So far, my area the 805, doesn't have that many listings in my local. Sad, but I hold out hope as I have had some responses back. Just hoping one gets real. Do like the that it's a possibility whenever you're traveling. Kinda wish the search could be from a map within a certain set mileage out from the epicenter area you pick.
