Terrible customer service. My fiancé tried to return a dress within the allowed period and didn't respond for weeks. Finally we reach someone and they say it's no longer within the return period even though the original request was sent well within the return period. After clarifying that we were in fact within the return period, they reply stating that we wouldn't get a full refund even though their return policy implies that we would. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! After looking further, the same dresses are available in other shops for much cheaper and better quality.
She did a WONDERFUL job communicating with me and making sure the dress was exactly how I wanted it. The dress came and it was loose but only because I had lost weight. I was very pleased with quality of the workmanship and it far exceeded my expectations. I will, for sure, tell my friends to order with her.

At first there was a miscommunication and the wrong color was given to me but it was quickly resolved and the correct colors were sent to me! The material is great quality and fits perfectly for my bridesmaids.
Dress is BEAUTIFUL! It was more than I was asking for. I needed extra length added to the bottom. That was no problem. Fit was perfect! The material is pretty stretchy. I had MANY MANY MANY compliments on my dress. I will defiantly be ordering from here again. Shipping was SUPER FAST! Thank you SO much!

My dress is beautiful and fits perfectly! I absolutely love it! It was a little nerve wracking buying a dress online but everything turned out perfectly. Ammy is quickly responsive to conversations and very patient regarding every little detail. I highly recommend the shop in Love and will most definitely be a repeat customer in the future!

Good dress! Properly fitted with my body. Eye catching and colorfully well. Although it was only a inch short, but it was fit and fantastic.

This is my 3rd purchase from this company. Like my other dresses, this one is a perfect fit. The quality is excellent. The delivery time was excellent, I received it on 10th June, just over 2 weeks after ordering. A very special company. Thank you, Diane.
The dress came in and it will not be worn! It cannot be worn! The breast cups are almost on my shoulders. The color is close, but, not as advertised, AND, there is the worst chemical stench. I am battling for my full refund. I should not have to get a partial refund due to their misrepresentation. They can have their dress back, but, not at my cost. They actually offered me $40 to keep the dress and try to sell it. HA! IT has an awful odor. I couldn't sell it if I wanted to. This is tragic. Do your country a favor and keep the revenue there. Do not order from these people...not worth the risk.
I was told i was going to get my dress by March 25 and i never got it and i also never got an and email letting me know the status... I also email them several time asking about my order and all I got was silence... i am very disappointed with them and bery upset
Totally obsessed with these dresses and so are my bridesmaids! It couldn't be more perfect. We measured one of the bridesmaids who usually wears a 4 and she was measuring a 10! We knew that wasn't right. She ordered a 4 and it was a perfect fit! They responded to messages very quick and were very helpful.
Im designer of Bridal Garden Studio, I found in that shop pictures of my dress they stiole my pics from our Etsy shop and sell it. Im very angry that somebody can receive not qualify dress from cheating company and I think all positive reviews made this company! I have all proves that they use my pics unlegal. Dont trust to company where you can buy high quality dress for 100 usd it is impossible. They also stole many pics from my colleagues. Dear brides dont take a risk and not order from there you will recieve not quality fake dress.

The blush color was beautiful and the material was way nicer than I expected. I just wish the boning in the chest area wasn't so prominent. This was minor to me and my bridesmaids, so I ended up ordering 7 more for the rest of my bridesmaids. Great dress for the price!
I ordered 2 dresses for my wedding! Did the measurements, everything. They were ao helpful before I ordered but once i got the dresses & they are GARBAGE. 5 times to big, so much material. Just junk! I have started 16 tickets & not 1 reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!

Krystal is an amazing designer. I sent her all of the measurements she asked for and my dress fits perfectly. Shipping to the u.s. takes a couple of weeks but Krystal's work is soooooo worth the wait! Krystal is patient and will answer all of your questions and the quality of her worksmanship is beyond compare! I would give her a 10 star rating if I could!
The dress was nowhere near what I paid for. They didn't offer me a refund. It would have cost 500 to send back a 200 dress. What a rip-off. Terrible company... do NOT trust them!
