Best Customer Service

Order a couple jacket form them. Got them in like 5 days (free shipping), one jacket came in faulty, one sleeve was stitched terribly couldn't even put my arm through. Emailed them, got a response the next day with an apology and they sent me a new item with express shipping free of charge. They even let me keep the faulty product which I can fix easily with a tailor!

I bought a pair of the camo leggings from Doyoueven and there was a tear in the seam. I emailed them asking if they could please replace them, they asked me for a picture of the seam and once I sent the photo, without hesitation they sent me a new pair and got it to me in four days (they're in Australia and I'm in the US). Good companies, with exceptional customer service like this, will make it far. They could have been difficult but instead, they owned up to the defect and fixed the problem right away. That is just awesome to me. I'm so thankful and I love these pants.

I have ordered from doyoueven multiple times. It is a 50/50, as in 50% of the time everything is perfect and comfortable and then another 50% there seems to be something wrong- (faulty, sold out, uncomfortable) but over all they had good customers service with the emails, very sympathic and caring about any issues.
The leggings are very comfortable and last for ages! I have gotten a few things for my partner as well and they seem to fit very well and no problems with sizing.
I still am a fan of doyouevens clothing and I will still keep buying from there :)

I've seen Doyoueven posts pop up on my Facebook and my Instagram and i've been really interested in their thermal sweats and a pair of mesh panel leggings for my girlfriend. The shipping arrived in 1.5 weeks, and i'm from Cali, so that was pretty quick - i chose pack and track shipping method, and the quality of the product was amazing! It's definitely as good, if not better, than some of the larger brands like nike and lulus but without the ridiculous cost. Definitely recommended!

Product a No Show

Only half my order was delivered when they sent confirmation all items had been shipped. Contacted them (which you can only do by email) and they sent me a consignment number to follow up with the courier where my other half of the order is at. Courier had no idea what I was talking about and had no more items for delivery. So again emailed doyoueven and then got a response they had sold out so in fact had refunded my money. Upon checking if money had been refunded of course it hadn't (well definitely not to my account). So here we go again... emailing them to ask where the refund is otherwise I will launch an investigation. Really? You sent me a confirmation that my items were ALL shipped now you're saying they weren't due to sell out and you refunded me? Don't say the shipping email is an automated email as it came two days after my order was placed. Now to wait another 24 hours for a response on where my refund is at that you said had happened (which hasn't). Should have known to never trust a company without a customer service contact number. Get with the times doyoueven you are far behind other online competitors with no live chat or customer service number.

Unfortunately, there was an error where an unaccounted for item, within our Shopify system, was fulfilled (item oversold). This is an extremely rare occurrence, but can happen in instances where an item has been miscounted, unaccounted for, or mislabeled within our boxing/shelving. We try our very best to make sure our back end is as up to date as possible, with the products remaining.

In regards to your refund, your order was placed via Afterpays service. We've manually gone into the back end and authorised a complete refund for the item that's been oversold. Please let our contact team know once it has been received so that we have peace of mind that everything has been processed.

Listen Up

I have scrolled through all of the reviews and most of the shipping problems seem to have been for people in Europe or Canada. I live in the US and I have had no problems. My boyfriend orders two leggings for me every birthday and Christmas and no complaints on the delivery side. Having said that, if you are having issues with delivery, why are you waiting 40 days or so before you contact with inquiries or complaints? If it is not there in a week or so, why aren't you emailing or calling them so that they can resolve it quicker? They don't know if you got it or not, so let them know instead of waiting two months until you are a pissed Pete and then write a bad review instead of handling it like an adult. Take some responsibility.

As far as the leggings go, they are $#*!ing awesome. I am a serious female lifter and they are sexy and functional. You look badass in them, they fit great, and people recognize the brand (at least in my area.) I see another girl in the gym wearing them too, and she's prepping for a competition. So it's not just a brand for snowflakes.

