I placed an order in mid september for a pair of pants and after waiting well over 40 days I have given up on receiving my order. I received one prompt reply by email initially when I asked as to why my order had taken over 3 weeks to arrive, however, after emailing twice again I have not received any reply for three days. Please us a more reputable company as this seems to be a common complaint.
I'm in Canada so it did take about 30 days to get to me but was sooooo worth the wait. Best workout gear I own and I own lulu as well. Amazing!
I placed an order on the weekend, received an email on Monday saying it'd been dispatched and there it was today (Tuesday) in my hot little hands! Given that I live in a small country town, I am very impressed at how fast my parcel arrived. Great quality activewear too, love ordering from DYE! Thanks guys!
Hands down, the best quality active and sports wear! Everything I ordered fits great (leggings and men's items for my partner), top quality materials! I honestly don't know how these guys haven't had more exposure, wayyyyy better than Nike, Adidas and other popular sports brands, cheaper too! LOVE IT, will be ordering again!
Every pair of leggings has fit magnificently! I plan on buying every pair they sale, because they are not see through, but they are so comfortable and breathable. Costumer service is on point! They responded to my email immediately and provided me with exactly what I needed! Thank you DOYOUEVEN for making my online shopping experience awesome.
So I spend my money to buy clothes that have taken nearly two weeks to come and I'm still waiting, I contacted their email about a week ago and no response.
Me, the client expects to get a good customer service and quick delivery for paying top notch, clothing on this website isn't cheap. If it was cheap I wouldn't mind the wait.
I live in western Sydney so I should be receiving my packages quick.
I've ordered from DYE twice. The leggings and shorts I ordered are hands down, the most comfortable and best fitting I've ever worn (I have the artic cammo leggings and the marble/galaxy shorts and leggings). I've had no problem with shipping or service. Bear in mind, if you're in the US, the products are being shipped from Australia, it does take longer.
I have never waited so long for clothes.
I ordered and payed for 4 items: 2 sweaters 1 stringer and 1 pants. I waited for 2 months and finally when I got the shipment I saw they forget the pants and they dont even answer my emails. Just sad...
Going on 7 weeks now. Still waiting. By email I was told it was shipped may 4th. I sent an email to customer service then they told me shipping date was actually the 17th of may. At this point I figure I have wasted my time and money.
Absolutely delighted with the quality of sportswear. Very eye catching but practical wear. I just placed my 7th order today.
Ordered a duffle bag on April 29th and still haven't received it! Never ever will I ever order again. So disappointed in this site
I bought a pair of thermal haze pants, when I checked them out it turns out there was a rip in the fabric just above left knee. I contacted support and they handled my problem quickly. They told me they would ship new pants via express delivery. However they forgot to actually send me the package so I had to wait even longer and put in a lot of time to contact these people to get a replacement for my faulty package, which I then had to pay for in customs not handled by the shipper even for a replacement package for a faulty item they sent me.
I was a bit sceptical buying from Doyoueven as I usually don't shop online, but I was really interested in their thermal sweats and form fit tee. I've also seen a few guys around my gym wearing the brand so i thought I'd bite the bullet and give them a go. I'm in Sydney Australia for those reading, and I received my products in 2 days, so i'm very happy with the quick shipping times.
I'd also like to praise Doyoueven on the quality of their products. The form fit tee is so light and feels amazing on and the sweats are also a perfect fit and surprisingly easy to move around in. Definitely going to keep me warm over the next few months

Took fours days to deliver for an express item (within Australia, metro area). And I didn't even get an email with tracking number for my order.
Out of the three products ordered, two were damaged. T-shirts with loose seam lines and bad stitching job. (photos provided)
The crotch of the pants are way too low, and the waist line is too high. To have it fit around your butt, you have to pull it really high, makes it look like a lululemon's woman's legging.
Their customer service team took 6 days to get back to my email asking about the unfinished stitching (including weekend).
I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone!
UPDATE: More photos provided of products after just ONE wash! My advice, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
I bought 2 pairs of the new mesh leggings they carry, and one came damaged on a seam.
With one simple email, a customer service rep Express shipped me a brand new pair.
Follow up only took 2 hours from when I filed the complaint.

I'm usually hesitant buying things online from a site I haven't shopped before. Doyoueven is awesome, really quick delivery and high quality gym gear. Will definitely be coming back
I saw these pants on instagram and knew my wife would love them. After visiting the site I found it would be coming all the way from Australia (Im in Toronto, Canada).
I should have paid the extra for the tracked package as it was coming so far, after couple weeks I contacted customer care and they said it can take some time shipping to Canada and to keep them posted. After 8 weeks I emailed them back asking if I should be concerned at this point and they were very supportive and apologized for the lost courier package and express shipped an new pair with a tracking ID with no extra cost to me. My wife loves the pants and I love the way she looks in them!
I made the mistake and did not do pack and track it's been literally almost a month and still have not received my two leggings. I logged into my account and it said fulfilled but I have received NOTHING. I'm starting to think this is a joke. As much as I like DOYOUEVEN I just am starting to feel like my money was taken for granted.

Did you try and email customer service about your query?
We did a quick search and noticed your order contained a PRE-SALE item (which had a specified shipping date between the 5-12th of April). Your order would have recently left our warehouse facilities travelling with Australia Post couriers.
Pack and Track would have given you round the clock updates but our team can update you manually on your consignment ID information.
In the end, we are not the couriers, and it is up to the customer to choose their preferred method of shipping. It is also the customers responsibility to read up on pre-sale items when ordering (it is outlined in bold in the description of the product). Your item was fulfilled and shipped according to the policies and was dispatched promptly by our team.
We hope that helps, and we think a 2* review is unwarranted granted we had nothing to do with the current service you are experiencing.

I found DoYouEven and it was instantly love at first sight and I mean that... I started off buying one of the grey long sleeve shirts. When I first wore it, I immediately just knew that I'd be back for more. Not only is it comfortable and stylish, but I truly felt that this shirt was made for me. The fit and feel is just unprecedented. From that point, I knew I'd be a returning customer... Funny thing is, I loved the shirt so much that I bought a duplicate! They are so good, you can't just have one! Oh, and it gets better... A few minutes ago I purchased 2 long sleeve designs that they just released (black/grey and all black). Can't wait to try them on! I know I'll love them! Also, I will soon be purchasing the white/grey variant when the time comes. I am seriously building a collection and I don't plan to stop... In conclusion, I am thrilled to say that this my favorite clothing company of all time. DoYouEven has earned a life long customer. 10/10! Perfect fitting, comfortable and beautiful. Great customer service, prompt deliveries, and 100% sheer satisfaction all around.

After seeing these leggings on Facebook I've wanted to buy a pair for awhile now but was a little hesitant because I haven't had good experiences with making online clothing purchases with other companies. But Do you even is completely different, their leggings are true to size, came exactly as pictures and are very comfy! I would highly recommend this brand! & as far as shipping goes. I got the cheapest option-air Mail. It took around 10 days to arrive unlike the many reviews I read stating their orders took over 30 days. Which leads me to believe maybe they ordered theirs during a high traffic time like Christmas? Anyways love my leggings! (:

Thank-you for also providing the pictures attached. The stitching shown (on the reverse side of each garment), is the end stitched threads (these are the closed ends of the stitching and won't have any effect on the durability of the product). If you're unhappy with the above items, we're more than happy to replace them for you, or simply refund the purchase after the garments have been returned.
