even to let me know this. Instead I get told a lie about not being able to find my address
Two deliveries from DPD in four days, first one was damaged, tried to refuse delivery and was told by the Eastern European (Hassam) driver to f*** off as he walked away, abused me in his language before calling me a f***ing c***. Not very professional.
Reported to DPD; no further action.
Waited all day for today's delivery, got a text to say I was next, van pulls up outside, waits 30 seconds before driving off, instantly get a text "Sorry, we missed you. Your driver Stephen won't be back today but we'll be back tomorrow".
Tried calling and was fed a pack of lies about how they would get the driver to come back and how the depot manager would call me within the hour, when in reality my parcel was already back in the depot and I've still to hear from anyone at the depot.
So when the nice lady in the call centre in India says she is going to escalate this matter what she actually means is, "I've listened to your problem but they don't pay me enough to give a crap, hopefully this'll make you feel better".
Maybe I'd be better off relying on the tooth fairy and the Easter bunny than this bunch of wasters.
If you are business seller do not use them. Many undelivered parcels while tracking number shows they've been delivered. It takes couple days for customer service to reply to your e-mails and usually they cannot resolve your problem. They ignore your questions or do not reply at all.
I waited home to collect a delivery. I was sat at the front of the house, I saw the Van pull up. I waited for someone to knock on the door so I could open and collect my delivery. Within 15 seconds, the van drove off and I received a text message saying that no-one was home and it will be delivered to my local depot the following day.
What a waste of my time! Should have just gone to work. Absolutely useless.