And for the people that are saying there is no way to contact them, I can't say from personal experience because I haven't had to contact them, but other people have obviously talked to them and had their issues resolved. So get on your stupid smart phone and find the email or phone number you lazy $#*!.

I order clothes from here been 3 weeks still haven't got them and then I get a 40$ dutie charge would definitely not order again also there customer service sucks they take forever to respond and when they do they aren't very helpful

As stated in our Policies, any customs fees or duties applied to your parcel when out for delivery are charged by your Local customs - which is imposed by your Country. This is something that is unfortunately out of Doyoueven's control and we cannot tell you whether or not your Country will decide you add an additional charge on your package.

Our Policies also state that in order to receive your order, these duties will need to be paid in order for the couriers to complete the delivery of your order. By placing an order with our store, it means you have read and understood the conditions in which your order will be shipped. If you no longer wish to receive your goods, simply refuse the parcel, have it returned to sender, and once received, we will issue you a refund for your items.

ThroughoutI have to admit, after placing my first order with DoYouEven I was disappointed, I ordered two items in November 2016. It took a month before I decided to contact the company and ask were my confirmation email was and my delivery. I was met with a huge apology and genuine understanding of how annoyed I was about it, turned out, my item wasn't sent.
They sent it straight away again to me, and this time I got a confirmation, how ever do to what I will call powers out of there control (Royal Mail) my order had "failed" to reach my door, and subsequently sent back to the Land of Oz. After a couple of months I contacted DoYouEven again, and I spoke to someone in the customer team called Jennie, I explained the problem I had experienced and without me even asking she sent out my order again free of charge, Thruoghout dealing with Jennie, she was polite, understanding caring and all in all, a well rounded example of the definition of customer care, thanks to Jennies efforts my delivery was with me within one week, and I am so happy with the products, and thanks to Jennie I will I will be buying from them again, knowing that if there is a problem for what ever reason, It will be promptly sorted.

I wanted to buy a gift for my girlfriend, and I came across these guys on Instagram. I will admit there were a few bad reviews that left me skeptical. The fact that the company does not provide a way to track your package (because the shipping is free) also left me a little worried. I reached out to the customer service, and they responded to me very quickly, alleviating my fears. The shipment came in short time and my girlfriend loved it. I highly recommend this company.

After purchasing two sweat pants and t- shirts i came across this website and was very skeptical about my recent purchase. I placed my order on April 12 and i received my package by April 27. It took about 2 weeks but then again it was free shipping and i live in California. Awesome job DoYouEven!

Ordered a week ago. Paid extra for tracked shipment too. Been a week - nothing! Sad part is they dont answer emails to their so called customer service and of course theres no phone number. How convenient! Only thing that went smooth is credit card transaction lol sad! Like i said pretty sure all good reviews are fake. Im almost 100% positive

Upon checking our database, I can see that your email has successfully been responded to within this period. Due to the Easter Holiday period, 14/04 - 18/04, as well as our National Public Holiday on the 25/04 - our National Couriers, Australia Post were not operating and collecting orders during this time, which is why there had been a slight delay in the shipment of your order. I had ordered a men's hoodie and was sent sweatpants instead. At first I was obviously upset. But also I know things happen. I emailed Do You Even's customer support about the mistake and got a reply back very quickly just asking for my order number and a picture of the sweatpants that were sent. I then sent them those requests and that was it. They apologized for the mistake, sent the hoodie to me free shipping and free of charge and let me keep the sweatpants as well. Very impressed with the quick customer service response and their decision to allow me to keep the sweatpants. I know other companies would ask to send them back. I will definitely be an ongoing loyal customer because of their amazing customer service and of course their quality in clothing is top notch. Very happy!

Recently i purchased my 3rd tights from DYE and i am so happy with the quality, great fit and materials, really form-hugging and comfortable too! Shipping takes a while especially if you use free option but its really worth the wait. Thanks a lot!

Edit: my first experience was also very great, especially customer-services wise! I ordered two leggings back then which unfortunately got lost in the mail and they kindly sent the tights again for free and they safely arrived the 2nd time.
