Dealing with this company has been one of the worst businesses experiences of my life and I've been in business for a while.

They offered to develop two simple lead generation websites in a 7-week timeframe. They missed the deadline and I'd already paid £2,570. They since agreed to get the site finished but I had no confidence in them and communicating with the team in India was a nightmare. I decided to cut my loses since then they have been chasing me every week for the remainder of the invoices for work which they haven't completed. My advice stay well away from this company.

Because Dotsquares again started to kick off resources again
They did the same before at Covid time approx. 40+ resources were getting fired and now again they did the same thing just because they feel like it sector recession coming
1. Politics by managers/people leads / and they are fully non-technical
2. - If you have taken the appraisal, you will have to stay here for 1 year, If you don't stop, you will have to pay the full appraisal amount of the previous months.
3. rude behavior by management especially managers and HR
4. Bed HR policies
5. Management always interferes in personal life and they are treated as a slave
6. You need to do a one-year agreement in case your salary gets an increased
7. Leaves can only be applied after 7:30 PM, I must say no meaning of leases here

We spent around $5,000 for Salesforce support regarding the basic of reports. It took forever for them to complete even on project and even then the reports were all incorrect. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I am not trying to be blatantly rude but this is just my honest review of the work I received from dotsquare.

Dotsquares starts your project with great enthusiasm. Giving you lots of hope and confidence. Just keep in mind, when dealing with Dotsquares that your project development is not determined by timeline, it is solely based on your payments. Suddenly they will put your project on hold without advising you regardless if your project remians unfinished. Clearly Dotsquares new strategy is to focus on money and not the customer. We have dealt with Dotsquares for over 5 years and suddenly upper managment decided to change their policy, money rather than customers. Time to move on. Avoid at all costs.

I started working on my project with Dot Squares in 2021 and I couldn't be more satisfied with their work and attention to detail. The Project manager and developers were always available for any inquiry and worked with a sense of urgency. I highly recommend using Dot Squares for any of your technology needs!

When I launched my business I didn't even imagine that I would ever face some issues which are connected with web design. I understood that sometimes I would face this problem. But in my head there was a clear plan how to solve this problem. However, everything was just in my head... I understood that I couldn't handle this task on my own and decided to outsource it.
