Do not do business with them. You will lose money and maybe get your product, but it will be very very cheap. Wigs made with chemicals that are very dangerous for you. It can catch fire if you use heat. The customer service is disgusting. If you ask questions or complain, they will tell you to just read the details (even if there are none) and that's it. They copy pictures and descriptions from other websites and no links work on their website. No adress. No legit phone number.

I never encountered such a "cutomer Support": They send two wrong wigs. The customer support was really freaky: They blamed us, the customer, that we were not able to handle and take care of the wigs. But the they delivered the worng wigs. Never ever again, the kept the money and stole our time by their realy freaky Email from a "J. Mitchell", who didnt even react to one singel question or statement.

Dont waste your time and money! They are terrible, not even wearable wigs! There is no lace, they look terrible and there is no salvaging them either. And by the looks of it customer service is going to be fun to deal with to get my money back

I bought this wig because I needed to cover my hair that was damaged with straightening chemicals. I decided to cut them very short to let them grow again. One day, I've seen this ad on marketplace about real lace human hair wig so I was tempted to buy 2 because it's buy 1 take 1. After a week, the wigs arrived. I was really disappointed because they look nothing like the wig they're advertising. Fake, synthetic, plastic looking hair. They're made in China things and the address where its origin says its Vietnam. I wasn't able to take some photo as I was very disappointed and throw them immediately in the rubbish. I should have spent that money on a hair extensions

SCAM ALERT! I was searching for a Sylkvia curling wand and was delighted to find it from Dorothy Shops. I ordered and paid over $17 for shipping to Dorothy Shops. I was not notified that the Sylvia curling iron was "out of stock". Instead Dorothy Shops ordered a Miracomb from Amazon and had it shipped to my home. I am an Amazon Prime member, knew the Sylkvia unit was not available and would have had free shipping.

Alright y'all, I'm peeved! So, for your entertainment and safer shopping practices, I have reconstructed my entire ordeal with Dorothy Beauty in pictures! Woohoo!

So I came across these reviews trying to see if people have had the same issue as me. Well, I didn't order from Dorothy Beauty but I ordered from Mya officialstore. They're the same people running the same scam! I didn't do research like I should've before my purchase but almost immediately after making my purchase I noticed something strange on my PayPal receipt. It had 厦门刀锋意志科技有限公司 as the seller. I knew right away I was scammed. I emailed customer service so many times to cancel my order but all went unanswered finally after many attempts and emails 3 different email addresses they say are theirs I got a response from a Judy Mitchell. She was of course no help and had almost no reaction to how upset I was in my emails. Just was basically blaming me and kept stating I couldn't return the items without something being wrong with them. Oh you bet I've already contacted PayPal and filed a claim against them to get my money back. Don't even bother with customer service because they won't help you. The phone line they have is also fake, so skip calling it. Be full warned about these wigs companies claiming to sell human hair when they're actually horrible quality. Guess I learned my lesson.
