I signed up and made an account and starting surfing through the listings I was interested in and messing around with some of the settings when I stumbled onto something that said I could upgrade from a FREE account to a paid subscription which I was VERY interested in doing. I have searched the entire site high and low and cross ways a dozen times now, I even tried googling it, and I have YET to find a way to upgrade my account. There is absolutely no button or posting or any sort of direction at all about how I can go from the free account to the paid subscription. I was so excited to see what new features came with the hardcore plan and now I am so disappointed because the Doublelist site doesn't offer any way to upgrade the account. I'm happy with the way the free account works but now that I know I could have more features it's just such a let down that I can't access anything on the website that lets me change my plan. Boo.
