I ordered from germany and will never do it again... If i Changed i would have to wait for about 4 months for the new item, which i in fact dont want... I dont like no-refund-onlinestore politics anyway, my mistake that i was not aware of that when ordering...
Now i need to try to sell it in germany for a lower price im the end.

I got the wrong packaged from them but I emailed them as soon as i can and let them know that i received the item that i didnt ordered, they ask for apology and they sent my right package within the week they gave me. Great service. Team dye forever thanks

Amazing

Bought the Thermal Haze bottoms and Hoodie last week. Arrived within 5 days and the items are of incredible quality! I may have ordered the red ones today along with some gear for the Mrs as a result of this great first experience. 5*!

Awesome experience

Ordered 2 tanks and was very impressed by the quality of the fabric. One of the items had a tear in it and I emailed them to return the item. The response was within an hour and they told me to keep the item and that they had already shipped a replacement to me no cost. Wow! I've shopped a lot of different fitness clothing brands and their quality is just as good as the most expensive but their pricing and customer service has made a loyal customer out of me.

Great customer service

I have placed two orders with DYE so far. The orders came relatively quickly to say as they travelled over to the entire other side of the world. Second order unfortunately had a wrong item in it. They had accidentally sent me the same colour vest but in a different style (actually a more expensive style but wasn't the vest my partner wanted). I contacted them via the website and at first I received a fairly generic returns response which I replied to asking for clarification. The customer services person responded to my email and sorted out the problem straight away shipping me the correct item with a fast delivery method free of charge. They even said just to keep the original item as it was their mistake. I felt this was really good customer service. Shipping something back to Australia from the UK when it wasn't my error would have been hassle I didn't really need but it's all sorted now. I'll definitely be ordering again.

Great customer service!

I live in Norway and have ordered from this site several times, and it har been a pleasure all times! Love the tights from DYE, good fabric and very comfortably wearing. Do not hesitate ordering from this site. Once they sent me a wrong size and I contacted them via mail, they responded super fast and the same day they sent me a new package with express post! There is no problem contacting the customer service, they reply instantly and I didn't even had to return the product with the wrong size so now one of my sisters will be getting a new tights as well:-)

Not sure what these other bad reviews are talking about but I've had nothing but great experience from this company.
I've ordered 3 different items from this company. Great products. Better than most Nike and under armour products. Prices are very reasonable for the quality.
Also 1 of my items had a mis stitch on the long sleeve, not too terrible but they gave me store credit for the item. Super fast response.
Shipping took 7 days to get to the US.
Looking forward to buying more stuff!

Ordered an XL item and they shipped a medium. When you try to contact the company their number is disconnected and once they responded to my email they did not offer to cover shipping for their mistake.

TERRIBLE SERVICE

Have been messaging them all week and they havent responded. Where is my order after over a damn month when i spend 160$$! This is the worst company ever and horrible customer service. Was i scammed? Who knows?

I can see here that your order was successfully processed from our facility and collected for delivery by the couriers on 05/01/16. That being said, it has currently been 16 business days since your order was despatched for delivery.

The shipping method you have selected for your order is FREE SHIPPING which is sent via Standard Air Mail (a non express, non tracked service).
Generally, orders sent via Standard AirMail takes 7-21 Business Days to be received ( excluding weekends and public holidays)-

Once your order has left our facility, it is then up to the couriers to successfully complete the delivery of your order.

Shipping is a nightmare

I wish I read these reviews before ordering. I can't review the product because its going on 40 days now and have yet to receive. I dont even know how to deal with it since I dont have a tracking number.

You know it's kind of funny when you order something from a highly-anticipated brand. My clothing that was shipped out the same day that I ordered is not here yet. 8pm of Tuesday January 10th was when it was shipped out and it is over one week later with nothing delivered yet. How is it that something is ordered and shipped out the same day not get to my house yet? It is not like I ordered it from China even though I probably would recieve it faster. This is the first and last time I'm ordering from this company, the shipping time it takes is horrible! Don't try emailing them either because the staff doesn't answer...

TERRIBLE service!

I wanted to send a pair of pants as a christmas present- shipment has been on it's way since November 25th... it is now January 15th. Lol. I have emailed several times with no response whatsoever. For such an expensive and highly demanded product, i expected something worthwhile with DOYOUEVEN but now i will never think of ordering from them again IF i even get my first order! Lousy service. About to unfollow on instagram.

Accidentally ordered the wrong size twice and the DYE team refunded me quickly as soon as they received the returned gear.
The quality of their gym clothes is excellent, conformable, and gear value for money.

I have placed my 2nd order with DYE as I really liked the graphics and cuts of their apparel. Living in Dubai the shipping can be a bit trick but Niki went the extra mile and I have received by order within a week. Will surely shop again!
