We chose Dotsquares for our app build as a value for money solution, which suited our budget. Dotsquares will deliver promptly, but it is imperative that you know and understand what you want both from a design and technical point of view. You can project manage the process yourself, if you wish. We chose a package including a UK based Project Manager. The build is completed in India, and there is some liaison with the Indian Developers mainly via email and an online portal where all communication relating to the build takes place. You will have to do the testing of each stage of the build yourself. If you can identify reproducible issues with the build, they will be fixed quickly at no extra expense - a very important detail with a tight budget. We are satisfied that Dotsquares produced a product, which works including backend support and storage. Our requirement was to build an app, which met the MVP criteria and this has been fulfilled. Our app is a work in progress like any other and we are happy to stick with Dotsquares for our current requirements.

Bizzknow is a social networking and e-commerce iOS application that is tailored towards businesses of all categories from clothing to electronics and is used to set up a similar page to a website and post photos or blogs to the storyboard for your followers to be updated on products. Products can be sold and bought all on the application. Customers can admire (follow) their favourite business accounts just like any other social media. It is definitely an application look out for! Our Project scope was to Develop the full BizzKnow application and upload to apples app store.

Dotsquares met every single one of my requirements. Even when i kept on adding new things to do that weren't in the original scope they were more than happy to complete these until everything was perfect. HandleStore are a Wholesaler of upvc door and window hardware. We sell over 10 000 product lines via an e-commerce site. We have had various changes and improvements to the functionality and design of our website. This is an ongoing position as websites need regular innovation. Some projects are very technical right into bug fixing and others are enhancements to the site to improve functionality.

Dotsquares' have been able to turnaround work which wasn't completed by UK developers. They show great willing to understand the problem and to get things done quickly particularly when an 'emergency' evolves for whatever reason. They are always responsive and you couldn't say that about any of the developers we have worked with before. As long as you brief the problem and task carefully they don't have any problem turning around the many actions needed for a large site like ours.

Dotsquares can be trusted and the quality of their work is excellent. They are timely and cost effective in all their project work and their work is of a high standard.

Designing animated videos is a complicated task, it is also time and money consuming. I personally had underestimated all those factors before I started a project of designing 10 animated videos with Dotsquare team India. However, Udit, the project manager who took things in hand, have made things possible to deliver my project in an excellent manner, and with respect to my budget goals.

The manager in charge and the team have responded patiently and professionally to all of my requests and questions. They took time to understand the goals of my project and have brought answers and solutions to all my needs.

Udit and Yogesh took my project very seriously, they were both careful about the details. They have suggested things that I may have missed, and they genuinely proposed new things that would be beneficial to my project.

The team's level of customer service is beyond greatness and I would definitely recommend this team.

We are a software service provider and our latest venture is RentABike. Bike, a bicycle rental network service, bringing riders together with our preferred partners to give them access to bicycle rental and other services. Our vision is to create a community and help users find other riders in the cycle community with similar interests.

The scope of the project was developing a CakePHP/MySQL HTML5 compliant app, for users to rent bicycles from bicycle rental partners and for partners to have an administration and booking system to manage their rental stock.

At Dotsquares, The project manager, designer and developer took time to understand the initial requirements for the project. We drew up a functional specification and system proposal together that formed the basis of the project, and I commend Dotsquares for the ingenuity and perspicacity of their designer/developer, who worked as a great team together. They made many helpful suggestions that improved the app and intuitively understood my requirements and how best to process them into business logic.

I value, Dotsquares for, the sense of working with a highly professional team, who need the minimum of direction from me. During the programming phase, my contribution to the project was mainly confined to providing feedback from testing, and I found the designer/developer were very easy and flexible, when I suggested changes as the project progressed, and as the interface design and business logic became more visible and intertwined.

In a Nutshell: There are plenty of other companies out there who are more consistent, more professional, and will cause you a lot less anguish and frustration. Choose one of them, not Dot Squares.

Having read the reviews on this and other sites, I was skeptical about this company. While it is obvious that many of the reviews are fake, there does appear to be some genuine ones so decided to give them a go. I knew I was taking a chance however, because there are as many negative genuine reviews as there are positive. But as I was only giving them a small piece of test work, I didn't mind.

As you can guess by the star rating given, the experience didn't live up to what I hoped it would. At the outset, nothing is a problem, even when you probe them. They have answers for everything. It's very much the "No problem Sir", or "Sir we can do that, easy" type of response. So they give you a lead-time, you pay them the money up front and wait. A few emails are exchanged to sort of keep you in the loop, but not really. Then when the money runs out, you're informed that they need more time, and that's when they have you! You now have the choice, loose the money already invested, or throw more at it and hope that this time when they say "No problem Sir", they mean it!

All in all this company is amateurish, disorganised, and bordering on dishonest. They don't appear to actually know how Agile or Scrum works, and rather than use some industry standard tools, they prefer to use their own amatuerish inventions. Ultimately you may get what you paid for, but you may not! Taking on Dot Squares is a lottery. And unless you have plenty of funding, there is a very good chance you'll be buying a losing ticket!

I have been a DotSquares customer for about 3 years now. During this time most of my dealings have been with Chirag Patel. The reason I'm writing this is to let you and any potential customers know what a brilliant choice I made choosing DotSquares, and how lucky I was getting assigned Chirag.

My biggest concern when agreeing to do business with your company was the language barrier. Chirag has proven that was no burden at all - I haven't needed to temper my language whatsoever. Everything I say is understood, communication has been so easy. This has allowed me to say what's on my mind, and taken many hours off the development time.

Chirag has been brilliant at requesting clarification for things he initially found confusing. This has meant that rather than be "proud" and guess what I want, he's asked to make sure it's correct, meaning he gets it right the first time, something many developers should take note of.

Chirag's work ethic is excellent, and in 3 years I can't remember a single day he was sick. This is unheard of in Australia, and it shows Chirag is willing to push himself even when he's feeling unwell. The ability to take responsibility for organising designers and administrators to complete tasks can't be understated either. I felt like the project was always under control, and nothing was too hard to complete, even some really tricky requests I made.

There have been many nights Chirag has worked beyond his normal 8 hours just to complete the job. Given you charge by-the-hour, this shows how much he cares. My website is complex and has required real maturity to get it to the state it's in. DotSquares, your rates are very reasonable, so for value for money, I don't see how IT companies in western countries can compete against you when you deliver results like this.

If there is ever an opportunity to promote Chirag, I strongly suggest you consider doing it. I've worked with a few people within your organisation and none was up to the calibre of Chirag. His understanding of the issues, his relaxed manner couple with a strong work ethic and solid communication skills have made him a real asset to your company, and to me.
